Great furniture store. Employees are very friendly and helpful. We had to use the extended warranty on a recliner that our dog severely damaged and they expertly fixed all damage - looks brand new. Much better experience than at some of the local "big stores".

We called for information an a front loader washing machine. Maggie was beyond helpful. She gave me information on different models and helped me to compare them. She checked for any rebates available . she even offered to send me a video of the machine I was interested in. We purchased it that day over the phone and arranged for delivery. I highly recommend buying from this company.

Maggie helped my family choose an amazing lift recliner for my father. My sister in Florida and me in California found Maggie to be an extremely helpful and attentive sales person. The delivery was flawless. The chair is of high quality and my father is enjoying it immensely. Great follow up and follow through. If you need furniture go to Ruby & Quiri and ask for Maggie.

Josh gave us great customer service. We bought a couch, a recliner, dining table, entertainment center and a buffet. Waited 5 months for the entertainment center and buffet to arrive. Well it did and its damaged! Received a call from Josh about the pillar being damaged but left out the buffet being damaged too. After the delivery guys left I called R&Q and talked to a manager (Cindy) she said she would return my call that same night but never did!!! When i called her i said this is unexceptible, to have damaged furniture delivered. I'm not happy and do not want to wait another 5 months for them to replace it!! Think I'd rather get a refund and go somewhere else!!! Not happy at the moment!!!

Let me start out by saying that whenever I contact...

Let me start out by saying that whenever I contacted or spoke with anyone they were always courteous and professional. The issues that I have are with the existing customer service protocols that leave room for improvements.
I had purchased a new refrigerator and was 7 months old when it showed and error code and was not running. I left a message at 7am and my call was returned shortly after 10 am when they opened. I was told that Tech would be out the same day to look at the unit. I explained what the error code was so they could anticipate what may need to be done. He arrived that afternoon looked over the unit and determined what was wrong. He said that the parts he needed were not on his truck but were in stock in Albany , 30 minutes away. He said he would have to call the office to order the parts but Wednesday is the only day they service my city, which is 15 minute from their store. I asked if they had a parts runner to get the parts. I was told no and was told that they going to bring me a loaner fridge instead for a week until the Tech was scheduled back in my city. I would also have to figure where I could put it in my house because it couldn't be in the garage. Now why go through all that trouble to deliver a fridge and disrupt my home for a week instead of just getting the parts and finishing the job? I called back the store and ask to speak to a manager. My message was forwarded and I received a return call . I was told that the Tech was going to rearrange his schedule and that the parts would be in the next day. Why was this not the first option if the parts were not available to the next day. I have a service contract with this group for the next 4 yrs. I sure hope they try to develop more flexibility and resourcefulness in the near future or my business is going elsewhere.

They do their best and are especially good at taking care of problems that arise with there products. Other then being inconvenienced, they came through to make things right, with my problems, and always stayed in touch. What more can you ask for?

Brace yourselves, this is a real furniture store; that includes real furniture prices, too but the service is wonderful. We've dealt with Tony both times we've recently stopped in to make some big purchases (a couch last year, and a bed just this week), and it's very gentle customer service.
These guys aren't hounding you like at Taft or other furniture stores--they're around to answer questions and get ideas, but they also aren't afraid to give you plenty of space. Tony actually talked me OUT of choosing an incredibly difficult to clean fabric for our couch, and saved us anguish and a chunk of money that we would've spent unnecessarily! Who does that?!
These guys care, and it shows.

I have done business with Ruby & Quiri numerous times and have always had a wonderful experience! From winning a free washing machine in one of their awesome drawings, to getting an even better deal on a living room set that I was purchasing, to replacing pieces of furniture for my vocal studio; their customer service is always personal and helpful. They truly care about making their customers happy and keeping them coming back to their store. If you are looking for top quality products with personal service, this is the place to shop!

Tim, the service technician, was prompt, courteous...

Tim, the service technician, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. both when he came to evaluate the chair and when he came to repair it.

He called to give me a time he would arrive, and was prompt. He re-stuffed our chair; replaced the faulty control, and lubricated the chair to fix the grinding. (I told him I thought there was something wrong with the motor. :) ) He only said he wanted to try the lube first. He obviously knows what he's doing.

