Furniture shopping at Ruby &Quiri was a pleasure. They were very helpful and I was able to find the chair and fabric that were a perfect fit for my home.

Item ordered came in perfect condition. They have a great tool to track what time you'll receive your delivery. They set it up so it was ready to use . Would recommend buying things from here.

My coworker and I went to R&Q to purchase some bedroom furniture for work. As soon as we walked though the doors, both the atmosphere and staff were friendly and welcoming. Being a pet-friendly store, I also brought my Black Lab puppy in! We were quickly helped out by one of the floor saleswomen, Tekeilla. She showed us exactly what we were looking for and made sure we left happily with what we wanted. While Tekeilla was putting in our order, other staff made sure we were being helped while we wandered around. Brooke, Josh, and Ariel, as well as other staff, were sweet to my puppy. She received lots of love and a couple treats as well. I recommend Ruby & Quiri as a go-to for all your furniture and housewares !!!

Stopped in today to look for a sectional. Staff was friendly and willing to take time to help us find the right one for us. Salesman s name was Tony. He did a great job!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Competitive pricing. Bought a washer and dryer today on a whim, just before closing time. They stayed late to finalize the transaction and there was zero indication that anyone was in a hurry to leave. Try getting that kind of service at a big box store. Thanks again!!

I have been a long time customer of this company. They have excellent customer service. Their products are of top quality, and then go out of the way to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied.
Their delivery people work with great care to ensure deliveries are made safely, and without damage to the items or the homes they deliver to. They are courteous and respectful to customers.
Customers can even reach out to Mr. Ruby after hours, at his personal number, if need be. This company is that committed to their customers.
To say I am satisfied is an understatement, and Ruby and Quiri is top on my list when I am looking for home furnishings.
BTW...just love my new couch!!!

Our Kenmore washer "died" and based on a trusted family member's recommendation, we called Ruby & Quiri and worked with Bonnie who was EXCELLENT! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. She answered all of our questions and shared helpful info arranging delivery of the new and removal of the old, to be completed in a few days!! Their service is way above and beyond what we get at the big box stores & for VERY competitive pricing! We'll try to add another review in a few weeks. Very pleased & relieved so far!! I bought a new washing machine and the delivery was set up for the next day and their delivery guys were excellent. Removed the old, set up the new, tested it out and all was well. Thanks for your terrific service.

Great experience. I prefer to shop locally, and the customer service was great. There was an entertainment area for the kids to keep them occupied while we were working up quotes, which was helpful!

I ve been working with Amy K as I build a new lake house. Not only is her taste impeccable but her attention to detail, friendliness, and expertise is exemplary!

We were despertly looking for a new bed. We stopped at Ruby an Quri in Johnstown. Tequilla put us on a bed to show what each of our pressure point were an what bed an pillow would be the best upon our body. We looked at the beds that went with our results an not too long we found our brand new Beauty Sleep mattress! Highly recommend ruby an quiri to a friend of needing a new bed. Great customer service !5* great pick up service !5* . Greatest sleep we've had !5*

We always have a wonderful experience at Rubi & Quiri. It s the main place we do our furniture shopping. They are always super friendly and don t hover over you when you are browsing their inventory like most stores do. We ve never had any issues with anything we ve purchased through them. I highly recommend going there to do your furniture & appliance shopping!

I only write reviews after I have given a job is 100% complete. Overall my experience was ok, I ran into several problems but they took care of each and every problem I had.

I ordered a complete bedset from them. They said it would take 2-4 weeks to get there. At week 4 of sleeping on the floor I gave them a call and they were able to give me a loaner bed frame. I probably could have had a loaner sooner but I just never asked because I really didn't mind it for a few weeks. At 6 or 7 weeks it finally came in and they installed it. After a few days I was having problems with the bed and I gave them a call. They sent out a tech the next day and came up with a perfect solution and fixed everything. The prices were reasonable and everyone super helpful and friendly. Every business will make mistakes from time, but the way you handle those is key. The team at Ruby & Quiri really know how to handle customers after the sale and that's huge!

I've always has a great experience every time I've gone here. Staff is very welcoming and friendly and Cassandra King has always helped me find whatever I've been looking for. I'd highly recommend her to anyone. I can't wait to go back and work with her again!!!

I was having trouble with my dryer and need the parts to fix it. I went into R&Q and talked with Brooke and she hooked me up and had my parts there in no time at all. Grade A service.

I was looking to update my kitchen and replace some appliances. Going to Ruby and Quiri for the first time I found it to be an extremely positive experience. The salesman ,Tony ,searched high and low to find a wall oven and range hood that would fit my space and were available. It is not easy to find appliances During this pandemic. The installers, Jason and Jamie, came on time as scheduled and did a wonderful job installing the appliances. They took great care to make sure things fit right and walked me through their operation. I would definitely use a Ruby& Quiri again

Not a large selection of appliances in the middle of the road range. Delivery fee is high. Delivery schedule is very limited, maybe once per week depending on the area.

As always Ruby & Quiry have gone above and beyond with there service. We bought a dresser and upon opening found it was damaged. I called them and found out this dresser was discontinued so they said to pick out a new one which we did and they even gave us a discount for our trouble. I will never shop for funiture anywhere else. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful in handling our problem so quickly.

I visited Ruby and quiri on a Wednesday afternoon. I was immediately greeted by Maggie. She was knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful. She was not overbearing or pushy. The selection of the store seems to be very good, especially considering that we are in a small town here. They seem to indicate that they are willing to meet your needs, be it selection or cost.

