As a value card member is very convenient everybody so customer service friendly I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot

I rented a truck that was beat up, but it worked and the price was very reasonable

The staff here make the place easy to navigate and are very helpful but let's be honest, the real prize of visiting The Home Depot are the hotdogs. These are legit and so well put together. Most places just throw the condiments and not care how sloppy but this lady was creating art when she put mine together. So good, I'll definitely come back here for more.

They also sell super doughnut's!

This place is going downhill. They need to get rid of the useless employees that show customers where the line starts without being rude.

It is very hard to not like Home Depot, I think only once they did not have what I was looking for and the floor manager sent me to an independent hardware store where they made it for me. Very cool stores, highly recommended.

Don't go for keys - I had to go to 2 separate stores to get duplicate keys made for my house - they were out of the form for 2 of the keys and didnt bother to tell me at the first store that they didnt even stock one of the forms. So I had to go to a neighborhood hardware store for one key after two visits to Home Depot. Then, one of the keys I had made at HD didnt work - didnt even fit in the lock and had to go back to the neighborhood store.

Very helpful staff & in my rush I left a bag behind but they set it aside for me to pick up when I returned.

It is a bigger Home Depot which has the usual assortment of products. It is always a bit busy, but works out well.

Large parking lot. Store aisles are large making then easy to read. Easy return with receipt. Checkout was fast too. First trip to the store to get stuff and a shade for a window. They cut the shade to long. Second trip to site to fix mistake had to wait my turn with one person working that area, around 5:30 PM on a Monday night.

The best Home Depot location in Chicagoland. The head of service is amazing guy and he will fix all your problems. I wish other Home Depot locations take notice and learn.

Rental employee helped a lot with a metal grinder/cutter and blade purchase today: very knowledgeable and professional, helped outside of his role/job in rentals for a purchase.

They have the things that I need but their staff is getting ruder every year it seems.

Standard home Depot. There window cleaning section was lacking

No one is ever able or willing to help at this store and when they do they don't know what they are talking about and basically leave you now confused

One of the best home Depot. Everytime we shop there they help me find what I need. There's a worker I believe her name is Idalia she is so helpful always with a smile. I appreciate your help.

This place is huge (your feet will hurt before you escape this fluorescent-lit wasteland). They stock thousands of items but never quite what you need. There are no staff to be found and the ones there usually are friendly but unknowledgeable.

Instead, save some time and hit a local hardware store or just order stuff online.

Sadly we did not find the shower door we were looking. Fortunately JR helped guide us to the custom order folks and we were given proper help. He even further suggested we check the on line options. Thanks JR for helping us out

Overall this is a nice place. I'm giving it one star because I had a terrible experience with the Door Department. Long story short, I got an estimate from them for a new customized bedroom door and installation for $410. After the measurement, we found out we don't need a customized door which is $100 cheaper. Here I'm excepting the total to be around $310. Then I got and invoice emailed from them and the total was $670. I didn't know what they were charging me for, so I had to make a trip to the store. I asked the salesman what $300 charge is for. For 30 mins couldn't even explain to me what the cost is for. Then I asked to talk to the manage and the same thing she had no idea why. They said it is what it is.

WOW! Real smart Home Depot! Needless to say I wasted my time and $35 for them to come out for the measurement.

I was looking for magnetic vent covers and I found them! Like they used to say phone first.

It was July 12 2019 @1014 p.m. I needed an air conditioner unit. The manager of the depart went above and beyond the call of duty. She was honest, polite, very eager to listen as to what my needs were. I was happy with the sales experience considering it was late at night. I apologize for not remembering her name, but hopefully the senior management @ Home Depot will give this review careful consideration. Thanks again my friend, you were not just a sales person!!!

This was the first time we were shopping here, and I asked for help with a screen for our kitchen window, and the man they're snapped at me and did not give me any guidance and I had to find my own products. Then at checkout the checkout person didn't even say thank you or wasn't even courteous! I do not recommend coming here based on the customer service.

This is a smaller Home Depot but they have great employees and it's easy to get in and out. The exception is if you're trying to use the automated machine to exchange a propane tank.... It never works and it frustrates customers and employees. Otherwise, my favorite HD in Chicagoland! One star off for no longer allowing dogs. I go to Devon Hardware instead when my little guy is riding shotgun!

Tidy store, happy employees many of whom are long-term. Easy to do store pickups. In store hot dog joint. Clean bathrooms.

The staff was exceptional and helpful. Along with some (not many) alternatives for chandelier fixtures. But anyways, definitely satisfying and manageable experience.

Update: Again, i came to home depot, only because lowes didnt have the product a customer requested. I picked up 3 boxes of vinyl flooring. I went to customer service to pay. They werent busy. I was called right up. I said, "im buying these". I was told customer service isnt for "buying merchandise". I told her it was a "small purchase and veteran parking is on this side of the store". She didnt respond but did ring me up.
THIS is just one of the reasons i try to stay away from HD. Since when does a customer get scolded for going to customer service to buy a small item, when they arent busy??

I had to come here because of a customer order. I hope i never have to come here again!
I started shopping at Lowes exclusively.
I went to customer service with all the info.
They sent me to pro services.
Pro services said, go to customer service.
Pro services told me they were "busy with customers".
I said i was a customer too.
Then, i went to get the item myself.
Was met there by a lady who tried to say i hadnt explained myself correctly (so its my fault).
Then, she came back and said, "see its at the pro desk".
Thats not my problem.
Why isnt it at customer service where i need to pick it up??
This is not an isolated incident. Youd think they could communicate.

No complaints. Will be immediately familiar if you have ever been to a Home Depot. No complaints.

Manager Derek is the best store manager I've ever seen working retail. And I shop a lot. He is professional, kind, smart, and understanding. Best location, selection, & prices make this the best physical HD store site.

Always have great garden supplies here. Both perennial, annuals and even succulents. Lines.can get long during heavy traffic times so go early.

They had the super tall collapsible ladder I needed to rent!

Took a long time to find a staff member able to tell me where the item I was looking for was, and even then he was actively walking away from me when answering my question. Otherwise it's a Home Depot.

The Depot...I got exactly what I went shopping for. ..grout, air filter, light switch.. one great piece of advice. ASK! people are way happy to assist. What more do you need? Service selection and free parking...

Good deals on some items but kinda pricey on most of the lumber.

Good place for very common hardware items. Forget about anything hard to find.

Employee Masks below the chin and nose don t do us any good , allowing check out personnel to use registers where no barrier exists because they felt like it because they have to work around the barrier is unacceptable

Arizbeth helped me with my purchase and manage an account about 3 weeks ago, today I bought an item and she remembered me and asked me if the account was doing well, AMAZING! More places need helpful and thoughtful staff like her.

Costumer service was great but some of the material was damaged. They didn't give me any problems exchanging the items.

Everyone there was super helpful and friendly. They walked all over the store to help us find what we were looking for. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything on our list so we will have to go wlsewhere.

Terrible customer service, nobody knew anything except for the woman at the kitchen cabinets. Otherwise, nobody knew where anything was and there were only a handful of people on the floor to ask. The service is non-existent. It took me three hours just to get my answers.
