I am always happy when I visit my family / friends / neighbors who are sick here because the place is clean the lighting is very good, it doesn't smell of drugs ... there are several parks ... the parking lot is also wide ... it looks like there are some cake shops that can be used as a place to buy souvenirs for relatives ... the officers are friendly but some of them are jutek ... it's also natural that the name is public ...

On September 15, 1928, the Catholic Order Carolus Borromeus was assisted by Ir. Schmutzer van Rijckevorsel began construction of the Yogyakarta branch Carolus Borromeus Hospital building. The hospital building is designed similar to the main monastery of the order St. Carolus Borromeus in Maastricht, Netherlands. The first stone hospital was signed by Ir. [Schmutzer van Rijckevorsel. In January 1929, five Dutch Catholic sisters from the order Carolus Borromeus came to Yogyakarta on a mission to serve the sick. The five sisters are: Sr. Gaudentia Brand, Sr. Judith de Laat, Sr. Ignatia Lemmens, Sr. Simonia, and Sr. Ludolpha de Groot.

The new hospital building was completely finished on August 25, 1929. This was marked by the blessing of the building by the Catholic bishop Mgr. Anton Pieter Franz van Velsen, S.J. On September 14, 1929, the hospital was officially opened by Sultan Hamengkubuwono VIII as the Onder de Bogen Hospital ("under the arch / church"). Several years later, Sultan Hamengkubuwono VIII presented an ambulance to the hospital.

Most of the patients treated were Dutch people and Kraton officials / family. To help the poor, an outpatient clinic was established by the order Brothers of Christian Instruction (FIC). In 1942, Japan controlled Indonesia and many Dutch nuns and doctors working in this hospital were arrested and held captive in concentration camps. The Japanese Army health service took over the hospital and forced the manager to change the name of the hospital from Dutch to Indonesian. By the Bishop of Semarang Mgr. Soegijapranata, S.J., the name of the hospital was changed to Panti Rapih Hospital ("Medicine"). Sister Sponsaria was chosen as chairman of the hospital.

In 1945, after Japan surrendered to the Allied Forces in the Pacific War, the order of Sister Carolus Borromeus returned to managing the Panti Rapih Hospital. During the struggle for independence of the Republic of Indonesia, Panti Rapih Hospital treated many fighters who were wounded in battle. One of the patients treated in 1948 was General Sudirman. The services of an emergency doctor or nurse are n...

The services of an emergency doctor or nurse are not informative. After asking the patient's complaint to be handled given an injection. 3'5 hours then told to go to gauze to take medicine and pay. After that you can take it home. But I was not told what the pain was? After I came home I just realized and called the hospital. Asking what my sickness is? He said it was gastroporosis or what made me feel sick and continued to defecate. Then when I ask why does the dizziness still feel so much? Feels like the wall collapsed according to my budhe. (Previously I told the doctor that I was dizzy, nauseous and defecated). But the nurse said that there was no headache / dizziness on the diagnosis note. So, how is it?

Yes, if it hurts, it still feels like I want to go back there again.
(even though I was in the emergency room with a list of BPJS, but in reality BPJS was not covered by the nurse and doctor. The disease. I still want to go there again if my budhe has not improved. But if the costs are not borne by the BPJS. )

So the less clear information that I can make me give a 1 star as my personal judgment.

Panti Rapih Hospital is located in the corner of the UGM intersection, Yogyakarta. Its location on the side of the road, clearly visible and very easily accessed by any vehicle. With the new building that was recently opened, Rapih Panti is more extensive and has complete services.
This hospital is very clean and comfortable not only for patients but also patients' families. The service is also very good. Medical personnel and friendly hospital crews also helped.
Oh yes at the top, from the new building there is an area for children with child seats and slides. So for pediatric patients or maybe visitors of patients who bring children can be in this area.

Good service n nimble nurses ...
The administration is even more sophisticated and online ...
The increase will also increase the price n service costs ... so it becomes more expensive ... especially if you check with a specialist and without BPJS ....

The work of doctors, nurses and staff who are professional, fast and friendly. Diagnose the disease & lab results correctly so that they can determine what medication will be given to the patient, so that the patient can recover faster than he has predicted.

Children with vomiting only took 3 days to improve their condition even though they were not 100% fit, but at least my child could be happy again. I'm satisfied!!

Thanks to Dr. A. Ratnaningsih, Sp. A who has treated my child kindly & diagnosed my child's illness appropriately.

The service was very friendly and responsive when in the emergency room, at first it was confused how to use insurance, given clear enough directions so that everything was smoothly triumphant, for the new building it was good so it was more orderly if you wanted to seek treatment. Notification of control via sms / wa is very helpful if you forget the control time and the doctor changed his schedule. Increase again

The best private hospital in Jogja. All professional. Increasingly developing again with the construction of a new building to become a type A hospital. Quality of service and the price is appropriate. The facilities are complete, many medical personnel also specialize in it. The main cleanliness is t.o.p. Hopefully, the system and services will be further enhanced especially for the BPJs participants who are also being facilitated by the system here, not complicated.

I got listed as a patient since 2011. If you don't get any prescription for your visit to the clinic, expect to pay at least IDR 120K or depends on which doctor you get. The wards somehow feels old (the interior and furnitures are as if they've been there since 1980s), no matter in which class of ward you're in. Very kind and helpful nurses, though.

Once also visited and accompanied friends who treated here, the situation is clean and well organized. The place is comfortable.

Praise the Lord Jesus, I got a very good service at this hospital, starting from the emergency room to a very good inpatient service, the doctor was so kind and friendly, the cleanliness was also good, the BPJS service was also very good, the cost could also be affordable , it is highly recommended to get health services.
Sy drg tobing, thank you to all the doctors, paramedics and all staff at Panti Rapih Hospital, God is the one who avenged your kindness and devotion during my time getting a spinal surgery service at this RSU.
And it is very appropriate that this RSU get a PARIPURNA assessment

Good hospital services in Yogyakarta. It is preferred to make an appointment before go to the hospital during this pandemic to avoid long queue. With an appointment we can know the best time to go to the hospital to see the physician. We have to complete the covid screening form and body temperature is also checked before we come in to this hospital. If you are in unwell conditions and you have several symptoms of covid, you have to check in Gabriel clinic to have special check. Gabriel clinic is at the old building near of emergency room that is separated from patient without covid symptoms. The outpatient services without covid symptoms is served in new building that's called Boromeus. This hospital always clean the public area with disinfectant for several times. So we didn't worry to medical check in this hospital.

The registration system is easy and the queue number can be monitored through the application. The place is comfortable. Doctor and nurse services are satisfactory. But there was one less wearing experience when I controlled the SpOG doctor mid-August.

Before being examined by a doctor, I was called an elderly enough nurse to be asked for his complaint. Perhaps because I was 18 years old, the nurse with disdainful looks and tone asked, "why? Pregnant?"

When I checked with the doctor also the nurse gave a look of disparagement as if accusing me of getting pregnant out of wedlock. Please give her nurse education. Patients who control to SpOG are not just pregnant women :(
