My father (47-30-33) is an outpatient from Dr.edi Windarto / nerve specialist and has been running for several years ... around 6-7 years .... and every month I will definitely bring my father to the nursing home. neat.
In the past few months, we have been using the honest BPJS facility which has greatly lightened our burden. The service we get is quite satisfying and the existing facilities are also very very good even though we use BPJS facilities but still get excellent service.
If we are allowed, we will give a little input regarding the service.
If you can, please add more BPJS counters so that the queue won't be too long and the staff at the pharmacy can be added too so the queue won't be too long ...
For me personally it's not a problem ... but sometimes I feel sorry for my father who is 85 years old to have to wait at least 2 hours at the queue of the BPJS and 2 more hours at the pharmacy ...
Not to mention queuing up at the polyclinic for control ... the rest is all okay.
