Ruby and Quiri has a great selection of mattresses. Picking one out that was to both our likings was difficult, but with such a wide variety we were able to find one that worked out. Don K. was also very helpful in the selection process and knew what mattresses would work best. Can't wait to get our livingroom pieces!!

I went to Albany and tried to buy furniture but ended up back at Ruby and Quiri. Sales rep Tekeilla was so helpful. She was able to find the exact couch i wanted and helped me pick out carpeting for my entire house. Tekeilla makes the experience so easy that I am now back working with her to purchase a stove. The gentlemen that delivered my furniture were also awesome. They arrived in a snowstorm on time.

This is a terrific family owned local business that is dedicated to customer satisfaction. You can get cheaper items at a lot of places, but you can't get this level of personal satisfaction anywhere else. I purchased wall to wall carpeting, a chair and a flexsteel couch and I couldn't be happier. From the Saleslady to checking out to the wonderful deliverymen, everything was fast friendly and efficient. I will definitely buy from them again.

The last time I was there for a washer and dryer I got what I wanted and they delivered on a Sunday. It all went well.

Our experience with Ruby and Quiri was wonderful. We have been using them for about 30 years with great results for appliances and furniture. Bonnie Davis is our go to salesperson. She cares about what you are looking for and never tries to sell you on something different. Her ideas with decorating are fabulous. When we received our leather sofa, chair and ottoman, the delivery men were professional and extremely careful not to scratch the leather. Somehow they managed to get the large pieces through our doors. R & Q is always my first stop when purchasing furniture or appliances. They have a great team!

Its a great store. It has good products and good prices. Sales people are very nice and help you with what you are looking for. They are not pushy and explain all that you need and leave it up to you. You can compare them to other stores, but when you get done comparing, you will find you will egt the best from Ruby & Quiri.

These guys are amazing to work with!! Joshua was extremely professional ,we found an item online for a great price and when I went in to the store to acquire about the item they told me it was a pricing error online but they were more than willing to honor the price online. They also went out of their way to contact the manufacturer and find out when the item will be here and Joshua called/ texted me back about the item to make sure I had all the information and to see if I still wanted the item we will definitely be going back we've been there many times before and always had great customer service this time was above and beyond!! I can't begin to describe how great the 2 men were that brought in our new bed set. It is a queen size bed. We have an old house and they could not get the head board up the stairs. They took the time to talk with the boss at the warehouse and figured out how to get the headboard apart and get it upstairs. They did a totally great job and didn't loose their cool at all.

Everything about Ruby & Quiri was easy. Yes, they were out of the way since I live in Schenectady but definitely worth it. The sales staff were helpful but not overbearing and the delivery staff was awesome. They were there on time and very customer oriented. The biggest plus is that they took away my old furniture everyone does not do that. My experience so far has been great. I would recommend them to anyone who needs furniture. I gave them a four so they always has something else to work for, but I don't know what.

Perhaps a resolution.** keep you posted ** Word of caution when they have you purchase Premium Protection Plan. You get your money back if you don't use it BUT cannot use on everything in the store. So as they near expiration and you can't use it on what you want, you in the end lose the money!

We have had excellent service from salesperson Maggie Rogers, who has gone out of her way to be sure we got the perfect items for us. We did have a refrigerator problem, and they were very quick to repair it at no charge. The delivery crews have all be considerate and accommodating.

Maggie always comes through and is extremely helpful. She goes out of her way to help!! Great personality!!! I had posted a question and she responded before opening hrs.

We found the appliance we wanted on multiple websites. We wanted to support our local business and they had the best price. Had multiple delivery options that suited our schedules. The young men who delivered the appliance and removed the old one, were very professional and quick. They answered our questions and made sure we were aware we could call with any further questions at any time

Starting with Cindy our sales associate she listened to what I was looking for showed me numerous dishwashers, no pressure and got the sale, quick scheduling and in stock no wait for a unit to arrive.
The installer Justin arrived when he told us he would be here, knowledgeable, friendly, and neat installation.
Took excellent care not to damage anywhere he walked and cleaned up after himself!! Very important.

After several attempts with one of the big box stores, whose delivery service was unable to fit two different dryers through a doorway, someone recommended R&Q. Since this was being done long distance for a family member, I didn't know the local stores. They were awesome in handling the purchase, delivery and installation of a dryer! A special shout out to Joshua and his patience with me through all the calls involved! Definitely recommend them for going above and beyond! They even balanced the washer that hadn't been purchased from them. Thank you so much!

From the sales team to delivery to maintenance, we love everything about Ruby and Quiri. Each staff member is knowledgeable and so pleasant. During delivery they are thorough and ensure everything is in working order before they pull out of the driveway. Their maintenance staff is more than qualified and diligent as well. We've had things delivered and other items serviced within the last year, and the extra COVID precautions make my family feel safe as well. We'll always recommend Ruby and Quiri!

We have, in the past year, needed to replace our washer, dryer and stove. Ruby and Quiri is a godsend for those of us living in these hinterlands. They deliver, hook up, and carry off the old unit. I trust them so much that I ordered our newest dryer over the phone. I requested a specific model number that I had found on Consumer Report and they could immediately fill my need. I won't go to any other furniture or appliance store.
This April (2019) We returned to Ruby and Quiri to purchase a new love seat and end tables. Our living room now looks great! They are so easy to deal with and give wonderful guidance in making choices. We are happy, once again with their service and choices.

This was our first experience at Ruby & Quiri and we were pleasantly surprised by the large selection of furniture they carry. Much thanks to Teddi who spent a lot of time with us in helping us put together our purchase! Also thanks to the two gentlemen who delivered our furniture as our driveway is not easy to navigate. I recently bought all new kitchen appliances and was really pleased with all the help provided in picking everything out (what a big project for me otherwise). Wouldn't you know it, all is delivered & I end up having a crooked wall so the fridge wouldn't fit right. I was so impressed that they not only let me swap it out, but again were so helpful in finding the right one to fit (and the delivery people were great which was a real bonus considering my stress at that time : ) Yeah, I'm a happy customer!

The service person was very nice at trying to resolve the problem with the washing machine. There were several different attempts to get the appliance unlocked but the machine is still locked with clothes in it. A service rep will be in a reasonable time to open and repair the unit. Thank you!
