If I could give 0 stars I would. My order took forever (over a month), customer service was the worst I've ever had and products missing. Ridiculous. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.. I will never use this place again.

I could never in good conscience recommend this company. I've given them several opportunities to redeem themselves. A company that undervalues their customers.
Terrible customer service, extremely long processing times, high shipping rates, and tampering with the quality of some products. You may order something and be happy with it, order it again and find its been diluted and cheapened.
Compition is fierce, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

UPDATE- still NOTHING! It s going to be a year and they ignored my messages, they would hang up when I called , DONT BUY FROM THEM.

WOW, BIGGEST mistake was ordering from them. I don't know why I didn't read the reviews frist!?! They didn't send me a few items, I called, their excuse was "we have new people in shipping department that are forgetting to advise customers on back orders, dont worry we will ship those items ASAP" over 2 months later, NO replies from emails, NO credit, NO items, NO ONE EVER answers the phone.HORRIBLE place, thieves, scammers , how can people do this to customers?!!!! It's sad that companies like this can still function. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! listen to the reviews. I'm SO MAD!

I ordering in June 2018. It is now December 2018 and I still haven't received it. No emails, no phone calls. Just took over $300 and never heard from them again. It's not a lot of money for me because I have a successful ETHICAL business but I worry for the small business that are operating on a shoestring budget and lose money to these scammers.

Very bad customer service,very bad company policies not directed toward customer satisfaction,i ordered 4 items and it took 2 weeks to even start the process,i had to open 2 tickets (by the way their ticket system is useless,calls and insults seem to be the only way to make things move) i had to threaten them with the consumer protection of ontario to get my order to move. When they finally started processing my order,they told me something i had ordered was in back order,i assume its because of the humongous delay in the process of my order as it wasnt in back order when i made it. I had to harass them to get anything done at every step of the process.
To anyone that want to orders from them,there are plenty of others companies way better than this one.Wish i could give a zero star.

From order to delivery,this took almost 4 weeks.

I was using Saffire blue for ordering supplies for a small business I co-own but not anymore. The level of customer service and communication skills are seriously lacking. The last two orders placed took over 3 weeks to process before ever being shipped out. Both times reached out via phone (leaving message) and emails. Most went un-responded to and the one time I actually talked to a person, they were very unapologetic. Its unfortunate they seem to run their business this way as we are wanting to support as local as we can. But after such a terrible experience with them over the last 6 months, we are taking our business else where...

Excellent product selection (when they have stock) and fair prices but absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Orders often take a very long time to be filled and you aren't allowed to speak with anyone via telephone. You have to use their "ticket system" to submit enquiries and it can take days before you receive any sort of reply - VERY frustrating. As an alternative, Candora Soap and Soap Supplies in London has superior customer service and better pricing but their product selection is somewhat limited when compared to Saffire Blue (hence why I keep doing business with Saffire Blue despite their poor service).

UPDATE 08/28/18: Looks like they are out of business ???

I wish I read the google reviews before placing an order. 1st order took 2 weeks to ship out. When it arrived most was good but..I got 1 bag of non-organic shea butter. I ordered and paid for 2 bags of organic shea butter. *I only conplained about the missingshea because I had used most of the other bag before I noticed that it was not organic. Because they fixed the problem I decided to place another order. This time I waited over a month to get my items. I expected a longer wait because of closures due to christmas and new years but when I got my shipment 2 items were missing with a note saying they are back ordered.. If you go on their website to order those things now you can.. no temporarily unavailable or out of stock notice like other sites. They know they dont have them but they are taking money then having customers wait indefinately.. They could have sent me a notice weeks ago saying that they are out of stock then I would have enough time to order from elsewhere.. nope not Saffire blue.. when I email asking about a possile refund all they say is that it will take 1-2 weeks for back ordered items to be shipped. I sent another email complaining and got no reponse. Saffire blue does not care about you or your business, they just want your money.. I am considering starting a small business and they for sure will not be my supplier. You cannot depend on them. I have placed test orders with other companies since and received one order in 4 days the other in 7.
If you actually want to get your order in a reasonable timeframe please do not order from saffire blue..

