Good, fast service and a great range of products. Not always the cheapest but often the best price on select items and regular sales make it worth coming back.

I've bought quite a lot of stuff from them over time, including during the Covid-19 lockdown, and they have always delivered things when they said they would. They have also been easy to deal with when I have questions or do something stupid like order the wrong item.

I had a very specific request that involved getting the exact dimensions of a battery I wanted to order. The "monkey" handling my order went above and beyond, going into the warehouse, opening a package and giving me the exact measurements. I went ahead and ordered, and the package arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Very satisfied customer.

Rubber Monkey has excellent customer service, always surprisingly fast delivery and well-wrapped products. I'm always kept up to date with my orders and if you create an account with them, their website has some great parcel tracking info.

I used their web site to check if items were is stock. I placed an online order. I received an email reporting that the goods would be ready for collection on the same day. I visited their office, made payment, and uplifted both items. Easy, efficient, friendly, and painless.
