They continue to charge your bank account even if your membership hasn't been used for over 4 years ...there has got to be a limit ...MY GOD 4 YEARS JUST THINK OF HOW MANY ACCOUNTS ARE GETTING HIT FOR $10 a month for an unlimited time according to them ...its such an insignificant amount I bet you there's a lot of people who don't even notice ...and this business is just sucking up the free money ....im talking to a reporter about this situation now ..if anyone else out there has been getting milked by this proprietor please contact me

They need to step up the cleaning in the bath/shower room and locker room

Club staff are very inconsiderate. Manager Kari needs to do a better job keeping her cool under pressure. Customer service was absolutely pathetic. Being busy is no reason to be short-tempered.

Very clean and comfortable place to work out at.I am very impressed.

Great place to go and focus on yourself. Sometimes its freezing inside due to the fans being on to high but if youre working out hard enough its more of a relief.

They Trick you into contracts and lie about JUDGING people!! They ACTUALLY have an alarm to judge people!! Worst gym.

BATHROOM STINKS..USUALLY LIKE SWEAT BUT TODAY CRAP AND NOT JUST THE TOILET AREA THE WHOLE LOCKER ROOM..LIKE SOMEONE DID THERE BUSINESS ON THE FLOOR WHERE U CHANGE UR CLOTHES..AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LOCKER ROOM THATS THE ONLY REFUGE.. THE WORKOUT AREA HAS FANS THATS IT PLUS THEY OPEN THE FRONT DOORS..ALSO FIVE EMPLOYEES AT ALL TIMES THAT JUST TALK..WELL THATS CORPORATE AMERICA SO ENJOY

Really enjoying the overnight crew at Planet Fitness Edwardsville. Cody and Marc are the overnight team and do an excellent job at making the guests feel welcome and motivated. Hospitality is rarely found this late at night, but it s plentiful at this gym.

Planet fitness is a joke pf a company to begin with but at $20 a month, hard to beat the price. The fact that they are requiring masks be worn during the workout is dangerous and makes them even more of a laughing stock.

The staff is fantastic, though. It's just a shame the company itself is pathetic.

Avoid this place.

Planet fitness needs more variety of cardio machines they only have 3 options treadmill, Step stair masters , and elliptical they only have the steps stair master I would like more options of stair masters and more cardio options they have a lot of treadmills to much treadmill they should have a variety of Cardio machines that s my biggest problem with them we need more options more choices there s not enough cardio options it s very clean and staff is great but they need to give there customers more variety

PF is a side chain tonhit up for a good workout...machines and weights

I am a member of planet fitness already yet I find it very rude when I go to the gym with my client and staff say hello to my client (his name) as we walk in and nothing to me at all. Same when we are leaving. What am I chopped liver? I spend my money here just as he do & I should feel like a valued customer. Having friendly staff goes a long way

Great gym. You work at your own pace and no one judges you.

I love it I was there last night the place is always clean the workers are very helpful the atmosphere is always the machines are great for a life-changing transformation

Loved this Gym until 3 weeks ago. For some reason it got very hot and humid in there and people keep complaining but nothing is getting done. Because of the humidity, the smell is horrible as soon as you walk in now. I am hoping it will change. I am not looking for a juice bar and hot tub that other gyms have to offer, just a work out. But even as cheap as Planet Fitness is, if no one can work out there because of the heat, it's just not worth it :(

I have never had any problems with anyone working here at all. However, I haven t been to the gym in 12 months and have tried to cancel my gym membership for 3-4 months now. First I call and they said I need to send a letter, I send a letter and then they respond with it has to be a certified letter. I m not enlisting in the Marines or trying to contact the president, I M CANCELLING A GYM MEMEBERSHIP. Why can I not just say I d like to cancel my membership, what is so hard about that? So now I ve been charged the past 3 months and haven t had my account cancelled.

Great place to work out. It has everything you need to get back that younger look and feel. Don't forget tanning, massage chairs. Love it.

This gym has a lot of surprisingly good equipment and everything that you could need to get in and stay in shape. Obviously it's also very helpful that the gym is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. So anytime you need to workout is fine by this place. The black card is also a great deal as it offers things like hydromassage beds and chairs which feel amazing after a nice workout.

It feels so comforting to get out of the Sunday clothes and into some skimpy shorts & tank to work up a healthy running sweat.

Cheap and affordable. They just upgraded their equipment. Nicer now

I don't want everyone to know this so keep it to yourself but I come here for the spa black card and to get away from the outside world it's amazing love the staff open 24

Great Equipment for working out EXACTLY what I need

Really open, very clean, modern equipment by far the best one in the area

Not the best gym, but for what you pay for membership it is decent. Can get super packed during the late afternoon and evening meaning there will be a wait for a machine. Bathrooms are funky most of the time. I would have expected this location to expand into the business next door when it closed, it would have allowed additional room for additional exercise equipment.

All this place needs is loud heart-thumping music .

Love going here, can work at my own pace no one pushing me.

I am a member. This one is awesome. It's in a convenient location, not out of the way like most of the gyms that I know of.
Place is constantly being cleansed of bacteria and other people created mutations that cause illness. I am very OCD and I haven't felt out of sorts there.

They all call me sasquatch cuz there are random sightings of me every few months

I always go to this planet fitness location. Its conveniently located, staff is respectful and informative, and is very clean and well maintained!

The hours are great perfect to take a midnight stretch really like this place

I honestly like the area lots of room and during this covid 19 good space

Really crowded on weekday evenings, and bathroom is usually filthy with trash perpetually overflowing, but for $10/month I could deal with that... But the worst part is the crime in the parking lot - I'm not the only one who had my car window smashed while I was working out inside. The Edwardsville police say they've repeatedly asked the owner to get surveillance equipment but he isn't interested in spending the money. That's his call, but then I'm not interested in spending money at his gym.

Large place with allot of exercise bikes and other machines for cardio workout. Has area for free weights and a large diversity of nautilis equipment; at least 2 of everything. (+/-) also has large locker room with showers. Has different rooms for specialty workouts like 30 minute workout etc. People, for the most part, are friendly. Large parking lot with helpful employees. Does have handicapped parking and is handicapped accessible. Need to have a charge card; they do not take cash. I tried! Overall, very good place to work out. Good people and family friendly.

Great value, great gym. The only drawback is the lack of free weights. A real bench press would make the place a lot better. Also if they removed the "lunk alarm" it would be better, I don't like to worry about making "too much" noise in the gym. Overall highly recommend, the staff are good too.

Very clean gym but can be extremely packed from 4 pm until 8pm. No issues with their monthly plans like others have had.

No judgement's is true, you see everyone from fit, to obese working hard to lose, or maintain their weight. It's really a great place for anyone!

Nice, clean, spacious gym. The biggest planet fitness I've seen around. Good staff, good service, and quality equipment. Peak hour get a bit crowded but nothing out of this world.
