Well maintaned properties. A real credit to the maintenance inspector

I started a tenancy in June 2020. The property was of a very good standard when I arrived. With their help the flat is now decorated lovely. The communal entrance is well kept too. Everytime I call for anything, they offer the help I need. Whether it's a key for the energy meter or repair. I wish there was a way to check the rent account online. To make sure it's up to date etc... Otherwise. Great.

Didn't want to give them a star as they dont deserve that but had to in order to make this post. They are very rude and disrespectful. They are totally corrupt, act outside the law and make arbitrary decisions without consulting the public. They've gone through six or seven C.E.O's in as many years! Mmm...I wonder why that is? They've now got ANOTHER new C.E.O.!! Adam Ronaldson still on gardening leave is he? They even told me that they aren't subject to the law either after illegally continually refusing to honour my numerous D.P.A. requests! They are a complete joke. Go on their website and see the posts and comments for yourselves!!

Horrible organisation that do not care for anything nor dealing with ongoing anti-social behaviour of its tenants.

We rent from saffron, overall happy though sometimes not very understanding.
