THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered something from them more than two weeks ago. Didn't hear from them for days. I checked the status of my order and it has passed through all these "queues". After a few more days, I emailed them and they simply said that they had no idea when my package would arrive. After a few more days, I got an email from Canpar saying that I'd get the package in a day but I never got it. I then emailed Saffire Blue and they didn't say hello, we're sorry, or give me an explanation as to what happened to my package. Instead they sent me the original email notification that Canpar had sent me...oh, and they told me to contact Canpar myself. So I did. Canpar then sent me a delivery notice for today but I never got it. I then went online and did some searches for reviews and I saw that so many other people had the same experience as me. I should've done my research before I decided to buy from them. I have no idea if and when I'll ever get my package and it seems like they really don't care if they get so many bad reviews online. I checked on their FB page and I can't believe there wasn't single bad one, only raving reviews, which leads me to believe that they are not honest reviews. I hope no one else has to go through this! I've ordered from New Directions and they have fabulous customer service and they are very reliable. I also tried Soap and More and they have great service. I strongly recommend avoiding Saffire Blue at all costs! I wouldn't even give them one star if I was allowed to.

Saffire Blue is AHHHHmazing. I have placed 2 large orders with them over the past few months, and not only did everything come in great time, the price point with the shipping was so reasonable...which is no easy feat since I live in the middle of nowhere in the mountains!!! You guys rock, and are quick to reply to any and all customer feedback or questions. Keep it up! I will definitely be ordering again soon!

I had an event coming up and I needed some basic supplies, I called and was told that it's gonna take up to 9 business days to ship the order which was fine by me, but actually it was way longer then supposed to be. Due to it I had to make rush order from another company so I can finish everything before the deadline. It was my first and last order with this company.

I have not had good luck with this company. I have been waiting six weeks for a back order. In the past I phoned to make sure my items were available I was told yes. When I received my order the item were not in the box, I was told by the time my order queued my items were no longer available. I run fundraisers where people order giving me 5 weeks to get my packing and fill my orders, I can not count on this company.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE - TOTAL HIT AND MISS. ONE DAY GOOD, 90% BAD.

Called and CONFIRMED material was in stock BEFORE placing the order. Paid for rush order after cancelling the one previous because they "rejected" supplier material and issued us a credit (no refund). Now being told the material we just ordered is at a lab being tested. Asked for a copy of results when complete. Told us they don't want us as a customer. Won't refund but we can expect it to be ready within 1-2 days. Really?

There's many reasons the Better Business Bureau has this company flagged. Broken promises, missed deliveries and outright lies. They also operate as Purple Citrus and are trying to re-brand because they're such a mess.

This is one of those things where you try not to be mean or exaggerate but tell it like it really is.
My experience is very disturbing and upsetting.
Iv submitted an order a hefty one and trying to get a confirmation . 2 emails and 2 voice messages later, not a single response.
Finally reached a very inconsiderate woman who acted like I was nothing but a pain in her.....! Thank you for finally answering your phone, sadly I'm still confused if I have an order on the way or not.
The compiled ratings for this site are accurate!

I have heard terrible things about this company, based on online reviews, but I have received great service from them. They got back to me with the questions that I had about my order right away and they were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The only issue that I would have for this company is the $25 small order fee. That is a bit steep for someone like me who is only ordering things for fun (I don't own a business). I would definitely order from Saffire Blue again.

Today I called to find out about inventory. I told the call taker I was driving 1 1/2 hours to get there and asked if I could pick up 2 small soap molds. I was told "yes, but you'll have to pay an extra $10 for a quick pick up request" The management is NOT customer focused! How much effort would it have taken to make a customer happy that is driving a total of 3 hours to patronize your business? My order total was $40 and they wanted $10 to pull 2 small items off a shelf. Instead of using Saffire Blue, I ordered online with another company.

It took 4months shipping from the time I ordered. They were waiting on one item to ship my order and refused to leave that item out and simply give me a refund. Their communication was rude and unhelpful. Would rate lower than 1 if I could. Never would I order from them again. Oh, and some of my products arrived smashed or exploded. Poorly packaged.

I stumbled upon this website from a Google search about a week and a 1/2 ago and have already ordered 3 times from them.

I love their quick turn around, good prices, and variety. I also love that they are right here in Ontario, and if I really wanted to, would only have to make a 2 hour drive to shop in person.

I understand their decision to add Loomis is a relatively new one, and it was a great idea. So much cheaper than Canada Post!

