Hospitality Hospital, and the service is quite good ... The biggest hospital that I think has a new building
Hospitality Hospital, and the service is quite good ... The biggest hospital that I think has a new building

OK service.
Use BPJS service is still OK

Large private hospital in Yogyakarta, after taking the elevator from the basement to the 1st floor, in a new building, feels like just in the mall. The hospital feels like a mall. Maybe to eliminate the paradigm if the hospital seems scary. The old building seems to be a Dutch heritage building, with its distinctive architects in the form of high-sized doors and windows and greenish-colored paint. Large parking area, there are 2 basement floors available for parking, so don't worry you can't park. Car park and adjoining motorcycle parking. The entrance of the car and motorcycle parking is distinguished. The parking entrance is the door that first encountered special parking the car, so if you take the motor, can diskip course, do not idly push-push the green button for opening the parking barrier, unless you take the car. The parking door for the motorbike is found inside, just before the motorcycle parking area. If at this door and bring the motorbike, please push it, just once, ok, no need for multiple times.
Huge historic hospital in Jogja since the Dutch era. I love to see the old curvy buildings which are historical buildings. In addition, this hospital also has a new multi-storey building with a nice interior.

This hospital is very orderly in implementing the rules regarding bezuk hours
In my opinion the best hospital in Jogja. In terms of satisfying service.
Good responsiveness.
Overall service is ok
Anisa Putri's child A:
SUSTER RETNO in the poly section of a healthy child is not friendly, there is no approach to the child during immunization so the child becomes traumatized, does not have a smile at all & is keen in communicating and in answering questions from cusomer
Please pay attention from the hospital. The White House
Thank you
Before I wrote here, I had also written my criticism on the criticism and suggestions sheet.
Sunday, April 8, 2018 at approximately 6 pm, I am a patient on behalf of Ayu Evi Octaviana with the date of birth 8 October 1995 came to the ER at Panti Rapih Hospital, conveyed my condition, where I was 9 weeks pregnant but had bleeding spots already 3 days so that I came to the emergency room receptionist, could I go directly to the ER or if I didn't have to go to the IGD in such circumstances. There was 1 nurse who next took care of me saying that I was allowed to continue to the ER. After being examined by the doctor in charge of the ER the doctor advised me to be hospitalized and my husband and I finally agreed to be hospitalized. The doctor also decided that the midwife who was on duty in the delivery room had me checked for her womb (they called it the PK room) because there was no obstetrician or Spog doctor on duty. So I was transferred from the emergency room to the delivery room or PK room. When my bed was going to be taken to the room where I had to report to the emergency room receptionist, one of the nurses but not the nurse who handled me said directly as follows: "Why is that the patient? the problem with the word ", but the tone of the nurse's speech seemed to be teasing me, maybe it would be different if she asked me gently. With such a pretentious and insinuating tone, my heart was immediately shocked, my psychic was very affected, the nurse really underestimated My condition, after all, why did the doctor advise me to be hospitalized if I was fine? "But the doctor had already checked what kind of bleeding I was, so he suggested hospitalization and I would be better off following what the doctor suggested. I was very shocked when the nurse said in a sarcastic tone, belittling, with a loud speaking volume so that people around you look at me, is that in accordance with the ethics of a nurse? Is there a strict sanction from the hospital when I have written criticism and suggestions both on paper and on this website?
Please follow up, I don't know the name of the nurse but it is not impossible for the RS to investigate my patient name data: Ayu Evi Octaviana, entered the ER on April 8, 2018 around 6 to 7 pm, place: in the ER reception room, witness : husband, father "who was on guard in front of the computer in the emergency room reception and my nurse at that time was kind, the next day I had contractions and my fetus had to be removed and scheduled for curettage the next day.
Please investigate for the convenience of the patient and the quality of the hospital, hopefully no one else will experience an incident like me.