Where do I even begin! I wish I would have read reviews before I placed an order with this company! It s been a nightmare! They lie, then do not return emails or phone calls until your visa goes after them for the money they stole from you and then they tell you they want a 20% cancellation fee, what???? Do not order from this company they will take your money and you will never get your order. I am contacting a lawyer, how is it a company can do this to so many people and continue to do so? Is the customer not protected by any sort of business ethical standards? There are hundreds of complaints, how is this company still operating? If I could give them a zero I would have.

Long waiting time on my order.when received my thermometer had a rusted battery in it no big deal bought one put it in and started making my wax tarts after several pounds of wax done and they didn't turn out a couple weeks got a new thermometer to find out the one from saffireblue was faulty all that money and work down the drain.contacted them and all I got was you had 3 days after arrival to get a hold of us .i very well would have if I knew it was faulty. I do not recommend them at all after waiting over 3 weeks and all the loss they do not care . Very bad costumer service that was my first and last order. Now I believe why they have so many bad reviews. If that's the way they do business I do not know how they are still running . Ripping costomers off maybe ?!

Saffire Blue is one of those gem companies that every small business should be aware of. I had a few hiccups with them delivery-wise but they've redeemed themselves and I'm back on board. Their high quality products and fabulous customer service are second to none so far. I highly recommend using Saffire Blue for all your personal and business uses. They definitely have a gold star rating from nayz kitchen!!

If Google would allowI a zero stars I would! Saffire Blue has zero customer satisfaction in my opinion. The company accepted my payment, but 2 weeks later after using their "ticket system"my order is still not fulfilled. It is my opinion that positive reviews are friends or employees of the company. There is another company that persons who are disgruntled with this company use. If the web sites look the similar it may be more than a coincidence! Know that Kellie & Jessica and others have posted positive reviews but they work for the company and are related to the owner of the company; Not exactly without prejudice! Get real Saffire Blue & Purple Citrus! One and the same. Too bad that you have great products but the rest is not worth the trouble! Shopping around finds the comparable at better prices.

Ordered multiple items to meet the $75 minimum order in order to avoid a $25 small order fee surcharge, which is highway robbery. That should have been my first indication to stay away. I have been waiting a month for any indication that the items are going to be shipped. The customer service is non-existent, no response to emails/voicemail. I have escalated a claim through PayPal to get a full refund. There is no chance I will pay a 20% restocking fee for a shipment that hasn't even been processed. Do not buy from this company.
Update: PayPal has refunded the entire original amount.

I have to agree with all the other recent reviews of this company. Horrible experience with Saffire Blue multiple times. Order processing time is painfully slow. Communication is non-existent. Then they will ship your order minus items that they say are on backorder but never seem to come and they won't respond to your inquiries. At first I thought it was just a fluke but after the third time I am recognizing a pattern. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I have had better success with Voyageur Soap and Candle and New Directions Aromatics. Wish I had read Google reviews before placing my most recent order. Buyer beware - forewarned is forearmed!

It was great to find a company quite close that had the product I needed. However, after 10 days of no confirmation, I wrote to ask if I could change the order - make it a rush and pick it up, as I was quite desperate (and told them that!). The response was that they could not change an order once it's been placed (even though they had presumably done nothing with my order at all - one item and it hadn't been shipped yet!). I asked what tue cancellation fee was and they answered 20% and could I please confirm before they cancelled. I thought about it, looked into other options and, after a couple of days, confirmed cancellation. I included a note that i was frustrated at their lack of service (i had also asked for an estimate on readiness and was given no response). I was told yet again that it would be 20% and could I please confirm. I confirmed yet again. I told them if they ask for a third confirmation that i will not answer, or pay. It seems like a lucrative business though and has given me an idea: I can sell things, never send them, wait for cancellations, and then get 20% for doing absolutely nothing! Gotta give them props for the brilliance of that.

