great prices, delivery is up there with the best (mighty ape). My #1 choice for my music related tech. I made a mistake with my order before my last and the person running the emails was super helpful and swapped out my order no problem.

if they also had stock , I could have bought a Sony HXR MC 88 camera as well ...but had to go to the opposition as they had several in stock .

Bought some products during level 3 lock down. The internet shopping process was hassle free, and I really liked the way the store put in an extra layer of security to make sure that the credit card I was using was indeed mine. Ended up contacting the customer service during the weekend and their response was prompt and addressed my concern appropriately. Obviously they sell high quality products and the products were shipped immediately from their end once the payment cleared. I don't do much internet shopping (only had to due to the lock down) and this was a very positive experience, nothing to fault.

We needed to purchase a chromebook for online learning during the lockdown. Looked at the usual suspects when Rubber Monkey appeared on the page. The price was close to $50 cheaper than the next cheapest.
Rang them up - service was terrific. The device arrived the next day. Outstanding!!!

happy with the product - whoever packaged it stuck the courier label over the address so the courier couldn't deliver so after 5 days waiting had to go to the depot and pick it up which meant a 45 km round trip

I'd never used Rubber Monkey before, but they had a Canon product I needed. I ordered in the afternoon and by 10:30am the next morning I was able to pick it up from their Wellington store. Very easy process and super happy.