In the last month I ve purchased a cook top and a range for a vacation home. I went to the store for one purchase and did online shopping for the other. Both times the staff were so helpful around the selection I made and getting delivery scheduled quickly. The staff are very informed about the products they offer. Fantastic service e and support.

Friendly and courteous staff. They take the time to explain different options and will work with you to find options in you price range no matter what you are shopping for. Also, their prices are equal to that of the big box stores. Why travel when you can support a local business.

I don't shop Ruby &uQuiri much ,but like today, I went to pick up my cookware that I won, and they helped my son with all his questions on buying a table set. They did a fantastic job. I just wish I could afford to shop here more often.

Unfortunately, I didn't like this furniture store because from the time you walked in the door until you left, they tried to pressure me into buying something. It takes me some time to make up my mind. (P.S. ~ they had beautiful furniture and good prices but they will never get my business. I don't do well with overbearing salespeople.)

Stove died Week before Thanksgiving. Serviceman was there the next day (to expensive to repair) picked new stove out on Wednesday and it was delivered Friday.

I ordered a couch through Ruby and Quiri and they promised it would arrive before Christmas and it did! The delivery staff were great and did a good job getting it in my house! The person who helped me in the ordering of the couch was very helpful and not pushy! Great overall experience!

I Ordered a couch and matching chair from Ashley furniture in Amsterdam on November 20th. It just got delivered today and the couch was the wrong one. I got in touch with Amber that works for ruby & quiti and she took care off all the issues going on with the mix up! A new couch was ordered and will be here in March!

Ruby & Quiri is great, they have a large selection and a knowledgeable staff. Bonnie was great to work with and helped us not only with picking out flooring and furniture but making sure that the whole project flowed together.

I have bought a number of items from Ruby and Quiri and have never been disappointed. My most recent purchase of a Sleep Sofa was a great choice, very comfortable and the price was right! From the professional and friendly service from my salesperson, Cassandra King, to the knowledge that if there is ever a problem (there haven't been) that the owner will make things right and the fact that I have loved every piece that I purchased there! I am one satisfied customer, will always go back to Ruby and Quiri when I am in the market for new furniture and will refer all of my friends and family there!

The staff is always friendly and takes the time to explain why some products are better than others and the features that come with them. Brenden and Rob delivered a heavy dryer by walking ankle deep over snow! We tried to clear a path but it was just too deep. I thought we would have to cancel the delivery and these two wonderful young men told us it was "NO Problem. We've got this!!" They were so very polite, professional and "down home" real that my dog wanted to go home with them in the truck and had to be restrained!!! We shared a delightful conversation with them as they installed the dryer and even offered to help us move furniture back in place that we had previously moved to gain access to the laundry area. We shared some stories and my "mother instincts" took over as I noticed one had no soaks on and I offered him a pair of my husband's! It was like talking to our own children!!! Looking forward to redoing my kitchen and getting a new fridge so we can have them come for lunch!!!!!!!

Ruby & Quiri is a class operation. Communication is excellent. Our dryer died just before Christmas and they had a new one installed a couple days after without our needing to go to the store or change any of my son s physical therapy appointments. I appreciate being able to know who delivery people will be in advance.

I have been a regular customer for over twenty years. The reasons why I always shopped here was the quality and it s two miles from where I live. I own an apartment building so I have purchased many appliances and furniture, rugs, lamps. My complaint is for all these years the sales person has waved the delivery fee because of what a good customer I am. This past year I bought a stove and dryer and the sales person refused to wave the delivery charge saying that they couldn t anymore but the thing is that they could of because I happened to talk to someone. So I needed a new washer this week and went to Lowe s which is fifteen miles from my house and they also price match and the delivery was free. So needless to say I won t be going to Ruby & Quiri anymore. It s all about principle.

Always a great experience here. I always use Maggie for sales, but I just called for a repair and got Amber and she was super helpful. Highly recommend R& Q to anyone!

After a very discouraging experience with an order that was not fulfilled as promised by another big box store, I reached out to Ruby & Quiri to place a new order for a washer and dryer. I spoke with Jeff St. Louis on a Tuesday who assisted me with selecting an in-stock washer and dryer that could be delivered the same week at a competitive price. By Friday morning, we were pleased to be doing laundry! The delivery was seamless - the guys who came were on time, knowledgeable and polite. Ruby & Quiri even called that afternoon to confirm we were satisfied with our new purchase. 5 stars for customer service - we will be back!

Huge selection of appliances and any furniture you can think of. They also match anyone else's prices! The delivery of my appliances and sectional were quick and the guys who delivered it were friendly and efficient. Will definitely be giving them my business again.

Outstanding customer service! We worked with one of their service managers Brooke. She was very attentive and communicative. She aided us in the replacement of a couple of dryer units in a timely manner. Extremely pleasant to deal with and fair in her decision making. I would highly recommend if you re in need of a new appliance.

My new GE dishwasher was delivered in timely fashion, and was installed by a very knowledgable and friendly young man who answered all of my questions and gave me a tour of the appliance when he had finished the installation. I purchased the extended warranty which is a Ruby and Quiri warranty, not a GE warranty, and offers far better protection than the GE warranty. I would highly recommend this business, which is locally owned and which goes out of its way to ensure that its customers are satisfied.

In store service was excellent.Purchased 3 recliners. Nice chairs & they were on sale too. Delivered yesterday & guys were polite & very efficient. Even brought an outdoor carpet to be sure they tracked nothing into house while removing old furniture & bringing in new. Store rep called within 1/2 hour of delivery to be sure all went well. Would definitely buy here again.