This may be small stuff to others, but in today's world it is truly a pleasure for us.

Thank you Tim, for doing a thorough job and doing it quickly.

Thank you Ruby & Quiri for having such pleasant and professional staff.

When we went in to shop for our first sectional in our first apartment I was relieved that the customer service was so outstanding. To be honest, the prices were high and we almost walked out without purchasing. However, when we came around to leave we noticed the perfect sectional that fit our price range.
We purchased, we understood the fees, the process, the paper we signed let us know about the fee of restocking if we changed our minds. Great.
Then we got our delivery today and the sectional was ONLY one inch too big. ONE INCH.
So, the delivery guys (who were very polite and considerate) informed me that we would be called to get a different couch that would fit through our door... Now, i get it. I completely understand that things like this happen. But heres the thing... my husband called the guy who sold us the sectional and he has since told him that we cant have the couch we paid for. The only one we even wanted. He said that we would be lucky to even find another one that would fit in our doorway if we did decide to pick a different piece.
And THEN said that if we decided we didnt want one, the "restocking fee" would be 20% of our purchase... id like an explaination on how its in any way our fault that the sectional doest fit?
But here we are, without the sectional we paid a chunck of money for, and stuck with extremely limited options.
I wont be recommending that any of my friends and family (or even anyone who mentions the company name, including the ashley store) should purchase from you.
Its really too bad. Because the culture was wonderful and the customer service had been outstanding.

We absolutely love this store! We bought a washer & dryer, end table, fridge and gas stove. The sales people are great! There was no pushing and they took their time helping us to find what we wanted. The delivery guys were courteous, helpful and did a great job both times they were here. (We bought the washer & dryer and table a few months before the fridge and stove.) We will be going back to buy furniture in a few months. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have been loyal customers of ruby & quiri for years! We love the products and the service that comes with it! We deal with our favorite sales associate Tekella Perpal! She always makes herself available and is very knowledgeable in what she is selling! Why shop any where else?

For many years I would shop the big box stores for the most inexpensive appliance. Everything I bought seemed to break down just after the warranty expired. A refrigerator ago, I discovered why the big box appliance was not a good deal. While standing around waiting for a salesperson, I googled the refrigerators that I was interested in to buy. Turns out that there were mostly bad reviews. No salesperson materialized so I went to Rubi. The salesperson there guided me towards the refrigerators that interested Me. Turns out, there were mostly positive reviews on the appliances there. The initial price was slightly more but as good or better when the free delivery was factored into the total price.

This showed me that you really do get what you pay for. Rubi and Quiri really is the place to go. Have to mention that the delivery comes when they say so, delivery people are polite an knowledgeable.
I highly recommend them for your appliance purchases.

I bought a Coaster dining room set and Whirlpool dishwasher from Ruby and Quiri. I found the dining room set online and they were able to order, deliver and offer a warranty for it. I also needed to replace my dishwasher so I set up a quote simply by texting the store (Taylor) and then called when I had the chance to pay for it! We went with Ruby and Quiri because they guarantee the best price, they offered the best extended warranty (which you also can get a partial refund for if you don't end up needing it!) and I knew if there were any problems their customer service would do everything they could to assist us. We will definitely do business here again and again!

Our salesman on the showroom floor is wonderful. Staff is extremely helpful when checking out. Whether choosing delivery or pickup all of the staff have always been very courteous. I buy all of my furniture and appliances at Ruby & Quiri. I don t go any place else.

Maggie and Cindy worked together to fill a sudden, unexpected need this week: a lift chair for my father that will go into the Trendelenburg position. Maggie emailed photos and other information almost immediately after my phone call to her for help, and Cindy met me at the store. They both understood and accommodated my need for a chair NOW! It is arriving tomorrow. :)

The sales staff was very understanding and knowledgeable. The shipping staff was efficient and courteous and timely. The installer was terrificBut the appliance arrived broken: the oven doesn't work and the installer couldn't fix it today. The office staff secured a credit for us (1% of the purchase price) from the manufacturer. I may not have a working appliance until next week. Not sure that 1% is really making a difference right now. I just essentially paid full price for what is now a refurbished appliance. Really feeling upset about that.

