On April 14 visited louwman Den Bosch. I wanted advice on an adjustment of my recently purchased cla. And a quotation thereof.
I was not really received friendly and am surprised at the lack of attention to the customer. After a 10 minute wait, service advisor Marc, with whom I had contacted by phone and had a confirmed appointment, came.
Obviously I assumed he knew we had an appointment.
His first words ... "I wouldn't know, I have so many appointments in one day."
Did you really say dear Marc ...?!
What an entry ...
Someone else went along to see what my wish was and I would receive a quote by email and an explanation of the possibilities.
Emailed myself 3 days later. It was not that exciting what I asked for.
Now, a week and a half after my email NO ANY RESPONSE ...
Not even "sorry, I'll come back to it."
I'd rather cycle than ever return here.
A textbook example of how it shouldn't be done.
And when I look at all the bad, sad reviews here for me, the sense of introspection at this company is really too high.