Their return policies and service are terrible.The website is very poorly done and lids and bottles are ordered separately, however it's easy to make an error - the website doesn't suggest the correct items and returning items is a challenge. The pickers clearly gave no common sense either to see you've ordered Mia matched products and advise you - other websites I e ordered from have this capability and the staff will send a quick email confirming if something looks off. After my replacement order arrives - I will NEVER order from or recommend this company.

My experience with this company was disappointing. My daughter received one of the melt and pour soap kits they offer, as a Christmas gift. The instructions were absent. I viewed the website to find instructions and the file was not accessible. I emailed company. There response was No we don't provide instructions, only to buyer. I explained it was a gift from an older individual in our family and they probably never realized the electronic file of instructions and I was not comfortable approaching and explaining to purchaser. I provided pictures of every item in the soap kit clearly with their sapphire blue label thinking this would be suffice to prove I was not out to steal soap recipes. The CSR again replied NO we will not provide the instructions, I will say the rep added a website that provided the concept of soap making to try to be helpful. I need the instructions for the exact measurements for each item dye, fragrance, clear soap, opaque soap etc. I am in shock that a company would not provide the basic steps to the kit. They have many recipes on their website so it is not a liability issue. The recipes on website I could probably use but I would be guessing and fudging amounts and measures as I have never done this and neither has my teenage daughter. I emailed the CSR rep to ask for manager or even owner of this establishment but to no avail there has been nothing. Clearly they can still do business regardless of how they treat their customers. It is very unfortunate that something that could have been a great interest or creative outlet has been tainted by our experience with Sapphire Blue. If I was to attempt the art of soap making I will pay duty and shipping and order from the US. Terrible when you want to shop Canadian but the service is that bad.

Orders take a month to ship unless you pay for rush shipping. They have some really great fragrances, and some hard to find ingredients which is what I will continue to shop there for. HATE that they don't accept phone calls. When people are looking for clarification on products they are about to order, it is nice to have a knowledgeable person to speak to on the phone to clarify. It 100% feels like they just don't want to talk to me they just want me to shut up and buy stuff. On a more pleasant note, when I pay for rush shipping my products arrive within 2 days after ordering and they are packaged really carefully..

If we could give zero stars to this company that s how bad our experience was. We are a new bath company trying to start. We placed an order almost 5 days before we just went to their warehouse to find out the order was not ready. On their website it clearly states the orders will take up to three business days. We gave them six, on their website and on Google it says they are open Saturdays for pick ups. We drove three hours to pick up our order to find out that they were completely closed and nobody was there. On top of that we called the office on Monday to find out what happened and to see if they could compensate the shipping cost to us since we do live in Windsor . The first lady on the phone Stated she was the supervisor and gave us two options, to reduce the shipping by 50% or or she ll just cancel our order, we then tried to explain that her website and Google said that they are open for pick ups. She apologized but had a lot of attitude. When we were trying to discuss the matter she immediately said well we re now closed so unfortunately I can t talk to you anymore and you can call back in the morning .... this was at 3:54pm. Again I m very confused because the website says 430 and Google says 430 when they close. We will definitely not be giving our business to this company and I advise you all to STAY AWAY!!!

They took over $100 from me and I haven't received any products from them. Will never be doing business here and would never recommend to anyone, I'll boycott this place from here on in. Terrible customer service.Though I live only 200 km away, it took 17 days to deliver. I inquired explanations and estimate for the timing for the next time, but the customer service 1) did not answer my questions, 2) implied that it's my fault (delay cause by me adding or changing order, which I didn't), 3) repeated their procedures, 4) failed admit their mistakes (it took 11 days to process my order instead of 3-4 days as it noted on their website), 5) no assurance for an improvement.
I exchanged emails few times with them, the staff replied in CAPITAL, underline and bold text. I requested at least to pass my complaints to her supervisor, but there's reply on it.
I will never go back again, as I think the product may reflect the spirit of the staff.

