I was super sceptical initially that anything would come from being on the books with Cox Purtell... I just made it very clear that I was keen for any positions available and made sure to keep in close contact with my consultant, Lizzie who is fab. All the while I applied for about a hundred jobs online, handed out CV s in person and became very desperate! However, much to my initial surprise Cox Purtell came through and offered me a position within an amazing worldwide company. I am just finishing up after a 3 month stint working at this organisation. I have received weekly support from Cox Purtell and whenever I have had a query or question, Lizzie or any of the other consultants have been at the end of an email/phone and been such a great help. My contract was extended by the company a few times and this was no issue with Cox Purtell, they did whatever they could to help and support. Don t be a sceptic like me- highly, highly recommend!! Thank you Lizzie and Cox Purtell for giving me the best opportunity and 3 months here in Sydney. I am indebted to you guys :)

Cox Purtell are a great agency to temp for, they were incredibly supportive over the 8 months I was with them whilst in Sydney on my working holiday. My Job-search experience with Monique has been exceptional. Responding to a job-advert on seek, by Cox Purtell I have received the phone call from Monique within a time-frame of 3 days. She has asked reasonable number of questions over the phone to get an understanding of my job search needs and career aspirations and scheduled a face-to-face interview at the Sydney City office. On the scheduled interview day, Monique made the whole process so smooth. She is a great listener and provided ample time to pitch a case in regards to where my existing skill set is . She has very effective questioning techniques in such a way that she extracts the sub-skills or sub-skill set (which I am not aware of to be honest) and articulates a structure around the advertised and prospective job opportunities.
She has provided her business card and clarified the possible scenarios of securing a client interview in regards to my application to the advertised job. Normal bad service actually, not much difference than other bullshiting recruitment companies. One of them named Andrew called me and collected all my information.
