Place itself is great, but where the F did all the customers come from ?@ Holy heck. The amount of people who come here now is ridiculous. Lines to the door every time we try to go. So frustrating.

Went in with my family of 4 and an Entertainment book coupon good at all Detroit area stores and they wouldn't accept the coupon... per mgmt. That was a year ago and we haven't been back for that reason. It's not good for business to not accept coupons that your franchise promotes. You also should think about the long term loss of sales on a family of 4 that you might give up by being stingy about a coupon. I'll take my family to other DQs that don't arbitrarily make up these rules as they go along.
It's a DQ, so you know what you're getting. It would be great if these guys had a place to sit outside.
This DQ is terrible! We waited about 25 minutes for 3 blizzards. Some guy cut in front of us and took one of ours, then they made both blizzards wrong. Rude ladies working, and expensive as hell! Will never come here again. Go to Flat Rock DQ so much better!!!
Drove 15 minuets to heat there ice cream machine was down got there at 7:50 and they said they close at 8 and they didn t let us in
My husband and I moved back to Michigan from Tennessee in February of this year and since being back we've went to this Dairy Queen 4 times, each time having the same issue. In Tennessee, there obviously were Dairy Queens and they did the test where if you flip it upside down and it's runny and doesn't stay inside the container, then it's not done properly, they throw that one out, and make you a new one. The one and only time I had a runny blizzard in Tennessee we went in, she saw it was runny, and made me a new one, flipping it upside down and making sure it was done RIGHT before handing it to me. Now, this particular Dairy Queen in Michigan must have never heard of doing this because EVERY time we've went there over the past 8 months I've gotten runny blizzards and EVERY time I have half what I ordered and the bottom half is just plain ice cream. I didn't ask, or pay for, half Oreo Mint and half Vanilla, nor did I ask for half Reese's and half vanilla either. Why this seems to be happening every time I go to this place, I don't know. Yesterday we went, thinking maybe they've hired new people or something, that maybe the issue had been solved by now, but no. It wasn't busy when we went in, my husband and I were the only 2 customers, so it's not as if she was rushed to make these blizzards, so why was mine STILL runny and half Pecan Cluster and half Vanilla? I literally will not go here again. Isn't it 3 strikes you're out? Well then 4 times is 1 too many chances for them to get it right.
There was an older guy working on the sink. He had filthy hands. And went and made people's icecream. After a bunch of us complained. He went to Dollar general to get gloves. And got rude with us as he came back. The staff was EXTREMELY rude. A bunch of us tried to get a manager or a corporate number to call. and we was rudely told no. This isn't the first time. Seems to get worse with every visit. Always think it's been a month or two. Sure things changed. Nope.

Where is the manager? I've never seen a manager, the kids that work at this location needs to be managed. First of all, they don't greet the customers upon entering. They always look unconcerned and need to improve on the quality and preparation of the desserts. Customers are the heart of your business. Looking for a better place before winter arrives.

3 out of the last 4 times I have gone to this location, I have ordered my usual Banana Split Blizzard with cookie dough. I usually get my order to go. When I got home, I got a regular Banana Split Blizzard without cookie dough which I was charged for and didn't receive. I am giving 2 stars because the blizzard still tasted good. I just don't understand what is so hard about getting an order correct.
My Blizzard was great. The wife's Banana Split was messed up.
Its ice cream, who doesn't love it. But I didnt love the girl at the register, sniffling etc. She was not personable.

Great place to go for some ice cream. Courteous and finally staff. Place is always clean as well! Plus they accept samsung pay! Win win for those of us who forget their wallet.

Went and purchased 2 lunch combos, call to tell the drinks are missing all the sugar and she just says sorry. Why not replace the drinks for me lady?! never going back to this one again.

My husband and I love this Dairy Queen, the employee's are very polite and go out of the way to make sure you are pleased with the presentation of their product before you are charged for it. Great experience every time we go.
The kindest people i EVER dealt with! They were SO sweet to my children...even though we came close to their closing hour. We just got back from an outing...and i promised my kids ice cream. I did feel bad going in when i knew they were trying to close up..but they were STILL welcoming! Kudos to you! I don't even get service like that at a restaurant any more!
Best ice cream ever! I recommend the regular ice cream cone with cherry dip. Although it can be a little bit pricy.
The bananas in my blizzard were brown but it is what it is. I still ate it..