Terrible product and service. We placed an order on Nov 1st and did not receive it until Nov 14th. It had a note which said some items are still on backorder, so surprise we still do not have everything.

Worse still, the coffee scented oil smells like rotten spilled beer. Honestly, how can they sell this product as coffee scented oil????

Buy your product elsewhere and save the hassle.

Not only did they say that a 20% cancellation fee would apply but I still have not received ANY money back from them, they basically just stole $400 from me. I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau. Do not order from them!

I don't even understand how this company can still have their doors open. Honestly! And I wish so badly I had looked up revoews before spending $$$ here.

April 4/2020 I ordered $91 worth the merchandise. Yes...during COVID so I realized that delays were inevitable. Turnaround was to be 10 business days. May 8th I received a message that my order was available for pick up. I did email prior to ask if there were reason for the delay, and whether there was something we could remove to avoid further delay...no response. Emailed again. No response. Called, received the worst customer service ever. "If you didn't receive an email, it's not ready!". That wasn't my question. It was whether we could break up the order as some items were critical for my business to complete orsers. Was hung up on. AWESOME.

Called again a week later and actually received great customer service from another individual who actually answered my question. I had two scents that were backordered. She asked if I wanted a refund or to wait. So I waited as I already ordered my critical items elsewhere AND RECEIVED THEM.

A week later, I received the confirmation email that my order was ready for pick up. Perfect. We drove 45 minutes to pick up and realized that we'd be arriving close to their lunch hour shutdown. I called the order pick up line (the line you're suppose to call while you're at the loading dock to pick up), 5 times in 40 minutes. No answer (thank god I wasn't at the dock yet). Called the customer service line instead. The awful customer service began again. When I said "Hi, I'm looking to pick up but can't reach the pick up line...". She kept claiming she couldn't hear me and hing up. This happened 3 times. I had full network coverage and was in the middle of town. No coverage issues. When I finally reached her again, she said "can't hear you", so I talked louder. She then accised me of yelling at her and asked my name becaise she was cancelling my order. SERIOUSLY. Wow. I hung up and called the pick up line again. The nice person I spoke to in the last answered. Thanks to her assistance, I was able to pick up. Unfortunately...they got our order wrong. At this point, we'll take the loss rather than deal with them again.

This whole process was for my 11 year daughter who is running a bath fizz business for a Kidentreprenuer program. It's been so disheartending to her but will teach her a good lesson about turn around times and customer service.

Do not buy from this company no refund. Lady yelled at me and hung up on me said she was secretary. Guy there never called me back. He said they don't give refunds which doesn't make sense no product took my money . I should have read the reviews first. I dealt with them 10years ago they were great not sure what happened. 112 complaints on better business bureau don't buy. Warning. You will loose your money and not get product and if you dare to call and ask you will get treated like dirt. A simple fix would have been to communicate with customers and be respectful but they can't

This place has gone down hill, shipping department needs MAJOR work. Add $10 Rush Processing, $20 minimum for shipping I've had $40+ in shipping to Alberta. My order has been processing for 2.5 weeks!!!! That is completely unacceptable, people can add rush processing and they jump you in line. I've been a loyal customer for a year and have had nothing but terrible things to say about this place. I find the prices just keep going up and up. Not great for small businesses!!!

Good selection of good products and good prices. Always prompt delivery too! I'm really surprised the rating isn't higher, because I like everything about this company. My dealings with it have been first rate. I even love the packing materials they use: easy to open and recycle. Also, the bottles and glass stoppers were packaged separately, so they didn't break. I've had other companies ship them together and found two or three broken as a result. They included safe-handling sheets with their products, and an apology for being unable to fill a small item in my order. I've ordered three times. So far, no complaints.

I have been waiting for my order since August 21, ...

I have been waiting for my order since August 21, 2018 and when I contact the company all I get is a generic message stating some problems they've been having. Have also sent them an invoice to get a refund, but, nothing so far. Really think long and hard when ordering from this company as your funds will be tied up with them and you'll not get your product or any response at all. New Directions might take 2 weeks to deliver but at least they deliver and respond to any inquiries you might have about your order. This isn't the first time this has happened and will not order from Saffire Blue again.

