I went there to change my passenger airbag due to some issue. They had a neat waiting area for customers which has coffee and tea. It was a cosy waiting area. The staffs were really friendly.

Avoid this steelership! Leather steering wheel is over tensioned and cracking, asked them to inspect the issue, ended up waiting over 30 days for a response!

Corey the worker of the service department received a response from Honda Australia but never bothered to give me a response and ultimately I had to come in to get the new information.

Strongly recommend to avoid this place, extreamly poor customer service, they do not give a sh*t after you leave the dealership with a new vehicle.

Where do i begin.. The waste of time occured in buying a used honda from there showroom, after reviewing my very generous offer then coming back a week later to accept. After being told that the car was checked by there service department " no signs of accident history" , full log book history. nothing wrong with the car at all including a full page report sent from them also.

Decided to get my own private mechanic to check the Vehicle after nearly booking flights and noted to me that the vehicle had previously been in a collision due to doors being resprayed + Front end resprayed. Gearbox diff making a whining noise and clutch showing signs of fluid leakage.. Interior lights and cluster lights not working, + many other problems noted.

Feel like I've nearly been cheated by this fraud, and should be reimbursed of my payments to this private mechanic for this inspection.

I recently had an issue with the engine management system on my V6 Honda Accord. I contacted my local Honda dealer and was told there was nothing they could do until I brought it in when I next experienced the problem or get it towed in. I contacted Formula Honda and straight away the service department knew of the issue and booked my car in straight away and had it fixed for me under warranty.
Whilst waiting for the car to be fixed I was able to sit in a pleasant waiting room with TV, papers and coffee available. Even though I live in the western suburbs I will in future be giving my patronage to Formula Honda. excellent, friendly service from staff who actually know about their product.

I ve always been blown away by Formula Honda s amazing service team. Until I brought my car in to them the first time, I was never totally sold on any one place to maintain my car, but now I will never look elsewhere. I appreciate all the little things, like being able to communicate via email for bookings and the outstanding condition the car is in when I drive it away - always feels like a new car again. If you re wondering whether to get in touch with them, just do it - I m certain you won t be disappointed. Everyone I ve ever dealt with here are always kind, accomodating and they know their trade.

I brought my Honda in for a service yesterday and asked them to fix the display of the car.

The display stopped showing the average fuel and does not allow to calculate trip length. After the service, I was advised that they tried to factory reset the display but it didn t work; so if I want to fix this, I need to book in another time for them to open up the display and the dash, and it would take at least a few hours to do that. They would need to charge me hourly rate, plus parts if they need to be replaced. When my brother in law came to visit me in the afternoon and I told him about that. He came out, had a look, unplug the battery and plug back in, did a reset and the display worked again perfectly. All was done in 10 minutes and it could have cost me hundreds of dollars if I bring my car back for Honda. (My brother in law is not a mechanic!) It was unbelievable! This show that the staff there was either dishonest (want to charge me more) or unknowledgeable. Either way, it was unacceptable!

During the service, the staff also recommended replacing air and pollen filters, each cost $75 on top of service fee. As We have young children, I want the air to be clean so I agreed to have them replaced straight away. This incident now makes me wonder if it was necessary for the filters to be replaced or not.

Also, when my husband booked in the the service, he was told that this one was only the standard, not the full service; and it qualified for $149 special. However, when I paid, the staff told me that this was a full service and had to charge me $290.

Overall, the whole experience did really leave a bad taste in my mouth and I will not come back to have my car service here.

Customer service is important and is one of the main reasons that someone will choose one company over another. In this case, if you re going through a simple transaction such as purchasing a car from the lot then it should be easy, but should you have to order a new car in, have additional features fitted, and/or wish to do this via leasing, I d recommend using another Honda dealer.

There has been no flow of information; nothing has been voluntarily been advised to us and we have had to chase information at every stage. The customer is not a mind reader of the business operations.

There appear to be no customer service standards in place. Calls are not being returned, emails not being responded to, staff not knowing appropriate phone etiquette, etc. It is not the customer s job to follow up enquiries. There should be service standards in which queries are satisfactorily resolved, or at the very least acknowledged in an appropriate pre-determined timeframe, i.e. two business days.

When the company says they will arrange for someone to call the customer back, the company should ensure this actually happens. Either the message isn t being properly passed on, or staff are too apathetic about service excellence culture to ensure this is actioned. Calls are regularly not returned, and when they are returned, it is not in an a timely fashion.

The business could benefit from customer service training to understand the importance of speaking appropriately to customers. When I was on the phone being bounced around from person to person for the umpteenth time, not once was I placed on hold. I could hear them speaking inappropriately about me in a derogatory fashion. The customer should instead be placed on hold, and, inappropriate comments should never be made about customers, particularly not when the customer can hear you. Comments should only be made about customers in an appropriate manner.

