Updated post- I am happy to report proper attn has now been made to my post, and regarding the additional delayed response; I can relate to challenges faced when cutting over to new systems as some one who tries to manage tracking of TONs of emails each week in my job, even rules are not perfect. Original post- I am sad to have to write this. My first experience was wonderful, purchased a gift for my wife, a large wristlet purse and she loved it, carried it every day.

Well, I subscribed to emails and got one advertising this crossbody carryall, great price, so, I got it for our anniversary and...she loved it. Was advertised brand new creation for covid19 shopping, however, the one we got was used, returned. How do we know you ask?..there was clipped coupons in the back we found after she had already carried it!.. Not advdrtised as used. I was curious at the wear marks and scratches.

I emailed them. 5 days later, I get an email response, offering a 15% refund. I dont think that its enough, and reply with a suggestion. It has now been 8 days more..no further response. Even though I have sent additional emails. So, keep your not even 10 dollars discount and I just wont buy anything else.
