Clean, accurate, profesional. When other health facilities fail to give proper medical treatment, this hospital, as far as I know, always provide you with effective one. This month, my wife got motorcycle accident and got some wounds on her legs. Three weeks treatment in other health facilities did not make any progress and finally we come to this hospital and got some help. After being treated my wife told me that she felt better.

The service of that doctor was so worst!!! maybe it was just me who was unlucky to get him as my doctor. No diagnose, and any answer of my question was "I dont know". We got there around 6am. No nurse in front of the "poliklinik umum", the doctor asked what symptoms that I have and I told him: fever since yesterday, headache, joint pain. No checked on me at all he directed me to take blood test. Went to the second floor, took the blood test, waited for 2 hours! I was freaking cold and had fever, we asked for blanket and they said they DID NOT HAVE blanket! Blood result came, went back to first floor. The nurse was there. I asked her to check for my blood tension and body temperature, she said my body temperature was NORMAL BEFORE CHECKING IT! I demanded her to check me and she asked "do you have fever?" Then she checked it "oh yeah, you have fever". Can you imagine? She also did not explain hot to read the result my blood tension.
Then went back to the doctor, gave him the result, and he just said
"you have infection"
Me: "what kind of infection?"
Dr : "I dont know"
Me: "when can we know what infection is this?"
Dr : "doctor cannot make assumption"

Then he gave me antibiotics.

Like what the hell is that kind of service? He did not even ask what body pain that I had, tried to check my mouth or my teeth, asked me another symptom, or whatsoever.
