As another person said, the recruiters here will waste your time. I spoke to a recruiter by the name of Joanne on several occasions. She was unprofessional and inept. The first time I spoke to her was regarding an appeals position, which I was qualified for. She stated that she would call me back and update me on the status. In the past, they would follow-up with you in a few days. After not receiving a call from her like she said, I called her. She said that she had tried to reach me and wasn't able to get through. That was a lie, since my phone never rang. I was then told by her that she felt that I was not qualified for the position.
For another opportunity for another project, I had the displeasure of speaking to her again. After informing me that I was a great fit for the position and would be in touch again, I was informed days later by Joanne, that she didn't think that I was qualified as I did not have recent experience. The position did not mention that recent experience was necessary. For the project in question, I had over six years worth of experience. Avoid!
I am writing this review to prevent anyone else from dealing with the most inexperienced recruiters I have ever seen. After, receiving a call for a position I was highly qualified for I moved to my second interview with Jason (a Sr. recruiter). She asked 2 questions on the interview just to turn around and say I am not qualified for the job giving a totally different job description. This was a waste of time and this company need to know before they call someone for a job position...make sure you know what the client is looking for yourself. The most incompetent company I have ever seen.
