Cozy hotel, with lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

The hotel is centrally located near the center and if you take a nice walk around 500 meters get to the golf course and Bad Ragaz. Wonderful spas! The hotel is very particular. At first glance it looks more like a museum. The rooms were quite large and clean. Breakfast was plentiful even though it happened to have to wait for the sandwiches to run out. On the other hand the owner was kind and exhaustive. We had free parking about 20 meters from the hotel. Tranquility and absolute silence are the things that distinguish this hotel. The city is very varied, full of modern art and very clean. It may surprise you to find TOP machines like Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc. often. People are perhaps a little cold but very polite and clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Our reception was very nice, and the owners were very helpful in recommending things to do in town, and great places to eat. The rooms were very clean, and much nicer than we were expecting for the price. Breakfast was free and delicious!

Yesterday I injured my ankle while hiking, can no longer recur and have a lot of swelling. We are from Austria and of course we also go to the hospital there so that my foot can be examined. We tried to cancel the hotel free of charge by phone or asked for a "concession". The unfriendly man on the phone said that it doesn't work because we booked through Booking.com and ONLY if we had booked directly through the hotel, the cancellation would be free of charge. He can't do it for us..We are to blame in this way .. I think that the statement from this gentleman is a cheek !!!!!!!! I didn't choose my injury !!
So 0 stars for this hotel and 0 stars for the unsympathetic gentleman on the phone!

Small hotel in the center of Bad Ragaz. Nice personel. The room was clean and nicely decorated. My room was on the third floor (no elevator) and although very quiet towards the street. It was small, but no problem for me as an individual and only for one night. The breakfast was good and rich. Can recommend the hotel Quelle anytime.

It is the most beautiful place i have ever been.. best hospitality services worth more than the price we pay..

Okay for one night. Is getting on in years. Large rooms, simple furnishings, free parking spaces, good breakfast.

Great price-performance ratio, the two of us had a large 3-person room with a small balcony, extremely great morning buffet.

Best service in Bad Ragaz.. worths more than the price we pay

Mountain House hotel is nice everything is walking distance in City Center, friendly and nice I would recommend if somebody's coming down this side door book this hotel

Good location and rooms. Very handy to have parking. Nice breakfast due to the different fresh bread.

On internet we found the indication 24/7, we went along. But when we arrived at the hotel, 20min past 1 in the morning, nobody appeared. Tel calls, bell, waiting outside for 20 minutes. We had to look for another hotel around not too much expansive. Very difficult. Bad experience.
But maybe the hotel is great...

Fare price if you are just looking for a bed. Rooms are very clean. No air conditioner but there's a fun turned up on arrival. Very basic but fresh breakfast. Close to the center of town.

A very great location and the decor is extravagant! Were very nice days there and no matter what we asked, it was always taken time and everything explained!

I loved my room it was nice and comfortable.It was also very nicely decorated and the man that worked in the reception was very welcoming and kind. The breakfast is amazing too especially because they are fresh.

Catastrophic.

I have to say that I was not a guest in the hotel and therefore cannot judge the rooms and other things, but the booking did not work despite an appointment confirmation and a request from me.
Reception extremely neglected and rude (be my fault and not that of the hotel).
Correspondence by e-mail was very unclear and confusing, so it was not clear that I would have to pay first for the reservation to be valid & I was not made aware of this by phone.
Before you can simply cancel my reservation and let it on, you could at least expect a request or, in the worst case, information that the reservation has been canceled so that you can organize an alternative.

Conclusion: In my experience, the hotel is definitely not to be recommended

Quiet, characteristic place, in the center of Bad Ragaz.

Excellent value for money. The rooms are not the nicest, but spacious and well equipped, even with a kettle. The breakfast buffet is really excellent for this price. It was a pity that the room smelled strongly of detergents.