I will come again for a consultation as well as ask for follow-up from the hospital regarding this incident, thank you
The new building isn't supported with a new system. Everything seems too old fashioned. The toilets don't have any baby diapers changing bed (u know what I mean if u ever flight/traveled...). Even if you're at the new 3rd floor building (for babies and kids!). How can we change the baby diapers all around this hospital if ur baby is not a patient? The toilets don't have any toilets paper, it is also confusing. Meanwhile every rooms of the toilets have the irons to hang the toilet papers. There are 2 lifts (2 at the busiest place) which always are bussy meanwhile the people with the wheelchairs have to wait so many times to get inside. My suggestion is to renew the system and its supports for a better quality. One thing that I like is the price & the very kindness & polite attitude of the Security Workers and their levels. Thanks!
My go to hospital during my college years. From food poisoning to asthma attack. The ER might not be superb, but it's decent.
The starting point for the establishment of Panti Rapih Hospital was the establishment of the Onder de Bogen foundation or in Dutch, Onder de Bogen Stichting by the Yogyakarta Church administrators on February 22, 1927. As a sign of the physical construction of the hospital, it was started with the laying of the first stone by Mrs. C.T.M. Schmutzer van Rijckevorsel on September 14, 1928.
In January 1929, the five Sisters of Charity arrived. Caolus Borromeus from the Netherlands. They are Moeder Gaudentia Brand, Sr. Yudith de Laat, Sr. Ignatia Lemmens, Sr. Simonia, and Sr. Ludolpha de Groot. Because the building was not finished, the five sisters were entrusted to the Yogyakarta OSF Sisters monastery.
The construction of the hospital was finally completed in mid-August 1929 and on August 24, 1929 Mgr. A.P.F. van Velsen, SJ is pleased to bless the new building. On September 14, 1929 this hospital was officially opened by Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono VIII under the name Onder de Bogen Hospital.
Several years later, Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono VIII agreed to present an ambulance to the Onder de Bogen Hospital as an expression of appreciation for services for the indigenous community. The building is decorated with arches and the name Onder de Bogen provides a complete nostalgia for the CB Sisters who serve in this hospital for the mother convent of the CB Sisters in Maastricht Netherlands.
The sisters serve and care for the sick, alleviate the suffering of others according to the teachings of the Bible regardless of religion or nationality. Little by little sufferers come to be served and cared for. Increasingly and increasing in number. Among the sufferers, most of them were Dutch officials and Kraton relatives.
Meanwhile, the poor and weak have not been able to enjoy hospital services. The sisters became concerned and felt dissatisfied with this, because for the little people, the poor and weak they came to serve in this archipelago.
Therefore, the leadership of the CB Sisters in Maastricht urged the Management of the Onder de Bogen Foundation to provide facilities to serve the poor, poor and weak. But alas, the Onder de Bogen Foundation does not have sufficient funds for that.
Through the helping hand of the Brother FIC Congregation, who were willing to help build a special ward for the poor, which was later named Ward Theresia.
In the short time after Japan occupied Indonesia, great suffering soon swept across the country. Onder de Bogen Hospital was also not spared from suffering. Hospital management went awry. The financial situation for the hospital was really sad. Routine costs alone have to be covered with great effort.
Onder de Bogen Hospital was taken over to become the Japanese government hospital. Dr. Sentral as the Hospital Director, was transferred to the Bethesda Hospital which was also taken over by the Japanese government. The hospital leadership was handed over to Sr. Sponsaria, and Sr. Yvone was appointed as a General Officer of CB Sister in Indonesia. The hospital situation was getting worse.
The Japanese government also wants everything, including language that smells Dutch, not to be used in all parts of Indonesia. Also, the name of this hospital must be changed to the native name. Mgr. Alb. Soegijopranoto, SJ, the Bishop of the Diocese of Semarang agreed to give a new name Rumah Rapih which means Home of Healing.
After the Japanese occupation period, the Dwi Warna, Merah Putih, and the CB Sisters flew magnificently to return to the Panti Rapih Hospital. With a spirit of love, they took care of the Indonesian freedom fighters, including Mr. Commander of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia, General Soedirman.
RS terbaik di Yogyakarta. Fasilitas terlengkap, Sistemnya bagus dan dokternya juga bagus-bagus.
