Experience 25 feb 2020. I contacted no.tlp IGD asking for ambulance assistance for my brother who is sick and unable to mobility by chance he is a registered patient there. I called repeatedly number 522118 (IGD) there was no response / lifted the phone. I then called to the operator, the same as the father who raised the phone finally connected to the bag.IGD and finally responded. At that time the one who picked up the female emergency staff was. I asked for an ambulance to be sent to my sick brother, even though it had to come out, the cost for me was not a problem. The IGD staff asked about patient complaints. then I was told to wait a moment. Then I was advised to contact the ambulance YES 118 to bring the patient to the emergency room of a neat orphanage on the grounds that the ambulance of the new hospital picked up another patient.
Ok fine. I think it's also true that I can be quickly taken to the emergency room instead of having to wait for an ambulance hospital
YES 118 medical team arrived at the house. after several examinations, the team is ready to take the patient to the emergency room.
But it turned out that the ambulance was refused to bring the patient to the emergency room on FULL reasons. finally the ambulance went back to another hospital that was willing to accept.
There's something strange here. This famous hospital has always provided excellent service to its patients. But now it seems to change huh. Emergency Call IGD staff never pick up the phone and reject patients on the grounds that the hospital is full. I checked the availability of rooms online, there are still many vacant. out of curiosity I went to the hospital to see the real atmosphere. indeed room availability updates are very accurate between online and monitors in the hospital. I see the emergency room is also not full. there are still many places available for emergency action.
Suggestion: Please call Emergency Officer 522118, please. pick up the phone. the name of an emergency call must be someone who is always on standby to serve people who ask for help.
And please don't reject the patient. at least accepted first if you are not able to handle it can be referred to other RS.
I myself am a patient who routinely controls at this hospital so far I myself have never had any complaints about hospital services which in my opinion are very excellent. So beg for hospital management to improve emergency services. Once again, please do not reject the patient. especially with the reason that the hospital is full.
