Our Kenmore washer "died" and based on a trusted family member's recommendation, we called Ruby & Quiri and worked with Bonnie who was EXCELLENT! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. She answered all of our questions and shared helpful info arranging delivery of the new and removal of the old, to be completed in a few days!! Their service is way above and beyond what we get at the big box stores & for VERY competitive pricing! We'll try to add another review in a few weeks. Very pleased & relieved so far!!