Sadly I have to edit my review.
I used to love working with Saffire Blue, but after I started using them less, because of shorting us on product - to the amount of $900+, their service has declined drastically. I now only use them for things I can't find elsewhere. Their customer service at this point is nonexistent. I placed an order over 6 weeks ago. It has yet to be filled. Granted, this was for a special order item. I have now emailed their customer service 3 times asking for information on my order. I received only one response, where they ask for my order number. This is not the first time since using them less that I've run into issues. Products are never in stock and always on back order. Which would be fine if you knew this before ordering. However, you only find this out after you order and they've held your order hostage. After you order, and they've held your order, cancelling it will cost you a 20% restocking fee...regardless of the fact that they haven't filled your order, because it's not in stock. In short, buyer beware.

I really love working with Saffire Blue. I find the staff helpful, fun to talk to and their products are great. They also have the best selection of products I have seen pretty much anywhere, and definitely the best selection in Canada. Not to mention they have amazing prices. I have been buying from them for 3 years now and have never had a problem with quality either. In fact, I once went to another wholesaler to buy Rosemary Essential Oil because I needed it right away, only to go back to Saffire Blue the next time. The competition's just wasn't the same quality and even my customer, who the order was for, noticed the difference.

LOL. I have read all the reviews on this board and think its funny. Saffire Blue was one of the worst places i have ever ordered from. I recently placed an order for supplies and it was actually done correctly and time. Its hit or miss with these people. I recommend New Directions Aromatics. Professional and Proper! I use Saffire Blue when i need something that NDA doesn't have. Also, if you're willing to pay for shipping costs, Wholesale Supplies Plus is amazing. Their supplies are great. Also try brambleberry. There are quite a few good places out there, the issue is the shipping costs. Too bad Saffire Blue doesn't provide better customer service. Really wanted to love this place.

Great products, very impressed by the quick delivery, however, extremely unimpressed by customer service. I made a mistake, I didn't realize that their jars didn't come with lids and you have to order them separately... That being said, they basically told me that they couldn't take a loss and help a new customer out and send me the lids which cost 4$ without me paying for 13$ shipping... The order I had placed was 150$+ and I wanted to be a return client considering I teach cosmetology and I love doing these projects with my girls, even an eBay seller would send you lids free of charge. Customer service is a big 0, they told me if I made the mistake, I should rectify it and offered me a joke of 3% off my next order... If I spoke to my clients like that, I would be out of business.

I enjoy shopping at Saffire Blue. I find it very convenient, not having to drive to the US. Since, I am a beginner, I've had a few problems not knowing what products I needed to order for certain projects, or if I wasn't sure what the difference was between 2 products, I would pick up the phone and call them for some friendly advice. I found that it did not matter who answered the phone there, they all seem to definately know their stuff.
I'm one of the lucky ones, I can drive there and pick up my stuff, mind you it is a two hour drive. When I arrived, I asked if I could place another order (over their $75 limit) and take it home with me. They weren't keen on the idea, and told me I could do it this time only. So, i was excited about that, and the fact that I did not have to drive back a few days later.
When I went back to pick up my order Amanda and I had been talking. She, in the midst of our conversation, had commented "She loves her job their, everyone gets along, and that it's like one big Happy Family", and you rarely ever hear anyone say that these days.

I wish I could give a negative number of stars.

I should have believed the google reviews, I learned my lesson.

My 1st order was complete and delivered within a 2 week period. That's why I placed my 2nd order which also arrived after around 2 weeks. But one of the items was missing. They would not tell you when an item is on backorder until you notice it by yourself and email them via their ticket system (for their responses you need to wait at least a few days if you are lucky enough). Then they replied me that they would refund me which takes forever. My order was placed at the end of March and I still have not received my refund as of today.