Visiting hours see picture. Clean, basement parking.

Sorry to ask, if you want to give birth or give birth at the orphanage hospital, does the orphanage hospital work together with ray insurance?
Very strategic, most like his garden wkwk, complete also food there. Clean good service
Fast, orderly, comfortable service; doctor & nurse friendly; security is also very helpful; lush garden but very orderly. Unfortunately the rooms & bathrooms are twitchy. Saturday morning there is live music For inpatients who are Catholic, communion is provided every evening.
Good police service. Although the queue is long, because there are indeed many patients. The doctors and paramedics are friendly. Nice, clean waiting room. Does not smell of medicine
Clean comfortable and neat. Gag no banyu tools or mattresses that are placed in the hallway, everything is neat so it feels scary gag. Because it can be used for BPJs too, it is very helpful. The doctor is of good quality. Price mayan ... Worth it is the same service.
On Sundays There is a specialist doctor's schedule in Gx or heart
Or another day if you know the schedule
A hospital with a clean environment.
Friendly also serving.
Success and always be blessed all.
Fast service, the important thing is handling it first, not using complicated and easy on each ward, cleanliness is also slow
The new building is ok, the hospitality, most hospitality
Doctor consultation done in 10 minutes. Queue at apotek had to wait for 2 hours.
Very clean ... The doctor is nice and friendly ... The service is complete .....
share a little experience and a few complaints for the hospital.
on monday 11 september 2017 my mother had a small accident and there was a wound that needed medical treatment, my mother immediately did treatment here, but was very regretted because my mother only cleaned her wound and was given antiseptic and gauze bandages. even though my mother's wound is quite large and in my opinion it requires more action, even my mother did not get medicine for the wound, even though my mother got swollen and had a fever due to the wound, even my mother was unable to walk on the first day because it was very painful and swollen experienced by my mother. this seemed lame with dependents that my mother had to pay.
this morning my mother did control at the puskesmas, with costs 10x more affordable and far better handling. the wound was cleaned by the officer at the puskesmas and it turned out that the wound that was previously cleaned at the hospital was not yet fully maximized and even the doctor at the puskesmas was astonished at the action given to my mother's wound which did not receive medication for the symptoms arising from the wound. I am grateful that I was able to come to the puskesmas so that my mother got better treatment.
for the hospital, I am sure this hospital is a good hospital and has a very good standard of service and treatment, hopefully in the future all patients in this hospital will get good service and in accordance with the standard of care that must be done. and I believe this hospital is one of the best hospitals in DIY.
successful and more advanced for tidy hospital care.
Hospital atmosphere that is safe, comfortable and friendly. Clean neat waiting room at BPJS registration on the 2nd floor of a new building. Complete facilities, all connected online. Without bringing the patient card, still the data is found. (Sometimes forgets if you've been in a hurry). God willing, everything is ok.
comfortable, clean, well maintained. Suggestion klo bsa counter bpjs d added spy not too long antrinya & r waiting for full. thx.
Fast medical services and short-term administration. Cleanliness is extraordinarily clean.
The best hospital in Jogja ... but it must obey the rules applied in this hospital
The service is friendly, the place is comfortable, quiet,
Perhaps the only problem is that security guards are less patient-friendly
Always get the best service from nurses and other employees. A few days ago, I did wound care at the GV Clinic, after that, maybe because my condition was still not fit, my tension dropped and almost lost consciousness. Luckily the last moment before fainting, the nurse helped and Taking care of me. Monitored my tension, made me a warm drink and asked me to lie down to rest. Even several times I was checked and confirmed that I was strong again to leave the place. I really thank and appreciate the readiness and sincerity of the services of the nurses on duty at the GV Clinic that day. Hopefully the consistency of good service will continue to be embedded and even infected by all employees to serve not only with skill but also with heart. Thank you Panti Rapih for the excellent service.
Excellent service, patient employees, fast response, attention and detail. Giving birth to a child 2 times is always in this hospital, because it believes the best service. Already tried various places to seek treatment, but always come back here. There was even a colleague from out of town saying "Oh .. That hospital is like a 5 star hotel, huh?" . .