The only thing that might be missing from this store is nail polish supplies - then they'd be perfect ;)

I have very frustrating experience with the Saffire Blue online store. Their website shows the products are in stock but apparently they do not have any.
When I paid for the order I have not even known that these products are out of stock (they never informed that these products are not available). I received the parcel with the missing items. After long and not pleasant discusion with the customer servise they refunded for the missing goods 20% less (as per their policy).
Basicaly, Saffire Blue are saling not existed products, take money for them, do not ship them, and if you search for the missing in the parcel items they make a refund with 20%less cancelation fee.

They are taking advantage of all customers charging 20% cancellation fee for the products which are out of stock and were never shipped.
I would highly recommend searching for the other online stores. Stay away of Saffire Blue store, as they cheat the customers and make money by selling not existed products.

At first I was going to write a horrible review but as it turns out they fixed my issue without problem after I demanded to speak with a manager or supervisor. Seems management (supervisor) cares more about customers than the staff does. My issue was resolved over the phone. We shall see if it pans out as expected. If you have an issue with this company, demand to speak to management.

This company is a joke. I ordered three weeks ago, and have yet to receive my order. I'm being told 5 attempted deliveries were made, but I was left a slip for two of those, both marked with incorrect dates for the next attempt that will be made. Upon requesting a refund, I was told that it's not their problem it's mine. Also, that no refund would be issued. To return my purchase, it would end of costing more then the purchase. What a pathetic excuse for a business.

BEWARE!!!! The absolute worst possible. They have had my money for over 2 months and I still haven't received any products. They wont pick up the phone when you call them. The website order status shows my order has been shipped over a month ago. Emailing with customer service, they stated the shipment was sent over a month ago, then in the next email state that they are having delays with shipping, and are unable to provide any refunds?. They will not leave any phone number to reach them. Please save yourself a ton of trouble and avoid this company!

This is by far the worst supplier I've dealt with! It took them 15 business days to ship and very bad communication from their customer service about it on top of it. Once I received my order, some items we're back ordered surprise surprise I found out via small pink piece of paper inserted in my package stating that it would be shipped at a later time. Very disappointing I wrote to them and nor response as of today, 10 days later. I asked for a refund and still got no response so I'm down 50$ as of today. I would not recommend them to anyone.
UPDATE AUGUST 29th. AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO GET MY REFUND I STILL DO NOT SEE IT. I'VE CALLED, EMAILED MULTIPLE TIMES AND KEEP BEING TOLD THEY NEED TO BRING IT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND ITS NEVER DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Left emails, tried calling, no response. My credit card company gladly gave me the funds back after learning this is common for this company to take money and not deliver product.

UPDATE: Called my credit card company and the gave me a refund based on the fact that nothing has been delivered over a month. The company has 10 days to dispute but they didn't so I got my refund. I suggest everyone else call their credit card company and request a refund for a paid item that was never received.

Would give zero stars if possible! Wish I read the reviews before placing my order....DO NOT BUY from this company and make the same mistake I made and judging from all the other reviews mistakes everyone is making. They charge your credit card and say picking inventory. I called the company 4 times and they have answered every single time but they make excuses and offer no solution to help. I offered to pay a rush fee they said no. I offered to pick up they said no. I requested a refund and they said I have to pay a 20% restocking fee for items that haven't even been shipped.

They claim they have weather related delays at their warehouse but reading these other reviews seems like this is just an excuse they use to scam people for their money. Every employee i have spoken to has yelled at me and has been rude and unprofessional. Even the so called manager screamed at me because they have delays.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place. They are crooks and steal your money and do not deliver products and have horrible service.

I never go out of my way to write a negative review unless I've experienced a situation that deserves recounting in order to help someone else avoid the same bs. I was a loyal customer for YEARS and would overlook shipping mess ups here and there as they were small and I loved their products, but while the products are good, Saffire blue has become TERRIBLE at managing they're company and I will never be ordering from them again. I'm still waiting on a refund for non shipped items on my last order which was over 4 months ago. They would rarely reply any of my emails, and when they did it was to tell me that my file was sent to the refund department for processing, total BS... SEE YA saffire blue... I strongly suggest that you spend your money elsewhere.

