Sadler's Wells Theatre is one of the best places to see dance in London and it hosts most of Matthew Bourne's shows. Therefore it was fitting that I went there to see a special showing of his all male cast version of Swan Lake that was being recorded Sky Arts.

The theatre itself is well designed - no heads in front blocking your view - and all the facilities were modern and spotless.

the performance civil blood was brilliant but there are no announcements for the starting of the interval and the lights just went out while people were still getting back to their seats. thank goodness for the lovely young lady with her torch to light the stairs

A truly remarkable performance created by these two remarkable individuals. Just superb. Thank you for proving such a fantastic experience.

If you love contemporary dance then you must come to Sadlers. It's always exceeded my expectations and left me in a joyful state. I would like to think it was not always my great judgement in choosing the shows that left me with great impressions every time.

Great shows, with good facilities-- the rake of the seats is pretty steep, and there's not a great deal of leg room when you're up in the gods, but the sightlines and sound quality are great and they tend to have much, much more interesting dance on offer than, say, ROH and even in the gods, you get excellent views.

They do have good incentives for coming to multiple shows-- order tickets for more than one show at the same time and you get a pretty decent discount.

Went here to watch "The Most Incredible Thing". The show itself was incredible. The seats in the theatre could have been arranged better. A tall man sat in front of me and I could hardly see anything.

Sadler's Wells is an incredible venue for performances of theatre and dance. The seating is great with amazing views of the stage. I visit regularly to see Matthew Bourne's delicious productions. This theatre has a wonderful atmosphere, lovely areas to meet friends and have a drink.

Akram Khan's choreography of the classic Giselle ballet production was exquisitely executed by the English National Ballet at the iconic and always pleasing Sadler's Wells Theatre. I was one of the lucky one's to see this production. I miss watching Akram Khan's previous collaborations with Sylvie Guillem but this choreography was a different step for Akram Khan. I thank Sadler's Wells for all those amazing Akram Khan dance recitals we were lucky enough to watch during the first decade of the new millennium.

Great place, facilities , staff 5stars+ Fantastic show Voices of the Amazon.
My only concern was I DIDN'T FEEL SAFE! No security and no bag checking on my believe they are taking risks " people's life " for God sake the place was packed! They surely have enough founds to arrange that with a house full! Especially if all it's happening lately.
I was too concerned and wished I didn't have to be worried as I watched such a beautiful play.
Sorry if others disagree but that's my view.
Would be great if others share their experiences and how they felt and perhaps they can sort it out " security "
We had a great time and arrived safe and sound.... just in time to write my review

An excellent venue. It is hard to imagine that any seat would be a bad view. Great acoustics. Friendly, helpful staff team. Not really enough space in the bar area so get their early for a drink and a book your interval drinks!

The theatre to go and watch dance of all kinds. I only wished they dared to programme more experimental and avant-garde contemporary works and bring the latest things in the Europe Dance Scene when they re still sizzling hot and not a few years after these have cooled down.

A great theatre with lots of good ballet and dance shows. As usual, not enough women's toilets, but the disabled provision (e.g. of car park access) was good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the show itself, as you would expect, was amazing.

The modern auditarium is one of the best in London. Great sight lines and good leg room in all the seats I have had at different performances. I found the 2nd row cheaper seats (as close to the stage) excellent if you are happy with the stage being ay eye level if you are 180cm tall. Not in the West end but on bus routes and 10minutes walk to Angel tube.
