Ricky Kunwi Review of Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih

I am thankful that Panti Rapih Hospital handles BPJS patients like me. There is no difference in the quality of services provided and the staff are all friendly. A little sharing, yesterday 29 September 2017 my wife underwent SC action, you can imagine how much real expenditure if not using BPJS. However, thanks to the help of RSPR in collaboration with BPJS, we can be helped. From the start, since the consul in the womb Dr. Lusiana kindly and politely gave us instructions on how to use the BPJS, then when we registered it was well served by PPRI officers. Indeed, I want a promotion, our rights in class 1, but due to one reason or another we raise the VIP Standard. This process was very well served by PPRI officers even though we were BPJS participants. The officer's mother explained the procedures for using BPJS in detail and was very friendly. Even when in the Carolus 404 ward, we were treated in a friendly, very good and professional manner, there was no distinction even though we were BPJS participants. Long story short, October 2, 2017 we were allowed to go home and indeed the bills given were calculated with the participation of our BPJS. I am grateful to live in a city that has medical facilities such as the Rapih Panti Hospital, which is very helpful. Defend and improve the quality of health services. I'm sure RSPR can be the best hospital in DIY. To all the staff both administration, janitor, food delivery, security guard, nurse, doctor, and CB nurse who always provide reinforcement and prayers, we and my family say thank you. Proficiency for the new accreditation process, God who rewards you and all of you. Amen