Safire Blue offers products that other companies do not, which is the reason I buy from them on occasions. However, if I solely had to rely on them, I would not be in business. My first few orders came on a timely manner, and customer service was adequate. However, it seems the company lacks overall customer service as the company grows. It was my busy season, and I have placed an order~ it clearly stated it was in stock. I have waited over two weeks, and yet no e-mail, or phone call regarding my order. I have called and they said it is now placed through ticket system. Close to two and a half weeks, they said it was on back order~ yet, the website at the point of receiving the e-mail clearly stated it was in stock. I had to ask them to send my order in batches, instead of them taking the initiative to do so, and to add insult, I placed it as rush order, and yet they have not apologized nor compensated me. I had more issues with the company other than this one, and currently I'm experiencing another one. I believe in the future I will ask my other provider if they can carry the product I buy at Safire Blue so I do not go through this hassle again.

To all potential buyers - especially those who depend on a good supplier for their own business, Saffire Blue is not reputable or reliable. I urge you to spend some time reading all the other negative reviews. This company has a "ticket" customer Service system to handle complaints which I believe they hide behind. I persisted for weeks to talk to a real person believing a two way conversation would help and that my order would finally be shipped. Save yourself a lot of grief and do not use this supplier - I can not stress enough, I have cut my ties and contacted my credit card agency. There are other great companies out there - Voyageur, New Directions who care about you and your business.

I finally called and spoke to a nice woman on the phone, who assured me that someone would contact me, they did not, called back and spoke with someone much less pleasant. I understand COVID is causing a delay, but it shouldn't be an excuse for poor customer service. told me they would charge me 50% to cancel my order, that is 50% from families who have lost their children to cancer. What do they have to lose in this COVID crisis. I am stuck , our fundraiser 6 weeks delayed so far and can't go somewhere else because they have our money.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. DO NOT order from them. This is their scam: you order products, they forget to send them. You then have to pay for them to ship it, again, plus they require you to spend a minimum $75 or they charge you a $25 surcharge. So you have to spend more money to get the products you ordered the first time. Also, their products are full of FILLERS, that s how they re so cheap. They will avoid your emails and calls for weeks before giving you a straight answer. Please save yourself a LOT of stress and time by spending a little more at other AMAZING companies in Canada that have great staff and service. This company is going bankrupt and have nothing to lose. They do this and other scams to so many of their customers. They really don t care about their customers and only want to keep the big customers happy who are ordering thousands of dollars of products. DO NOT support these horrible people.

I can pretty much guarantee that all of the 5* ratings on this thread are fake or prepared by SB employees. The ratings on their website even state that they reserve the right to edit customer product ratings (and is evidenced by the 5* on everything on their site). If there were a "0" rating, they would get that if not for the decent selection and sometimes reasonable prices. That being said, they use the "rush shipping" (which costs extra) as a way to make money, obviously, and they do so by SEVERELY slowing down orders that are not rush shipping. Mine have taken up to 4 weeks to arrive. I have to order here for the simple reason that there are no comparable stores in Canada that I have found. Their fragrance oils are absolutely terrible and a complete waste of money. I order these from the US instead. My lip balm containers that I ordered absolutely REEKED of marijuana, rendering them unusable for sale. They sent me 6kg of RANCID shea butter and would not remedy this. They also send it in a torn plastic bag which is obviously not good for the product. They failed to add 4L of vanilla stabilizer to my order, and even though they promptly removed the deduction for it from my credit card bill, they did not notify me, and were unwilling to ship it separately at cost to them. Of course, this is a product I needed for my business, and so I had to unwillingly place another order, hoping they would choose to add the product to my order the second time. If you have a complaint (which at some point you absolutely will when ordering here), they rarely respond if at all, and generally will do nothing to remedy the complaint. Also, they ship their hard oils (coconut and palm) in useless jugs with tiny lids (so you have to cut the package in order to take it out). My suspicion is that they do this so that you will pay for the pails that they sell. Avoid them if you can.

Do not order from this place. First off, I would like to mention how rude they are. I spoke with Mackala on how I was not satisfied with my order. She proceeded to be very defensive an hung up. I tried to call back and the call got rejected. The shea butter I ordered was not sealed. It came in a big zip lock bag and looked like it was chopped and dumped into this bag. The company will not take refunds on raw materials and have a policy if items have been opened. However, the shea butter I received was delivered in an open bag. Not to mention it took them 3 weeks to ship my product. Be careful. They also over charged my account and rounded my bill up to the whole dollar.

