happened to be a doctor who was advised by a guard doctor when I entered the emergency room on Sunday 7/19/2020
around 5 pm, but before the control I had to bring the lab results and radiological results that I did on Sunday afternoon and Monday morning.
Until the hospital around 16 hours less directly to the 1st floor coincidentally I was with my wife so my wife asked to take in the radiology department and I got my experience lab for taking results in the old category lab because more than 20 minutes after taking the results I got the receivables on the 4th floor first because office bills, My experience is a long category for service because more than 30 minutes even though only queued 1. but after being served by the officer apparently already felt that the service was indeed long and explained to me because the computer error but did not explain to the patient behind me, Maybe a different story if there was a technical error the officer told me from the beginning if there were any problems. However, thanks to the help of RSPR in collaboration with BPJS, we can be helped. From the start, since the consul in the womb Dr. Lusiana kindly and politely gave us instructions on how to use the BPJS, then when we registered it was well served by PPRI officers. Indeed, I want a promotion, our rights in class 1, but due to one reason or another we raise the VIP Standard. This process was very well served by PPRI officers even though we were BPJS participants. The officer's mother explained the procedures for using BPJS in detail and was very friendly. Even when in the Carolus 404 ward, we were treated in a friendly, very good and professional manner, there was no distinction even though we were BPJS participants. There's something strange here. This famous hospital has always provided excellent service to its patients. But now it seems to change huh. Emergency Call IGD staff never pick up the phone and reject patients on the grounds that the hospital is full. I checked the availability of rooms online, there are still many vacant. out of curiosity I went to the hospital to see the real atmosphere. indeed room availability updates are very accurate between online and monitors in the hospital. I see the emergency room is also not full. there are still many places available for emergency action.
Suggestion: Please call Emergency Officer 522118, please. pick up the phone. the name of an emergency call must be someone who is always on standby to serve people who ask for help.
And please don't reject the patient. at least accepted first if you are not able to handle it can be referred to other RS.
I myself am a patient who routinely controls at this hospital so far I myself have never had any complaints about hospital services which in my opinion are very excellent. So beg for hospital management to improve emergency services. Once again, please do not reject the patient. especially with the reason that the hospital is full.
