Amazing products and customer service! We loved visiting the store and getting to feel and touch all the products.

It's been six years since I ordered my trifold wallet and it still looks great despite carrying way to much stuff in it. I couldn't be happier with the quality, appearance, and customer service. I just finished ordering yet another wallet to give as a gift.

Showroom is really nice...u can see what ur getting before ordering it. Tho I believe u can purchase from the showroom.

Bought a metric ton of stuff from these guys. Love them. Love the products even more! I need to stop or I'll need to take out a second mortgage! Seriously tho. The best company ever. I'm buying stock before I buy Every single item they sell!

i have a purse, clutch/wallet, leather belt bracelet from them that are awesome, anyone that knows about leather has complimented them. I also bought a wallet for a friend and he loves it. Like fine wine with time it gets better. Seriously wish they would start to make shoes and stuff, ive bought my boots from the Frye so far i love them too but i feel saddleback has way better quality products and an even better team standing behind the company.

Updated post- I am happy to report proper attn has now been made to my post, and regarding the additional delayed response; I can relate to challenges faced when cutting over to new systems as some one who tries to manage tracking of TONs of emails each week in my job, even rules are not perfect. Original post- I am sad to have to write this. My first experience was wonderful, purchased a gift for my wife, a large wristlet purse and she loved it, carried it every day.

Well, I subscribed to emails and got one advertising this crossbody carryall, great price, so, I got it for our anniversary and...she loved it. Was advertised brand new creation for covid19 shopping, however, the one we got was used, returned. How do we know you ask?..there was clipped coupons in the back we found after she had already carried it!.. Not advdrtised as used. I was curious at the wear marks and scratches.

I emailed them. 5 days later, I get an email response, offering a 15% refund. I dont think that its enough, and reply with a suggestion. It has now been 8 days more..no further response. Even though I have sent additional emails. So, keep your not even 10 dollars discount and I just wont buy anything else.

Awesome company with a great hand made quality product. I have had numerous Saddleback products over the years from their briefcase to messenger bag to their wallet.

I finally managed to visit their Fort Worth store today and their team were epic, and also very patienient with my OCD on choosing the right flight bag.

I am over the moon about my new SLIM BRIEFCASE, LARGE WALLET & LUGGAGE STRAP (pictured here)! I receive compliments regularly and use this bag in many professional meetings domestic and abroad as well as casual everyday use. When I give it wear and character (which I like), it shines beautifully back into meeting - ready shape and sheen with leather milk. I look forward to this being the bag I wear and care for as many decades as I get to carry a bag! Saddleback products are top of the line and will be a gift giving avenue for years to come! The aroma itself is worth the trip. Great showroom where you can touch & feel every bag, order & pick yours up right there. A few old classic models & a few unreleased future designs provide additional decor. They even carry hides now & you can probably find one to match your bag. They have folks there that have been with the company for many years, so if you have questions about an old bag, they can answer & possibly even fix on-site. Love41 & Moutainback also have show areas for those items...everything's there!

Saddleback Leather products are by far the best you will find. We have many products and love them all. Customer service is excellent and the owners are so friendly and sweet. You will not be disappointed!

I have been a Saddleback fan for a long time. I only have a few smaller pieces because I'm poor but it's a joy every time I slip my wallet in or grab my bull belt for the morning.

With those expectations already in place, I was amazed to be amazed this morning that the customer service (by Samantha), was as good as the product and brand. I loved the "Hi There," greeting and Samantha never sighed any reluctant tones while jumping all over, trying to help me. On the contrary, she was peppy, professional and fun. I have to say, the best customer service experience I have ever had. Impressions like these make a big impact, more than any marketing effort. I can't wait to get my next saddleback piece, whichever one it may be, and continue to be a part of this family.

Got the ID wallet. Very high quality product. Plus they give back from the purchases. I like to see a company with good quality products.

I placed my order for a medium side bifold monogrammed walled I patiently waited about 2 weeks for it to come in. I received the Wallet unfortunately it was not monogrammed With my initials. I contacted saddleback leather explained I did not get what I ordered kate responded and attempted to convince me I didn t order a monogrammed walllet when I clearly selected and entered my initials then in the section for monogramming. Kate proceeded to tell me I would have to pay shipping to send the wrong wallet back and wait for another to be made. I attempted to resolve this situation with her but kate has stopped responding to my emails! I this is very unprofessional when you pay over $80 for a wallet Kate left me with the wrong wallet and no solution . If this can not be resolved or honored then I can guarantee they will not stand by there 100 year warranty. Horrible customer service do not purchase

Big fan.. purchased their stuff as gifts for countless folks and have a dozen other things for myself (addict, much?). The showroom is beautiful with Love 41 stuff on display as well.