I called and emailed NUMEROUS times woth no response for over a week. Over the phone I was promised my backordered items were sent out but they never were. I would not recommend this company to anyone! If you want to receive your items at a snails pace 2 weeks or more and deal with e-mail communication with a 24-48 hr turn over. I ordered from here on two occasions and have not had a good experience. You have to contact the company to get updates on order status and they never put any notes of things missing from my order that were on back ordered on your shipment. Again had to contact them via email. Worst customer service ever they just care about policy's which are in favour of the company. Don't dare and try to cancel the order that you have been waiting two weeks for . You will have to pay a 20% cancellation fee plus 5$. Robbery!!!

Don't buy Saffire blue! Shipping times are ridiculously long. In addition, their "essential oils" are diluted. A real essential oil does not make an oily mark when it dries and their oils make marks. We had to expect poor quality with such low prices. I wanted to test them, here it is done I will not recommend there for sure. No one from A to Z. If you want advice, don't waste your money with them. If I had read the other reviews before I would never have ordered there.

Just don t buy from them. The delays of delivery are ridiculously long and on top of it, the "essential oils" are diluted. A real essential oil won t make any oily mark when it dries, their EO do. Had to expect that poor quality with such low prices but I wanted to test them. I did and now I know I won t order from them anymore. Awful company to deal with. I can make an order with Saffire Blue (in Ontario) and an order in BC and the order from BC will come a couple weeks before Saffire Blue even processes my order. I have gotten notes in my order saying that certain items are back-ordered and it had taken over 2 months to get them. Would rather have gotten the refund and went elsewhere. Hate doing business with them. Unfortunately they carry a couple items I can't find anywhere else. But when I do, my dealings with this company will be done.

Seriuously the worst company. I ordered 2 weeks ago with absolutely no communication from them since as to when my supplies will come. They have no delivery standard whatsoever, and obviously have a lot of angry customers because they do not answer the customer service line, you are forced to leave a message, which does not get returned. They charge an arm and a leg for shipping, have zero guarantee as to when you will get your supplies, if at all. You have to submit an online ticket request for help which, guess what, doesn t get answered. I want to cancel my order as I needed it by now to make products for my business which I am now late for but I can t because no cancellation policy. They will sure take your money, but forget about knowing where your order went. Horribly mismanaged company. Will not order from them again. Order from New Directions Aromatics instead. Most products are cheaper with them, and you will get your order on time. They are very clear on what day s orders they are shipping when, and they have actual communication. If I do not hear anything in the next couple of days Im reporting this company and encourage you to do the same.

April 14, 2020 I was so disappointed when I checked prices for hand sanitizer that was now being offered by Saffire Blue in the middle of a pandemic and saw what appeared to be a cash grab $25 for 1 liter. When so many companies are demonstrating community spirit and offering their services at cost or free, it is disheartening to see price-gouging during this local/national/global crisis. I have unsubscribed from their mailing list and will no longer be dealing with this company.

The worst customer service ever. I ordered several hundred dollars worth of product from Saffire Blue. My package arrived damaged, split completely open down the side! It was left in this condition on my door step, and when I arrived home to find it, I immediately took pictures of it. Two items were missing from my package, and when I reported it to Saffire Blue (within their 24 hour limit policy and with all pictures documenting it), they informed me that it was not their problem since I did not choose my package to have to have a signature upon delivery - even though it says NOTHING about a signature upon delivery anywhere on their checkout page. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and careless attitudes. I would recommend going elsewhere. I know I will be.

If I could give 0 stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I place online orders through various companies quite often, and Saffire Blue has been the WORST to deal with.

I live in Alberta and I ordered 75 Extra Large Muslin Bags to be shipped from their Ontario location. Paid $20 shipping and waited over 3 weeks to receive ONLY 4 Small Bags?

Contacted the company regarding the error and at first they said they would send me my actual order right away and that I would receive a tracking number later that day. Well it's been a week since then and not only do I not have a tracking number or any confirmation that my actual order has been shipped...but the company has entirely stopped communicating with me. You can't even speak to anyone on the phone, it's all by e-mail if you even manage to get a response.

Reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau & my Credit Card Company ASAP!

I would have to say one of my biggest mistakes ord...