Where your sole contact point as customer for leasing is a person who doesn t work Mondays, there should be someone who is briefed on the current status of orders/enquiries so they can be answered on Mondays in that person s absence. Continuity is important to the customer experience.

Know your customers. Get their names right. Personalised customer service is what makes for repeat customers. Make it your business to ensure you are not consistently getting customer s names incorrect.

I recently purchased a 2nd hand Honda from this dealer & I must say that it was by far, the best experience I've ever had buying a car! From the 1st visit to the last (3 in total), I felt welcome & valued as a customer.
Bob, the salesman, is a legend! Nothing was too much trouble, even after the many phone calls from me over a 2 week period. He never hassled me, did not push, but was there to help in many ways.
I can honestly recommend Bob and the team at Formula Honda if you're in the market for new car. They were brilliant! I'll def be back when its time to upgrade again.

Did get the service done today, car was kept for overnight because of my un availability the same day.

The wind screen had a chip and the whole screen had a Crack from.bottom top-down, they said the chip was there which I modestly accepted that I might have missed seeing that but there was no Crack as agreed by Chris there own personnel but the manager Paul and Crosby including Chris were persistent that the whole screen can be cracked within 24 hours.

Really bad service and lack of responsibility.

Pre-booked service to get the car serviced while I wait. Told me it would be a long wait when I went there on scheduled time so I left the car with them. Kept the car for whole day on service day to check on one small issue. Didn't diagnose it at all let alone fix it. And kept arguing with me when I raised issue of keeping car for whole day for nothing. Will never leave my car with them ever again. they lost my business for sure.

The other week I placed this review; "When trying to buy a brand new car from this dealer I received nothing but poor service and lack of communication. Paper work not received. My name and phone number lost. No hire car available when I was told there would be when I had to take my car in for a service. It was a horrible and stressful experience and I personally would not deal with them again or refer them to friends or family."

Since then the team of Formula Honda has made contact with me and apologised. They have put reviews in place to prevent this from happening again to someone else and I'm now pleased with this service I have received and decided to edit my review. I cannot speak more highly of the manager Paul and how he has handled the ordeal and I will be dealing with Formula Honda again in the near future. Well done guys and thank you.

These people never answer their emails or phone calls. Customer service 101 customers would rather be put on hold than have the call ring out and disconnect half a dozen times. Laziness. Also, the lady that answered the phone was very unenthusiastic and borderline rude.

Today I had my little blue Jazz in for a regular service and some tyres, the car was ready when promised, it was as clean as it ever could be, I was delighted with how it drove afterwards. Some would say dealer services are too expensive, well maybe, but I am assured that the service these people gave to my car that I can drive with peace of mind knowing it wont let me down as they are really thorough , whats more it was nice to get tyres fitted without spying great chunks of the wheel damaged like I have experienced at a discount tyre centre, You get what you pay for . Thank you Formula Honda , for a great job .

It's 7th September 2020, I still have this blue jazz and the service department are still A1 in my book,. The car was ready when promised, nice and clean, and shiny with a good health record, ready for another 10,000 kilometres. Good work Formula Honda.

Done regular service two weeks ago. It seem they don't have check list with their servicing protocol.
They can miss out a simple step which the sticker in front of window which remind you when due on next service.
Initially I trust they were busy so that I arrange a free "CAR WASH" with appointment. I mentioned to them to put the sticker on when I came for car wash. And the guy in the phone say "will do".
At the end, the car really wash in wet condition return to me and there still don't have the reminder sticker after I went to counter.
I can't believe premium charge fee without professional service.

In 2014 I was 67 when my First ever Grandchild was born. I celebrated by buying a Brand New Car. My first ever.
It replaced my 2nd hand 30 yr old Mercedes Benz pride and joy. Financed thru Honda it was a (5 year very affordable fortnightly payment)
Boy oh Boy I loved the experience of C21st Motoring. the money I saved on petrol consumption, servicing and spare parts was staggering. I have traded up twice and now have my 3rd Brand new car. My current Honda only needs servicing once a year for one fixed price.
I know all the staff, from manager to receptionist, the lads in the service centre and they're champion serial trophy winner salesman Greg Mundy.

My Honda remote needed battery replacement today but it was hard to open so thought surely Honda staff would know with all those cars! I phoned after I drove there and was told we are sales people we don t know about those things! Come back Monday and see the service staff . Hard to imagine what these guys would do if a remote failed on a Saturday for them! Guess they wouldn t be able to drive the car! Although my guess is that despite the fact I didn t see any customers in there the salesman just couldn t be bothered! Even if he d said I ve never done it but happy to have a look I might have gone away without thinking they were so lazy! It s the little things that make one think where will I buy the next Honda? Very pleasant to deal with until you have an issue then Chris is extremely rude and uses sarcasm on a paying customer. I really don't understand where such poor quality service comes from especially when i was being pleasant and simply trying to reason and fully understand the scenario and details but i guess they are used to passive individuals that aren't willing to question their opinions. Highly dissapointed and wont recommend any longer.