The quality of their leather products are incredible, the showroom is a masterpiece and smells AMAZING!! Everyone is very friendly and treats you like family. This is what most companies should strive to be.

No doubt the best leather products on the market. My 9 year old has already asked me if he can have it when he starts high school. Dream on kid, you can fight your little brother for it when I m dead!

Seriously though, I can t say enough great things about this company. Their leather products are the very best you will find. They aren t complicated or fancy. They are minimalistic, perfectly designed, and will likely outlast their original owners grandkids.

The few interactions I have had with customer service, they have been super friendly and helpful, took the time to respond and answer my questions, and were just generally cool humans.

This company is ran and operated by people that you d want to be friends with, and they built products that you know will last you the rest of your life. No more dealing with this stuff wearing out!

Finally shelled out the big bucks for a thin front pocket briefcase. I spent maybe two years looking at these. Over the years I've gathered some small SBL items: the large and small desk pads, an iPad case, a billfold, two large notepad holders, and maybe a couple more things I can't remember. I am very proud of and thoroughly enjoy all of these items. On top of the top notch quality of SBL's products, you won't find better customer service. I unfortunately had make a warranty claim on a notepad holder (which in retrospect seems like the issue may have been my fault), and the process was incredibly simple and pleasant.

My older brother received two Saddleback products for Christmas. Once I saw them- I knew the only way to end my coveting was to have my own. Luckily I m less than 1 hour away. I visited their store on Dec 26, 2019 for myself and to buy my GF a gift. I got a wallet and one of their small constitution books, and she picked one of their Love 41 crossbody bags. I got both my items in dark coffee, and she wanted her bag in the chestnut color. Since they were out of that color they offered her any other color plus free monogram on the bag. She then picked a dark coffee color as well (really all the colors are amazing folks- though they do exhibit slightly different characteristics as they age so there is a lot consider when picking!) After all that was decided they came back with the bag, but reported the monogram had gone wrong. The bag had been caught in the process and moved causing a double stamp. It really was a minor mistake and looks rather cool, and my sweet heart really mind it at all. Even still they offered another discount! They subtracted the cost of the monogram again from the total. We settled on just taking a bottle of leather care product instead (though they still insisted on giving me more money back after that). Their items aren t cheap- even after the discounts the price was still north of $200 for a wallet, small bag, and pocket booklet. HOWEVER- their customer service and excellent warranty, and wonderful leather. We got to see them replace a torn bag with a brand new one no questions asked, very cool.
I can t wait to see how great these things look years from now!

There are lots of other details that amounted to the 5 star review, but it would be much too long. Just know they care about their product and want to please their customers, and put their money towards good.

I do not accept these products are the best quality they could be. They also look very low class. I use my saddleback Briefcase for camping. I could not imagine taking it to a business meeting or anywhere formal.

In response to your reply....I was given it for a gift, and bought from your shop. Maybe a few knock offs get into your shop. Also, just becuase you offer a 100 year warranty does not mean your products are good quality. I do not agree with you can take it anywhere. They are okay for casual and low class events.

Words can hardly describe the time and effort that goes into making quality durable leather items. I own duffel and doctors bags. Variety of wallets as well.

I have bought their products for years and my oldest peice I believe is 15 years old. I have a lot of memories with them and will for years. Great products.

Just got my front pocket ID wallet. Baddest front pocket wallet I ve ever purchased. I ve been looking for something slim and real leather. I found these guys online and for 39.99 I challenge anyone to find something better. Quality is sik! Great job Saddleback. I will be purchasing the other front pocket wallet style soon!

I got Saddleback Flight Bag Briefcase as a gift. I hate the look of it. Extremely low class looking. I cannot tell my brother I do not like it so I just stored it. Very disappointed with the uncouth look.

Received my Side Pocket Leather Duffle Bag and matching Front Pocket Leather Backpack, both in Dark Coffee Brown. Absolutely beautiful pieces. Ordered them on Saturday, both pieces were delivered by the following Wednesday.

Score! As a saddleback fan I knew I was going to make it to the store one day and that day was today. I found a section of limited edition Love41 bags. In that section was exactly what I had been looking for: a carbon black koroha!

The store is staffed by some awesome, helpful gals who love to talk SBL. They conditioned my bag before I left, which was above and beyond my expectations.

It was so fun to play with and see all the designs, including the newest wallet design.

The warranty is legit. It's been awhile now but its worth a mention, I had purchased a wallet a few years ago and the threads came loose on part of it. I called Saddleback and not only did they send me a new wallet they sent me a passport holder as well perhaps as a bonus or apology. I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase with saddleback and in fact I just did yesterday and im looking forward to getting it soon. Happy Shopping ya'll.

Great company. My order was short shipped by 4 items. I notified them and they quickly corrected the order to my satisfaction. They even wrote an apology on a piece of leather. These were gifts for my staff and they all loved it.