I would have to say one of my biggest mistakes ordering from this company and I am not a complainer nor have I ever written a review but I truly think I need to let others know so they don't make the same mistake.
Firstly, this was a few hundred dollar order, close to $400 before tax and shipping. Order time, just over 3 weeks so don't expect it quickly. Not out of province either, matter of fact 2 hr drive away. Almost all the EO's I ordered had a clear inside lid that just sat there , not even close to fitting properly and immediately falls out so the EO doesn't drop out, it flows with any of the thinner oils. Not realizing this in an attempt to fill a roller bottle with roman chamomile it just went all over. Terrible waste of an expensive EO. When you order roller bottles all bottles, rollers and closing caps come separate. Needless to say I now have 25 med. roller bottles without any lids. At the size of the order, a courtesy call or email to say, you realize that you have no lids would have been good customer service. Never will use this company again.

I LOVE buying my oils, butters, and all of my packaging materials from Saffire Blue:) staff is ALWAYS very helpful to me- I live about an hour away so I always pickup and pay -I've never had any problems they're always ready to help with any potential 'problems' and I've always been happy with all their products- I've bought oils, clay, wax, containers, carrier oils, salts and a whole lot more from them- always been happy! So glad they are fairly close to me:)

You have nice products and everything....service was always kind of slow but shipping was fast once they finally did send my orders out .. BUT then I made a 4th order and I'll never ever be back after what I have been through and am STILL going through.
I made my order back in September. 5 weeks after I made the order I hadn't received a shipping notice or anything, so I msgd Saffire Blue to ask why. They said that they pulled up my order, and it must have gotten sent to the back and the products I had originally ordered were no longer in stock BUT would be there that week. So I said fine I'll wait. I waited abother 2 weeks... Heard nothing again. So I called back. They said they would send me what they had and put the rest on back order (could have done thay 2 weeks ago but hey)... I even offered to switch the fragrances that weren't in stock to somethung that was available... I just wanted my order. They refused to do this... Anyway, I received my package finally (about half of my order) but had issues with what was inside. I won't even get into that. Back to my remaining items on back order.. I waited ANOTHER two weeks. This time when I emailed to enquire I was ignored. So I called customer service manager and she assured me my fragrances were in and would be shipped right away. She sent them and GUESS WHAT.. two items were STILL missing and I got another back order slip. Seriously?? It has now been 2 weeks and I called them AGAIN. this time I just asked for a refund. The manager said they were just so busy. Well, busy or not, get it together!! It is now mid November!!... Over 2 months to get an order out properly is ridiculous. Don't worry, you won't be "busy" with any orders from me anymore.

When I went to pick up my order, there were a few products missing, so they were going to ship it to my home within 7-10 business days... no big deal. But they never shipped it. So i emailed them and got a response, then I got an email saying it was ready for pick up but I live way out of the way and I would pay more for fuel than for my product, so I emailed again and they said they would ship it to me yet again, I never recieved the products after countless email interactions. I decided the fight wasn't worth the amount of money's worth of product i would lose because I spent about 5months trying to get my missing products. Unbelievably terrible customer service.

True, the prices are low, but at what price ... The shipping times are absolutely RIDICULES !!! It is also possible that something is in stock when you place your order and that it is no longer when it is processed (2 weeks later !!!!!!!!!!!! ). And frankly, it's scandalous to have to pay an extra ($ 10) for the order to be processed within a reasonable time! In conclusion, if you can, buy elsewhere ... This is what I will do from now on, I will certainly no longer encourage Saffire blue!

UPDATE: Just got off the phone with my credit card company and I m getting some of my money back. If you didn t get your shipment and no refund then you can call your credit card company and open a dispute. Good luck.

Like all the rest, still waiting for my order from NOVEMBER and ignored by customer service and no store credit offered so fear the company is going bankrupt....trying to get my money back via my credit card. I hope everyone else can get some money back somehow.

I placed my first order and three weeks went by then I emailed to ask when it will be shipped. I was told it was being processed that day. After they said it was going to be shipped I received an email two days later that said they were out of stock of a couple items, but didn't say which ones. I had to email again and ask "what are they out of and when will I get my order?" I'm still waiting. The person emailing me has been very apologetic, but that doesn't help when I need to get ready for a Spring craft show.

I was tentative on ordering from Saffire Blue as I had read some really bad reviews online. I played it safe and ordered only a small selection of products to see how my experience with them would go. I was really pleasantly surprised. I made my order on a Saturday night, got a confirmation email and was told orders were processed Monday through Friday; on Monday I received an email saying that my order was being processed and by Tuesday it was delivered. I received all the products that I requested, the packaging was great and I absolutely love the products I ordered!!! I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future. A nice thing about this company is that you don't have to have a minimum order of $100 like some of the other companies I was looking at. All in all, I would definitely recommend this companies to family and friends.