I've purchased appliances and funiture from Ruby & Quiri over the years and my experiences have always been excellent.
Last Thursday evening I came home to a non-functioning washing machine and needed a new one but only had a small window in which to purchase one and have it delivered before going back out of town. I called Friday morning and spoke with Amanda who said she could have one delivered the next day if I arrived at their showroom fairly soon. Upon my arrival, Whitney, a Ruby & Quiri saleswoman, steered me first to the close-out room to see what was on sale, then to the appliance section. I made her aware that I was in a hurry, she worked at my pace, I bought a great washer at a terrific price, and was out of there in about twenty minutes.
My experience with Amanda and Whitney was a ten. They were both professional, efficient, and worked hard to meet my needs.
The washer was delivered the next morning without a hitch. The delivery guys installed the new one and took away the old one in a professional and caring manner.
If I could give Ruby & Quiri ten stars, I would. They make it easy for me to buy locally. Their merchandise is of a high quality and their customer service is second to none.

The wonderful fragrances, the smiling employees, the variety of items the store offers all make it our go to place for whatever we need for our home. Recently we went to look at mattresses and Brooke helped us obtain financing so when we are ready to purchase, we are all set. Who knew it could be so easy.? I was a bit disappointed with terms of delivery. Would have liked to have it at the beginning or end of the day. Instead our window was between 10 and 1 making it difficult for someone to leave work.
I also asked for a call to Jim about 30 to 40 minutes before they would get there. Instead they called me 5 minutes away.
Fortunately they were able to go to the next delivery first to allow him time to get home.

We visited Ruby & Quiri last year and saw all the wonderful things they have to offer. We also learned about their appliances and that they service everything they sell, which means a great deal in the Adirondacks. Our dryer died last weekend and we called and were able to order a new dryer and have it delivered and installed in a matter of days. If you think a store like this isn t price competitive, think again. They gave us a price lower than the big box stores! We will continue to go to Ruby & Quiri for our home furnishing needs and any appliance replacements. What I like the most is their professionalism and friendliness. They know how to care for their customers!

I have got a few items from Ruby which were a TV, a bed, and washer and dryer. The delivery guys always call to make sure your home and they are always courteous when they come into your home. When you call and talk to the customer service they are so helpful with what ever you need whether it be to set up a delivery time that fits into your schedule or if you have a problem with your product. Especially one staff Shelby Adams who is always helpful and knows her information about the products and parts for your product. She is the one that informed me about the six month no interest on the credit card they have which is the best thing. I have always paid my products I purchased off in six months interest free so if I were you jump on making a purchase through them. Ask for Shelby to help you set up your purchase.

Ruby and Quiri has a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was willing to help me with making the right choice for my needs. The delivery men who came to my home- Austin and Andrew were fantastic. They set up my new washer and dryer and explained how to use it. They even took away my old washer and dryer, making this entire experience hassle free and over all incredible. I would recommend Ruby and Quiri to all family and friends. They staff is wonderful, the selection is endless, and the delivery team knows what they are doing!

If you are looking for furniture in the capital district check out Ruby and Quiri in Johnstown. Make sure you ask for Tekeilla. She is terrific. We have been working with her on a special purchase and she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. We have made several purchases from Ruby and Quiri and have been very happy with everything we bought. Any issues we have had have been taken care of immediately with absolutely no problems. I wish every business I have to deal with had the same ethics as Ruby and Quiri.

We buy as often as possible here. It is a small (relatively) business with and emphasis on service. However, we also have found it is very competitive in pricing. We have purchased appliance, mattresses, chairs etc. here over the year. This time if was a dishwasher. We did our research and found the one we wanted. Thought they would have to order it but they had one and it was actually less than our research told us to expect. it was delivered and installed on the date promised and actually an hour earlier than expected but Justin called and then called again when he was on his way. He did a great job and was fun to watch and see apro at work. No complaints from the sales person (Teddi) to the follow up call about our delivery. We have two places we call home and we have made an effort to find a Ruby & Quiri type near Rochester. Dunn's in Brockport is pretty close and will get our business.
