Great theatre
Enjoyed performance

If we are rating the theatre then I give it 5 stars, however if we are talking about Matthew Bourns Cinderella I give it 3 Stars.
I have seen all of his spectacular productions but I was disappointed as there was no wow factor and no standing ovation which says it all!

Decent leg room despite being tall, also not excruciatingly hot like some theatres.

Great venue. Good visibility, great sound. Close to tube and busses.

It s a nasty, overheated, sweaty place. It doesn t matter which season you are atending a performance - you will brew up every time. I saw Carmen today and only the superb performance hold me to the end. My hair, back, clothes were soaked in sweat - disgusting. Pretty overpriced, apparently no money for air conditioning. Outside was 21 degrease they could let the air in with no need to cool it down and it would have done the job... the windows in the bar arias were shut firmly and always are, just one little square excuse of window was cracked open. Unbelievable..

Alright theatre. But on a hot day like this, at an after dinner show, they did keep the foyer doors closed. It was brutal: the smell of sweat and other bodily fluids made more than one person nauseous. To the Sandler's Wells stuff: keep the doors open!

The cathedral of dance in London. The range of dance types offered is just breathtaking.

Great space, clean, organised and friendly and helpful staff. Recommend.

The best dance venue in London, maybe even in the world.

It was lovely but far too hot inside!!! Some people got unwell due temperature.

Tolerably comfortable, awful PA, at least when cranked up too high... audio 'noise' is not pleasant, I would take ear defenders next time.

One of our favourite places in London. Always offering great performances.

The venue is very modern with a great stage. The rake has been very well thought out and you will have great views from any seat. Prices start at very very reasonable and even the most expensive tickets are not that expensive considering the venue and location. The queue for the women's toilets is usually a little long, as is the queue for the bar.

Great Theatre. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Members section is nice. Good canapes and bowl food. Inspiring performances.

#12daychallenge If you prefer your theatre more on the contemporary side then I would recommend Saddlers theatre. The diversity of dances that you see here means there is something for everyone. I saw a hip hop musical here and chinese calligraphy dance here and they were both excellent.

If you love the Arts Sadler's Wells is the place to come to..

Sadlers Wells is a fantastic venue, there's not a bad seat in the house, views are great, decent leg room in comparison to most theatres and friendly staff. Only complaint is that the auditorium is always so hot, make sure you have layers so you don't overheat.

Fantastic theatre. Found the side seating had very good views. Restaurant had good food at reasonable price for a theatre.

Top notch ballet productions, never fails to please.

Great venue and i love the cafe for a bite toneat and drink before a show and reasonable price.

We enjoyed a wonderfull flamenco show. I liked the place and the sits were comfortable.

Good venue, easy to access. Has decent crowd flow so it doesn't feel too hectic at busy times. Good selection of performances for all tastes.

The best theatre in London if you wanna enjoy dance performance from contemporary to ballet, even something slightly different like flamenco. All the staff is very attentive and kind. I recommend this theatre for dance experience.

Brilliant Cinderella by Matthew Bourne. Would have preferred live music but the recorded music was spectacular.

Best dance shows in the world here, great staff and lively atmosphere

We went to watch Matthew Bourne's Sleeping Beauty without pre-booking tickets and were still able to get Circle 1 seats with a great view! Love that the theatre is conveniently located so we can get dinner at Exmouth Market before the show. The seats are a bit small with a wooden backing, and there isn't a lot of space between the seat in front and yours.

An institution for dance in London. Some of the biggest names worldwide have performed here, and they have a great programme year after year.

Yeah saddlers Wells is such a nice place to go. Watched a show there and is a memorable place to go. I've cream there is superb and I would recommend to go there.

Great theatre for younger children seen many interesting shows

Great venue with a lovely vibe to it. The seating is quite steeped so the view of the stage tends to be better than most. Tickets range quite widely in price but even the cheapest seats I've found are fine. Easy to get to, easy to find, always a pleasure.

We had a lovely time there tonight and watched a performance from Northern Ballet of "Victoria" the place has changed a lot in the time since the last time I went. I have no problem recommending it to anyone who wants to go to a good place for a show.

Went here for a TV Pilot. Decent seats in the auditorium which meant I didn't have to get into a unnatural yoga position to watch the show. Good acoustics on the room and from what I could see, a good vantage point from all seats.

Second visit to Sadler's Wells Theatre to watch the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Beautiful, stunning and enjoyable dance routines.

Great place for contemporary dance. My dance theatre in London and still quite affordable.

Although quite a large theatre,it feels very cozy. Views from the stalls were fantastic and the orchestra sound was just right.

Great modern theatre. We had seats at the back of the first circle and could see everything perfectly.

The beacon for ballet in London. Easily reached by tube, with an audience rapt in silence as glued to watching dancing of the highest order. Has never disappointed

Nice venue and a lovely selection of performances to see, including ones suitable form the entire family.

Sadlers Wells was simply fantastic. The show was nothing short of amazing. Picking up the tickets was simply. There was a bar on every floor, so no waiting to be served. A truely wonderful night out.