The first part of my order was sent after about 2 weeks .There was a mistake in my order which I hadn't noticed ( 5ml bottles instead of 10). The backordered items were sent to someplace in Ontario ( I'm in Quebec) because the wrong order # was attached to my items. So now I'm trying to get my stuff which I paid for and I have not received a response to my email after like 5 days. The biggest mistake I made was not reading the reviews on Google before ordering... don't do the same...

Both in stock at the time of ordering. 4 days later I received an email saying the lids would be delivered seperatly and were on back order. 20 days later I phoned to ask if there was an estimated delivery date (not expecting any kind of rush on my order as we are in the middle of a pandemic) and the representative was nothing but nasty, rude and unhelpful. She refused to inquire about the status of the lids as "she had hundreds of orders". When I was unhappy with this answer she proceeded to yell at me and tell me that "with that attitude im not getting anything" (which I clearly wasn't going to anyways). I DO NOT recommend using this company. Horrible people to deal with.

I've ordered with this business numerous times because there carry something I've not find elsewhere, but I've reached the last straw. They regularly had issues with missing items
(one of which they never got back to me about refunding, until over a year later when I remembered it on another complaint call), and my last order, placed the very beginning of the year (about 40 days ago now!) is still not even shipped despite me calling twice now about it. Today my request to cancel it was met by a very rude and unhelpful customer service rep who basically told me they don't want my business if I'm gonna hold them accountable like that. To be clear, I used no inappropriate language, I made no claims that were untrue, I simply stated this is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for an order, after already calling in about it 1.5 weeks ago. She tried to convince me I only called last Thursday (when it was the one before that, I have phone records to prove it), told me off and hung up. This is what awaits you with this company.
This is my last order with them! Totally unprofessional!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly, the WORST company I've probably ever dealt with. Despite all the bad reviews I gave them a shot, first order I waited almost 4 weeks for then decided to just go pick it up. When I arrived after driving for 2 hours they said "oh sorry we were out of 2 of the products you ordered". I then gave them another shot and ordered a small order, I asked if any of the products were out of stock again and sent 2 emails, they ignored me. I received the order 2 weeks later and surprise, a little slip was in the box stating that the product I want was back ordered. Order from voyageur soap and candle, they are out west and they deliver faster than these people, have better prices and more product. Something at Saffire Blue needs to change big time....or they will be out of business within the year.

Great to do business with. Fast, when you pay for the rush delivery. I know to some that this may seem strange but when you put into account, they have the cheapest prices on a wide selection of products. and when I order on Sunday I usually get it Tuesday. Not bad at all keep up the good work!!

As others say - great products Terrible Service. I ordered my products a month ago and had no communication from the company and never received the products either. Finally decided to give them a call around end of July / beginning of August - phone line says they won't deal with customer service issues over the phone and goes to another recording (which they have in the past so I don't know why that has changed). Then I realized they put up a general message on their website saying that they are having issues with the products - note that they havent bothered to email me as a customer to let me know the status of my order or that they're having issues. So I send them an email regarding my order then as a last resort I contacted Paypal and issued a claim. I suggest all customers who have waited patiently for their orders (1 month or more) to submit a claim and get your money back. Paypal doesn't play with this sort of nonsense and neither should you. I've gotten items from BC faster than this.

I LOVE this company, products and staff. They went through a 100% total warehouse DISASTER and all you customers care about is "What will you guys do for ME because my order is a little late?" SELFISH. WELL, I don't care if processing takes a few weeks, if you need product that fast YOU should have ordered earlier. The prices are FANTASTIC, the quality is amazing and the staff are great people! I will always come back to Saffire Blue and support their business as a small business owner! It's been two years that I order at Saffire Blue and in general everything is going well. The deadlines can go from 1 to 3 weeks (!), But by managing his stock one gets by. Very attractive prices, and good quality products.
But for over a month more news!
I placed a big order on August 5th and, apparently due to inclement weather, I'm still waiting for a refund or a delivery ... Only an automatic message answers my emails.

Three months later, I got my refund. I do not do business with this company anymore.

