The best place ever! I don't ever worry because I know they are being taken care of and loved!

Greatful that my dog is well looked after when I have to go out of town. Cherry Brook is excellent, it is apparent how much they love their charges and with twice daily playtimes I know my dog is having some fun while we're gone.

The new owners Troy and Ivona are amazing! They really understand the needs of dogs and even do their best to make the animals happy. Clean facility, awesome groomer, wonderful play times, and great rates! I highly recommend this place to everyone who needs to board a dog or cat. I never seen people with so much love for animals as these guys. If you need to board your animals this is definitely the best place I have ever seen!

Dog seems to be fine with it. However.. prices... used to be $25, then $35, now $45 per day ok you know the price when you sign up... but then they hit you an EXTRA $4 a day for dog food? That never happened ever when we boarded our dog, anyplace. BUT mostly rating is - our dog came home with 12 fresh ticks. He left the house with zero. And yes he was Frontlined about 3 weeks prior.

My dog loves going to Cherry Brook Kennels! I enjoy seeing all the pictures they post of him playing with his friends! He is so happy there and is always very well cared for!

Disappointed....great online reviews but I tried for multiple days to get ahold of someone to make a reservation for boarding with no response so went elsewhere.

The only place I ll board my Alaskan malamute. Can t say enough about Troy and Ivona and the entire staff at Cherry Brook. They care for your dog as if it s their own and it shows...when the big galoot starts howlin a half mile down the road on the ride there and then leaps out of the damn jeep before I have it in park!

My guy has also been dealing with some liver enzyme issues since the spring and on our recent trip I was in daily communication with them about his medication (which required a strict time schedule) and how he was doing (fine...and certainly not missing dad). This kind of peace of mind is priceless as far as I m concerned and something every hopelessly neurotic pet owner can understand.

I could not think of a better place to use for my super energetic Golden. He loves coming for daycare and socializing with all of the other dogs. We used another doggy daycare, but Cherry Brook lets them play outside and has large, grassy play yards for my pup to run around. We are definitely going to continue and will use Cherry Brook for our summer and winter vacations as our boy loves the clean facility and love he gets from the staff. Nice to know they offer grooming, boarding, and doggy daycare as it is very convenient. We love this place and are so thankful that Troy and Ivona are running things now. Great people and great care. This is the only place to bring your pets!!!

The owners and staff are exceptionally responsible and sensitive to the dog owners needs and concerns. Both my dogs have some health issues. The staff is very attentive and sensitive and vigilant to the individual needs of my most loved pups. I would 150% recommend them!!!!!

Max loves his stays with CBK! Plenty of play times and attention from the staff. He always comes home happy and tired from playing with all of the other dogs! We love the daily FB pictures, so we can always see what he's up to!

Seems as if owners only care about money and not the actual animal. Would not recommend. Dont find it professional to be discussing other clients in front of customers.

This was a first for both my precious pup and myself. Staff was great and best of all my Raven was excited to play and make new friends. I received support and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend. We are proud to the newest members of the CB family.

My husband and I have been bringing our dogs to Cherrybrook ever since Troy became the new owner. We used the old Cherrybrook once and vowed never to go there again. Once Troy opened, we have been faithfully taking advantage of both his boarding facility and the doggy Daycare. His facility is clean and you can tell from the moment you step into the reception area, that they truly care about our fur babies. My dogs just love their daycare time and the staff. I WOULDN'T trust my dogs anywhere else!

The facility is clean, with many new renovations and improvements. The runs are spacious, and there are fenced areas for dogs to play. The staff are attentive; they appreciate each dog's unique personality, and seem to really love working with the dogs.

I also really appreciate their attention to dogs that cannot do group play. My dog is a rescue, and doesn't get along well with other dogs. We have boarded other places where he came home anxious after being around so many other dogs- he left Cherry Brook calm and happy. At other places he often stays in his run, as staff are busy monitoring play groups. At Cherry Brook, he was given 1 on 1 play time. The video they posted of him to their Facebook page clearly shows how much fun he was having!

If you visited this kennel under the old owners, you owe it to yourself to go see what the new owners have done with it! We boarded with the previous owners once, and know just how bad it was- I am SO happy we gave Troy a chance.

We will definitely be bringing our dog here again!

I hate leaving our lab. She has a lot of energy and needs attention. I don t worry at all when I leave her at Cherry Brook. I love that she had two play groups and that they post photos so I know she s having a blast! The staff are also amazing. They remember her every time even though she doesn t go often!

I have a 2 1/2 yr old mixed rescue who has been our greatest challenge in training dogs. Enter Troy and Ivona at Cherry Brook Kennels! They have cared for our dog on and off since a puppy and consistently offer loving compassion, honest feedback and encouragement to both me and our dog. I so value both their honesty and their deep commitment to accepting and caring for dogs in all stages of life and "self-control". I trust them totally in overseeing all aspects of dog care, protection and safe boundaries. Will not go anywhere else!

We picked Cherry Brook for our dog based off of all the amazing reviews and have not been disappointed. Troy & Ivona are clearly passionate about their business and have gone out of their way to help our dog acclimate to their day care program after a cross-country move last fall. Our pup can be a bit high maintenance due to separation anxiety and some health care needs and we fully trust them and their staff to take good care of her. We appreciate their team & feel fortunate to have found a great place!