Nothing but good experiences with this company! Used to import from the US but so glad I switched! Huge selection, affordable prices for the industry and anytime I've had a problem, I just submit a ticket and get an email back in about a day!

As someone who is hesitant ordering from a new source online, I found their thorough policies and FAQ section made me feel comfortable with what I would be getting into.

I have finally picked up my order on my own i usually have someone else pick up my orders and the very first thing was an amazing greeting when the door open! Right from there it just got better the staff grabbed my order quickly and efficiently! When I had a question about sizes of jars for giving out samples they got an employee to bring me out some jars so that I could see then in real life conpared to a picture to get an idea of what I should order I had found the perfect jar then the same employee came out with a better more cost efficient package for me to put my products in for samples that would also be great for mailing because of them being lightweight and the size! So i fell in love with those instead and have now placed another $100+ order thanks to their amazing customer service!
I Love this place for all my supplies for my diy products. I highly recommend this place their quality is great there timing for getting everything ready is efficiently fast, and their customer service is above and beyond!

I was extremely pleased and impressed with my entire Saffire Blue experience. The website had an incredible selection and was easy to manoeuvre, my only complaint was that I had a difficult time narrowing down my selection because there was so many neat products.

This was my first time ordering bulk beauty products and I was really excited that I could order small quantities of different things, I didn't want to waste a lot of money on items that I might not like. I felt like a kid in a candy store because I was able to order a bunch of things that I've always wanted to try, like African black soap and bentonite clay.

The delivery time took about two weeks, which I feel was very reasonable since I live in Newfoundland and Saffire Blue is located in Ontario. I order a lot of different items online and I can say that the delivery wait was on par, if not better, than that of most companies that I deal with. I was aware that my products would be shipped using ground transportation and I was easily able to track where my products were in their journey.

I ordered about 50 small items, including some glass bottles and everything arrived in perfect condition. The glass bottles were wrapped using what looked like environmentally friendly materials and none of the liquids leaked or spilled. The person who packs and wraps their packages did an awesome job!

I was very surprised to find out that my items came in really nice plastic packaging that I'm sure I could repurpose when the butters, oils and clays are gone. The packaging would look great on display and is very clean and professional looking.

I've had an opportunity to use most of the products that I ordered and I must say that the quality is fantastic. I feel that I received great value for the money that I spent and will definitely be ordering from Saffire Blue again.

Customer service is the worst. It took over 3 weeks to have a human actually contact me back and it s been over a month since I ordered my product. I tried so hard to be pleasant and give them the benefit of reconciling my situation ($200 worth of product shipped out and NEVER got to me but says it was delivered) and all I received was we sent it to the address you provided so our hands are clean bull crap. The address I provided is the same one that canada post deems as wrong and I ve been being thrown back and forth to contact them and then canada post because no one wants to take responsibility of losing my package. Don t waste your time or your money like I did. Stick with the bigger companies like Candora Soaps or New Directions that actually take the time to take care of their customers.

Five stars for complete and utter disappointment.

I have been dealing from Saffire Blue for 4 or 5 years now. One of the daughters went out of her way to order a mold that I wanted and they did not sell this mold. I always buy from them. Yes it crazy around Xmas, but that is every where. I drive there from St. Thomas and I pick my stuff up. I had no problems yet.

I've done two successful orders through them so far and haven't had any issues. I'm currently awaiting my third order so we'll see. There's been alot of negativity surrounding this company which so far I haven't had to deal with. My orders have come very quickly and package extremely well. So far I have ordered only a few FO since I generally shy away form FO's and use EOs, but the one I used so far made an excellent body cream and can't stop sniffing myself. It'll be used in my CP soap next to see how it works. As for people complaining about delays cause things were out of stock on the order form it ask you to chose what option you'd like if there is issues with stock levels. Maybe this is a new process from all the complaints, or it's been there all along and people chose the option to wait not sure. It's nice to have something closer to the maritimes that has excellent products(as of date) without having to have it shipped all across the country. The shipping is on the higher side but as they state it's better to do a large order to disperse the shipping cost than a little order.