Ordered from here for the first time, as they have a selection and prices better than any other online soaping store. They didn't have credit card or Paypal payment options, so I naively went with e-transfer, and it was a fairly large order. They took 3 days to accept the payment, and then... nothing. Did not respond to emails, and I feared the worst when I googled and saw their bad reviews online. However, a month after placing the order, they finally shipped. Upon receipt, all the big ticket items were correct, with some mistakes on smaller ones (plastic ducks instead of fish, 10ml tins instead of 30ml). Given their history with customer service, I'll not even bother trying to get those items corrected; I'm just happy I got the oils, fragrances, and other additives I ordered, even if it's a little too late to make the cold process soap I had planned for Christmas gifts. I've never had an experience like this with an established online store and it makes me wonder what's going on at Saffireblue.. the only thing that makes sense to me is if the whole operation is managed by one overwhelmed person.

Sad to write this, my first experience was great I got to pick up my order within 3 business days. It's weeks now and still waiting for my second one.....there is no way to contact anyone here, no one answers the phone, nor email; carrier pigeon might work, who knows.
All joking aside, I've never seen a company manage to function with zero customer service. Best bet is to go to New Directions Aromatics or Sunrise Botanics.

If I could post a zero, I would. Prices are the only good thing. Shipping is TERRIBLE but I won't go into that, I was going to let it slide until they shipped me the wrong products. My complaint is about customer service. Just to get a few dollars off a product, it's not worth the hassle of dealing with this company.
I made my first order at their store of $500, of which $100 of the products sent to me are going in the trash. Makayla at Saffire Blue is the most useless AND RUDE customer service person I've dealt with in a long time. She diverts and treats customers like they are wasting her precious time. She blames it on the "warehouse" as the reason why the droppers don't fit the glass bottles. I ordered the right sizes, as per the website, and they can't figure out why they messed up and sent me the wrong droppers. Now I have 50 glass bottles and droppers that don't fit on another and are going to a landfill. I'm SO disappointed.

I wish I would have read all these reviews before placing my order; especially the one from the ex-employee. I placed my order June 25th for shows that I have coming up and I still have not received my order. I had to email them twice before getting a response. Base don the ex-employee, I'm sure it was a "canned" response. If I don't have it by Tuesday, I am requesting a refund from PayPal and will never shop there again. I have located another source and will use them in the future.

This 5 star rating is for Kellie in customer service. She has been THE BEST to deal with. I also like the products SB sells. Good quality. I do not agree with all policies however and time to get the order out the door and on it's way needs a tremendous amount of work.. THANK YOU Kellie for all the great work. (I have never met a SB employee nor am I related to anyone in SB. I've seen reviews that say that people who leave a good rating are friends or related. Just not true ...at least not in my case)

I wish i read the reviews first, I've been waiting over a month now for my order with little to no contact by the company. The customer service associate that has responded to my emails have yet to tell me ETA on said supplies and will charge a 20% cancellation fee if I cancel my order. I feel completely trapped as i need to make soaps for my customers and cant afford to the 20% charge or worse will it take another month to send my information to the cancellation department??!?

** edit- it s been almost a YEAR and I have yet to receive my order or have any contact with the company, I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and they have yet to hear anything from the company as well. Finally got a human on the phone this morning and she was very unpleasant but said she'd have accounting issue me a refund FINALLY!!! Now let's see if they follow through.

I would give this company a zero if I could. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all, they force you to use an online ticketing system. When I ordered from them their warehouse and offices had been severely damaged but they did not indicate this at the time of the order - they simply said that there would be a slight delay in processing orders. Six weeks later I haven't gotten my order and they are not responding to any requests about orders. There is just a note on the website that they are dealing with their insurance company. Saffire Blue is demonstrating a serious lack of integrity and courage in the manner with which they are treating their customers which is simply unacceptable.

I recently ordered some supplies from Saffire Blue after not using them for some time, primarily a large quantity of soy wax for candle making. I needed the wax in a short amount of time for a project, so I paid the extra money for "Rush Processing", as they claim to call it. I placed the order on Friday, which according to the website meant that it should have shipped on Tuesday. As of Wednesday it was still listed as being "Pre-Processing", so I called the company. It took a number of phone calls to finally discern that they had soy wax on "back order" (odd, since it's a commonly ordered product that was not listed as being out of stock on the website), but they promised it would be shipped "soon". It was finally shipped a week after I ordered it. I will give many kudos to Loomis for their short shipping time - I had my product within a day (I live quite close to Tillsonburg), so I was able to go ahead with my project.

Except...no. The wax isn't of great quality at all and the candles have so far been unusable. All in all, this has been a total waste of money, and I won't be repeating the effort.