The service is good and satisfying, there is a favorite trubus canteen whose snacks are delicious but the price is quite expensive. There are two doors and two parking lots and limiting visiting hours
Long-winded, expensive service.
Already registered through the call center,
- re-register for the patient card,
- number number,
- told to the accounts receivable (even though they want to pay cash),
- Until the financial administration was asked whether or not this,
- finally just checked. (1 hour process until this line)
If you are seriously ill, do you need a patient card first? Asked about receivables?
Ribet.
The process of taking drugs is very long. This hospital must know who is waiting for the drug, people who are sick. But the payment process until taking the medicine can be 1-2 hours. Dr didn't change. And the drugs used by srg doctors are not sold in other pharmacies so we have to queue.
One of the major hospitals in yogyakarta. Place is clean. Good service. The location is easy to reach. Medical equipment quite complete. IGD waiters are quite sprightly. Information and registration officers are quite a lot. Poly service is quite complete.
Panti Rapih Hospital is one of the largest private hospitals in Yogyakarta and is managed by the Panti Rapih Foundation. The Panti Rapih Foundation was founded by the Catholic Order Carolus Borromeus. In the past, Panti Rapih Hospital treated many fighters who were injured in battle. One of the patients treated in 1948 was General Soedirman.
Thank you, Panti Rapih Hospital for saving my father from a stroke. Both doctors and nurses are patient-friendly and very competent according to the SOP.
Access to here is easy because it's downtown. When here yesterday the building was renovated, which is likely to be bigger. Visiting hours for hospital patients are strict and good. More enhanced for a smile and friendliness. There are enough parking bags for vehicles so they don't park on the side of the highway.
Men, this hospital is amazing. As you can see, the service are excelent. Best general hospital in province of Yogyakarta.
Clean and comfortable, unfortunately the parking is less extensive because it is still under construction.
Where I was born, friendly service, good doctor ... spirit
Hospital with excellent service ... friendly, effective and efficient. Hopefully the process of building a parking lot will increase comfort.
EDD Services, Cashier, Booking Inpatient Room, Her Inpatient Room, Nurse is complete ... Especially Sister Sulis. Very friendly. He saw the cool tiles RS.
There are only complaints. Good for VIP rooms, when you pay for 10k, 20k coins, you will be diverted to the usual payment. Because he said the VIP cashier wanted to be quick. Siyap dah mbak. Originally Ms. happy.
The hospital is very spacious with excellent and complete facilities in the center of Yogyakarta. Where when I still add the area and room for patients. This hospital is also one of the cultural preservation that is still preserved despite the many new buildings that stand in it.
Hospitals that are always ready to serve for 24 hours, complete complete facilities and good handling and good service. Clean and tidy and parking vehicles that are increasingly extended capacity.
Very good medical treatment but for those who see the patient try not to not too much ... and for the convenience of all patients please be calm thanks for the doctor's mother n her nurse
Neat Panti Hospital is one of the hospitals in Yogyakarta.
Services and others okay. Only the front car park is very chaotic and makes traffic jam. Want to enter only dropping must wait 15 minutes and drop on the road because it is too long
Anter's wife Consul with Dr. Danny Wiguna, Sp.OG, the doctor was very good and communicative, it was very satisfying, everything was explained in great detail and well by the doctor, the doctor was humorous and very friendly.
Best hospital in yogyakarta, but this hospital usually crowded
Clean, complete, fast handling, affordable cost, very satisfying
more spacious ... parking too ... but a little confused from the basement going to the receptionist
Good service, good cleanliness. The new building is getting better. Unfortunately for the new building is less friendly to wheelchair users, starting from the parking lot that there are only ordinary steps, there are no ramps, the bathroom is very narrow, there is no handle. The rest is okay. Bpjs are also served well
The service is fast, the administration is computerized, doctors generally have good communication with patients, the lab services are fast, the costs are reasonable. The hospital is clean, neat, hygienic.