Don't bother cause they clearly don't care about their clients. A lot of products are back order even when you check ok on their website. They don't advise you in advance so you end up waiting forever for an order just to find out that half of it is missing. Plus if you want to be reimburse I hope you can wait cause they sure know how to take their time. That's too bad cause they have a nice selection of products.

They don't give a damn about customers, complaints or order issues. Those that say they had great service, just wait till you don't. Their customer service was less than desirable. After emailing for a few days to try and get answers, I recieved the same email rewording where my package was in their process but no eta. I have now ordered from them twice and both times there was issues with shipping time. Paying for priority is an extreme waste of money as it does nothing to get your order any faster. The shipping time says 5 business days but both orders have taken 15 business days just to ship, then another 5 days to arrive. If you are needing product for a specific time, I would suggest finding another company that sells the same products and values their customers all the same.

I have mostly had good experiences with them. I was rather disheartened by their creating a small order fee for anything under $75. I could understand maybe under $50, but sometimes, coming up with an order that big, isn't needed for small homemade products.
My last order had me experiencing the delays others have mentioned. I was unaware of 2 items on back order, and contacted customer service. They were quick enough to get back to me, but it has been over a month and I am still waiting on back ordered items. It is a good thing this is a hobby and not my full time gig, cause the items missing are central to product creation.

Excellent service!
There are quite a few negative remarks and comments regarding this company online. We were hesitant, at first, in ordering from them. We phoned them and spoke to the front voice Jennifer. She was very kind and very understanding of our concerns. We ended up purchasing about 20 essential oils and some frankincense tears.

I was immediately emailed when the order was being shipped. I was also notified right away two items was back ordered; we were offered a refund on those two items but we decided to wait a week and see if they came in. We chose Rush processing. She said the current turnaround for orders without Rush processing is around 2 weeks at the moment however we chose Rush processing and it was processed the very next business day.

The box was delivered by Courier. No visible damage on the box from Shipping. All the bottles of essential oils , between 15 milliliters to 125 milliliters, came in the usual Brown Amber bottles. Very professionally packed and protected I took a few pictures hopefully I can load them up

We will definitely order again from Saffire Blue. Everytime I called them, I always received professional service, courtesy, and respect. Never did they treat me like some of the reviews I've read and my order came quick and without error.

Unfortunately nine out of ten customers who shopped online never mention anything of their positive experiences and never rate a company. We only hear of the very negative ones, those customers that unfortunately fell between the cracks whether it be from Saffire Blue or another company or larger Department Style website. I wouldn't worry about any reviews that starts with "buyer beware". LOL. This is a large company folks, this isn't some kid selling essential oils and soaps in the back of his parents garage between his Playsyation and Super Nintendo playing time. Ever had a bad buying experience from Walmart? Does that mean you're never going back there? Come on...

About the rush processing, yes it is a lot of money to make sure they get the order out right away but if your order is over $300, $10 is a small price to pay. Or wait. In my opinion every customer is as important as the next so everyone is treated equally and every customer order is processed in the order it was received. I have no problem with this.

5 stars all around!

Update! The two backordered items are in stock and I've just been notified they're being shipped today at their cost.

You cant even reach out to Saffire Blue by phone nor by email ticket, With this new way of communication Saffire never returns your calls nor acknowledges your service tickets by email. I have been waiting for my full order for over 30 days and never got an email stating why my order is not arriving . Its still in the processing queue and i can't even reach them, no phone service and no email service just BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!

So Glad I PAID WITH PAYPAL, then when they did NOT seem to be filling or shipping my order - I contacted them, and got no reply. I OPENED a case with PAYPAL, the next day I got a Tracking Number & that my order was on the way, 4 days later the order arrived.
I did get an email from the company saying they are working on a "new" system, but this does not excuse taking an order and doing NOTHING for 10 days. Not good enough.
Products are lovely, but to get service it seems the only way to get service is to light a fire under them with Filing a PAYPAL Case.
My advice is to PAY WITH PAYPAL, give them a week - then contact them - and if you get no reply - Open a Case.
I DO think they have Excellent products and Packing was done by a skilled person - all my items came unharmed. THE DO NEED TO WORK ON THE COMMUNICATION & SHIPPING TIMES.

