Very poor service came to mind for a car of 50,000...

Very poor service came to mind for a car of 50,000 euros. I was not helped for half an hour walking around advisers on coffee and food. Then I looked for the car outside itself. Called Rutchen and asked about the manager, I couldn't get on the phone, but one day a consultant came and asked if I wanted to wait a while because he was working on a client. But the other 2 were too busy with food. No apologies nothing. He thought it was weird that I was irritated. From 3 other people also learned that this happened to them.
