Excellent customer service. I bought a power meter from Saddleback, which I had to return as it was faulty. No fault of Saddleback. Whilst with some companies these sorts of issues can be painful to deal with, Saddleback were very helpful and were quick to expound to all my requests and in providing a refund. Whilst they didn t get a sale from me this time they have retained my confidence and I would definitely consider using them in future.