Coming from the heart, the staff and owners of Cherry Brook Kennels genuinely love our pets. My dog has been going to play care since he was a pup and after over 2 years he loves to go back. My dog Harvey was nervous coming here the first time but after he spent some time at the kennel he gets very excited to see his fellow friends. The daycare is phenomenal, the staff are awesome and very knowledgable, the facility is clean, and you can tell the owners genuinely love animals.The owners and staff alike will put to rest any questions or concerns you have as they make sure to take care of each individual animal's needs. Harvey loves Cherrybrook Kennels and I love it too. We will be returning for future playdates!

I brought my dogs there for a bath. It was easy to make the appointment. My dogs were happy and clean when I picked them up.

Brought our two dogs (silky and yorkie) for grooming. It was our first time at Cherry Brook and we had an awesome experience. Ray, the groomer, was absolutely wonderful! One of our dogs is very skiddish and she had no problem warming right up to Ray. He did a very nice job on the grooming. We can't wait to try the boarding facility since all of the people we met at Cherry Brook clearly take great care of the pets they are charged with. Great job, Cherry Brook! We'll be back!

As an animal care giver/petsitter who's been in the veterinary field for 20+ yrs. I can tell you this place is AWESOME. Filled with kind caring knowledgeable owners staff. I picked up my clients dogs one of which had been groomed by their groomer. OMG Ochi looked amazing. If you're looking for boarding, day care or grooming. This is your place

Love this place. My dog Aspen is my whole world and they always greet her so friendly when I drop her off to doggy daycare. I love knowing she's excited to go there when I'm at work and can't keep her busy during the day. She comes home and sleeps the rest of the night. It is even more amazing that they post photos to their Facebook page so you can check how they're doing throughout the day! Would absolutely recommend

This was the second kennel I looked up as I live in Torrington I was trying to find something closer .. instead of a twenty min drive but ..... I can honestly say that moment I walked in , I felt good about the place, though my puppy was nervous I knew he be okay . The owner reassured me and talked to me for little over 30 minutes which I completely appreciated . Troy and his staff just love what they do , they took my puppy in and treated him like there own . I am so comfortable with this place!! Troy and his staff are great with my puppy Hercules ! We ve only been here twice and yet Hercules knew the second time where he was and basically rushed to door , which owner Troy said he would do in no time . I am very blessed to have Troy and his wonderful staff watch my Hercules !!! Thank you guys so much !!!! Definitely worth the drive !!!! Appreciate you all

We have been boarding our dog here every summer for a week ever since we moved to the area. Their customer service is fantastic. They were very flexible when we wanted to pick up our dog one day earlier and were able to give him a bath before pickup despite their schedule. My dog is timid and has not done well at other kennels but here he always eats well. They even post pictures of your pet on Facebook, so you can check in on your pet.

Our pet Stella has separation anxiety, and so do we, so of course Cherry Brook is our go-to. Quite honestly have never met folks with more dog-minded hearts who care about all the dogs like their own. They know every dog by name, even the newbies, and seem to be in tune with each one's needs. Insecure or outgoing, they manage them all very well! A clean, and friendly environment we trust our Stella to be in....can't wait to go away in September!! Highly recommend you guys and wanted you to know! Thanks bunchs! Scott and Sharon

If the dogs are happy, I'm happy. They took great care of our older lab and hyper young doodle together. They were returned to us after a few days - happy, healthy, and clean. Friendly, smart staff. We'll certainly board our dogs there again.

The only place we have ever and will only board our Harley at! They treat her like family and she drags us into the door so happy and excited to be back. The staff is amazing with dogs and I love seeing pictures posted daily! Prior to Cherry Brook, we had a horrible experience with a negligent pet sitter in our home so we wouldn t even take vacations. This place is a true blessing, thank you!! We re a customer for life.

I have been using Cherry Brook for boarding and day care two times a week. Their love for the dogs really shines through. They spend so much time playing with the animals that my dog comes home pooped and happy. Whenever we make the turn onto the Cherry Brook road my dog goes ballistic with excitement. Best place I've used.

I have a very anxious rescue who is almost 8 and never been kenneled. Cherrybrook staff handled him well and kept him comfortable during his stay. I would board him here again for sure!

Another trip to California and no hesitation on taking Yago to CBK. Picked up a happy and tired Dog last night. Only wish they were closer to work vicinity so he could go to the day care.

Can't recommend Cherry Brook enough. Ivona and Troy are really sincere about their dog care and the well-being of the pups.

Our dog attended their day camp and a always had a unique and caring experience, with photos of him on social media so I could follow along with what he did that day.

Tip: for boarding, book ahead of time for holidays.

I am a very nervous dog momma so it is hard for me to trust my baby girl anywhere. We tried this place after many recommendations of friends and SO happy we did! Hands down far superior than any other facilities we ve tried for daycare and they treat my fur baby like family. She loves it there and has many friends! :) We recently tried boarding and the free bath was a nice touch. Thank you Cherry Brook Kennels, best in the business!!

My dog Groot has separation anxiety so I was very nervous of boarding him. I have had to board him 3 times and he had so much fun i even have brought him to daycare once (he comes to work every day so it was just for him to play) i love that there are pictures posted on facebook so I can see how much fun he is having and it makes me feel better about being away I wont board him anywhere else! I ve been using CBK for several years now. The management, facility and playtime for the dogs are top notch. Boarding overnight is an excellent option for an overnight stay.
