I placed an order which suggested only a 1-3 day delivery. I totally appreciate its Christmas and it could've been longer. But was really disappointed that the reason my parcel didn't arrive on time was because Rubber Company failed to enter my company name even though I added it to the form. NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU CONTACT RUBBER MONKEY WHEN ORDERS ARE PLACED SO YOU CAN BE ASSURED THEY UNDERSTAND YOUR DELIVERY DETAILS!

I have been ordering from this company for a long time, and they are my first choice for all my photographic gear and equipment cases. Products are always swiftly dispatched and well packaged. There was only one occasion when I had any issues in dealing with them, and they very quickly got in touch to apologise and worked to correct the problem. I also like the presentation of the website, and the list of my orders which makes it clear what the ETA of separate items might be as many items have longer lead times (these are always made clear when ordering).

My 2nd order I ve had with Rubber Monkey, and again they were super efficient. I had it in my hands a couple of days later. Will use them again in the future.

Excellent experience except that despite the web site being .au and prices being in Australian dollars and I live in Australia my bank charged me an international transaction fee for my purchase. RM need to be more upfront about being a New Zealand store despite the .au.
