Item arrived and performs well. Only issue that when it arrived batteries were flat which needed replacement. Upon advising Rubber Monkey they took matter seriously and have promised to send out a new set of batteries. While some minor inconvenience this was a great example of customer focus.

I recently decided to order a Behringer Xenyx X1204USB Mixer from Rubber Monkey based solely on the fact that GEM was offering interest free and since that is who I loan money from, I took a punt on Rubber Monkey. A couple of days later I had the mixer and have been using it on a daily basis ever since. It is early days as far as how durable the mixer is - but suffice to say, Rubber Money did their job getting to me what I wanted. Kudos to the delivery service they used as well. Safe and secure....

Really impressed with the service I received from Rubber Monkey, they went way above the call of duty to help with an essential piece of my kit that failed and was to be repaired under warranty. For this to happen it had to be returned to Canada. Instead, Glen (from Rubber Monkey) organised a straight swap with one held at their warehouse and the defective item to be returned to Canada under an RMA provided by the manufacturer. Such good service. I've since purchased further items from them and had the same excellent service, nice work guys, keep it up :-)