Really (really) brutal customer service. I received an order with a note saying that a number of items were backordered and therefore not included (okay, it happens). I emailed them back asking if another order I had on the way was missing the same items. No response, so after 3 days I sent a follow up offering up a substitution item that would work. Again, no response. I sent another saying that if I didn't hear back I would need to cancel the order so that I could order from another supplier (I had an order of my own that I needed to fulfill with the materials I ordered from Saffire). Still, no response. I sent another confirming that I had to order from another supplier and would like to cancel the order. A week and a half goes by without a response and I'm told that my new order has shipped (this is a week and a half after my final follow up to cancel). I sent a response saying that I would be sending the package back and asked if I needed to include anything. No response for 4 days. So I sent the package back and am only then emailed saying I will need a return slip or they will refuse the package. Also, I would need to pay a 20% restocking fee (even though the package should not have been sent to begin with). At this point it's been a month and a half of back and forth with 4-8 days wait for a single response. This is absolutely insane. I have spent thousands with this supplier and always had small mess ups (like 6 weeks waiting time and incorrect items), but this really puts it over the top. I've found a new supplier but still have not seen a refund (or apology) of any kind from Saffire Blue. Incredibly unprofessional.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Their shipping is constantly delayed, in some cases by over a month. Some of their products are worthy of purchase, but others are very sub-par and overpriced. Better to pay the lower price elsewhere, even if shipping is a little more expensive as other places are far more reliable. Dispute resolution is impossible with this company.

I worked here briefly as a customer service rep. Honestly I wouldn't recommend buying here to anybody, the practices are completely wrong for a business and ultimately that's why I left. I couldn't take the heat for them anymore and didn't agree with how things were run. There's a wide lack of communication among all of the employees and things often get put on the back burner. It takes so long to get back to customers because they have ONE person answering all the emails and trying to get back to phone messages. Hundreds of angry customers a day. It's a very overwhelming environment and the owners come and go as they please so there's never anyone around to answer questions.

As a customer service rep I was told by certain employees at the company to give generic canned responses to inquiring customers basically, and just get through as many emails as possible in a day. Quantity over quality. So that's exactly what I did. When the owner came back I was yelled at and told what I was telling the customer wasn't good enough. Yet, I'd worked there for a month at that point and I'd seen the way the "ticket system" works, I was doing exactly what I was seeing. It's all about passing the blame on others at that place, and not taking into account the big picture that it is a poorly run business and based on the reviews I've seen, has been poorly run for a while. When I started working there in December there were still customers waiting for orders placed in September who had not been given adequate responses.

I feel bad for anybody who orders from here. Things will go smoothly as long as all your items are in stock but I'm here to tell you 90% of orders will be fulfilled in 2 or 3 shipments because often they don't have the stuff you see on the website in stock. They don't tell you about that, then when you request cancellation they will charge you a 20% restocking fee... when there's nothing to even be restocked at that point. It's all very shady. This company does NOT care about their customers in the least bit.

They also have some of the most affordable shipping costs, packages always arrive in a timely manner. Whenever I've had a question they've always responded quickly with great customer service.

I am being extremely generous with this 1 star as there is no option for 0 stars. I have been waiting since February for a back order. I have been promised that it would ship soon at least 3 times as I have contacted them inquiring as to the status of my order. Reply is extremely slow and they do not accept inquiries by telephone. It is now June and I have asked for a refund which I was told over two weeks ago was sent to accounting. They do not refund funds only issue credits. I have told them I am happy to order another product that they say is in stock however cannot order it with out the credit issued. Extremely frustrating. Never in my 40 years in the spa business have I ever experience such poor customer service. Have no idea how they stay in business. Such a shame as I ordered from them as I prefer to support a small local business.
