I was fired in 2004 for no reason giving to me. Barry Woodyard would call me retarded, stupid, and slow. They had working spying on me, because they didn't trust me. They had over 100 complaints on me saying I was starting a union which was false, others like i told the vending machine woman that this company sucks, which I never talk to them. Do not trust Barry.
If u dont want communication or anything like that then this job will work for u they fired me on my 90th day they had to make a lie to get me out but who wants to be sent home and never no work this be a good job for u because they have no idea what there doing nor where to put u half the time. There machines dont work half the time so u get yelled at to sweep floors who wants to sweep dust when they got the job to run a machine they say your hired for one thing and have nothing for u to do and u dont go into rki clock in and no where your going half the time u wait for the floor supervisors to tell u and when they do they cant even run the machine's then u got one supervisor that has a different guy in her vechial every other day and never can find her clip board. Nor show u how to run anything But yet can Run a floor i thought working there would give me a life well i thought wrong i worked way to hard to be pushed out the way they did it i feel sorry for some of the people still there that place is a joke they say your like family because your there most of your time but to get fired over communication or looking at someone is not family and a raise what raise u dont even see a raise ok u get sent home. So many times by the floor supervisor and first they tell u your fired for attendance because u get sent home wow then its a no call no show really then picked up my pay stube and what was wrote on the envelope i quit this place is a dam joke pluse the floor supervisor who sits with your dud in her car every break wow
Well in order to post any comments you have to rate . I would give them 0 stars. Rki is a very small place with maybe 40 employees not 100 like they say. Absolutely no communication and please don't ask for a raise or they'll get rid of you. But if you're looking for a job where they is no increase in pay, zero communication, no proper PPE then this is the place for you. This place only cares for machines to run. And safety? What safety. This place should be shut down for numerous Osha regulations. No payed holidays, no raises, no training and disregard for anyone's safety. Plus the owner will belittle you any chance he gets. Truly wish the best of luck to anyone that applies. My opinion based on these fact, I feel you will be wasting your time and energy.
