Ordered a microphone on the 27th of March (due to be shipped on the 29th) - I did not receive a microphone until the 27th of September and only because I settled for another product after waiting for 5 months. The shipping date was pushed back without notification, my attempts to get a refund were met with diversions and in the end I was so sick of the running around I just took the replacement. Will definitely not be using this company as a supplier and would not recommend anyone else to do the same.

I have relied on this store since 2013, I have bought Gopro/Action Camera mounts in perfect condition. Moving more into photography, I have ordered many photography products that are up to my standards. Most shipments can come within 2 working days, keep in mind some products on their website may have longer shipments as they do order products from other countries. On the plus side, every package comes with 2 sweets as well as your order.

My first time using Rubber Monkey, and it was a very smooth, easy transaction.

There was slight cause for concern when I was supposed to tell them the amount charged to my credit card before shipping, and I had used an Australian card, so the figures would not have matched. But a screenshot of the transaction emailed to them was sufficient proof, and my item was still able to be shipped the same day.

It has been a difficult time for many businesses, getting up and running after the COVID 19 lockdown. I've had some not-so-good experiences with unavailability of stock and delays in online order deliveries. These are understandable, but I have also experienced impatience and some rudeness from staff. So it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rubber Monkey. The service was very efficient and, in spite of warnings about possible delays, delivery of my order was prompt. I will certainly use their services again.

Has all your home and studio recording needs: leads, microphones, interfaces, etc. Got a Scarlett 2i2 from here, works great. Fast shipping, great online store.

Generally have what I want at a competitive price and are good to deal with. I needed some audio monitors recently so compared the two options I was choosing between in their studio. I was impressed when the knowledgable staff member recommended the cheaper option as being better - which I went with and am enjoying the results. I'd rung up earlier and a different staff member had told me to book in a time to go in so they could setup the monitors before hand. I did book a time, but then they waited until I got there to set them up - so that was a little pointless, but I'm not worried. I'm happy with the monitors and the advice :)

Rubber Monkey Wellington branch looks after me just about every time...I rang the store to check that an item was in stock and spoke with a very polite young gent who took care of the order and confirmed local availability of the item. It was late on a Friday and the team went the extra mile to ensure the item was in stock and the sale proceeded as expediently as possible! A pleasure every time to deal with and the item was on sale too which really does help the 'little guys' in the industry.
