I love clothes at this boutique! Most importantly, they provide great customer service. Their return service is super easy and my in-store credit came fast. I ve also called in to the store to ask a question about a product and was given advice without hesitation.

Clothes are cute but I was not impressed with the customer service. I ordered some clothes which included a dress that I wanted to wear to see my boyfriend for the first time in months since he is in the military. Not only did the order take two weeks to get delivered but the dress was completely left out of the package. Because the package took so long to be delivered it was too late to get the dress sent to me in time to see my boyfriend. I called and left a voicemail explaining how I was disappointed and had to try to find something last minute. No apology was given and my voicemail was followed up by a text messaged and all that was offered was a refund or to actually send the dress to me.
Very quick to respond when I needed assistance with an order - customer service alone was a 5/5. I can t wait to receive my order. So happy to have stumbled upon this cute little boutique, I will definitely be shopping here again!!

Super cute clothing! Free shipping on all purchases! The item I received was so cute but did not fit so I was sent a pre paid label to ship back. Within a few days of shipping back, I received a credit. Of course I purchased something else off the site the day I received a refund (everything is super cute!!) and I am eagerly awaiting it! Great customer service and site.
Ordered and item and it never arrived. When I contacted customer service they said "as stated on their website" they are not responsible for lost packages. Pretty ridiculous, I was very excited abut receiving the item and it was my first time ordering from them. Beware.

Honestly I wouldn t even give it 1 star but I didn t have a choice. I ordered $200 worth of clothing, but didn t receive it due to a problem with my address (that has never happened before) so they sent it back to original sender on November 30th, showed delivered & now they can t find my package to refund me the portion I payed, or re send the package. I sent tracking confirmation to show it had been delivered back to their address on December 7th and now they are saying USPS shows delivered 2-3 days before it actually gets delivered but even if that were the case today is the 15th it would ve absolutely been delivered by now. Horrible customer service, I could tell whoever I was talking to through email was getting snarky and I didn t appreciate that as I just made a purchase supporting their business. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Got a message from Jill at Lane201 and I couldn t be happier. She messaged me to let me know a certain item I had ordered was not in stock. She offered to refund my money or let me choose something else. The item was from their 20 and under and the new item I chose was over that and I offered to send the difference to them. She told me that I could have it at no extra charge!! This was the first I ve shopped in a long time (and first since having my little girl). This was definitely a blessing to me. So so happy with the staff of Lane201. Going to start recommending this boutique to all my girl friends!

A few weeks back I went to the warehouse to pick up an online order. My email instructed me to pick it up at the warehouse. When I arrived none of the girls inside the warehouse were wearing masks (this was after the mandate was in effect) I understand the warehouse is not a public place, but if customers are being instructed to pick up items at the warehouse, I think the employees should wear a mask when a customer comes inside to pick up their order. I went to the boutique today to make an exchange and immediately felt uncomfortable as a customer wasn t wearing a mask... while I understand the employee can t really do anything to enforce the mask wearing, I was upset to find out there was nothing in the store or even a sign on the door that encourage customers to wear masks... considering it s mandated by Governor Holcomb. Later on during my visit one of the employees took off her mask before she walked in to the back and walked right past us with her mask off. Another employee had entered in the door without her mask on. While I understand not everyone may agree with the mask mandate, it is now an order from the governor and should be followed by businesses. I was not impressed to also see there was nothing in the store when acknowledging the pandemic, no hand sanitizer, no sign on the door, nothing...

I just found this boutique a couple months ago and I have ordered a few things since then. I love how she always has some sort of discount off. However, what I love most of all is how great the customer service is! If you have any question at all, about what size you should get, etc, she responds in a timely manner and is very helpful and nice. I ve never experienced better customer service online. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I feel some simple items can be high and I d like to see more variety.

This store has the absolute greatest customer service. I have ordered so many adorable clothes from here and they are so flexible about returns that it makes online shopping a breeze! I once placed a large order and Jill called me directly to inform me of a problem with the order and then took care of fixing it without any hassle on my part. I live in Kansas City but my favorite store is this small boutique in Indiana! Definitely recommend :)

Also, the color descriptions do not match the product on some of the pictures.
They have very cute clothes, I just can t justify spending $60 dollars on a set I will only get to wear once before it rips.

Before today I absolutely loved this boutique!! When I arrived, the two young girls working couldn't be bothered to lift their heads from their phones. When they finally did look up, they were more than happy to help the only other customer in the, but never said a word to me. Too bad! It's a nice place with adorable clothes. I'm afraid I wont return though.
Lane 201 is the BEST boutique I ve ever shopped. Now, my new favorite! They offer discounts which makes things cheaper and they have such a wide variety. Not to mention they post new arrivals everyday! So, make sure you get it before it sells out! The reason I give it 4 stars is because sometimes the colors don t match the pictures.
