The power cables from Rubber Monkey were well priced and dispatched quickly, arriving within 3 days of order, just in tine for when we needed them.

Excellent customer service, got my item pretty fast. I also like how they verify your order to avoid credit card fraud, I wish more retailers would adopt this through their online stores.

Prompt service in spite of the Level 2 restrictions and over worked courier companies.

Fantastic service. Fast and efficient. Had the product I ordered delivered here within 3 days, was notified when it was dispatched and later on the day it was arriving. And it did. This was during level 3 of Covid 19 when courier services nationally were delayed by 3 / 4 weeks. Highly recommend.

I have used BHPhoto for the last 20 years as I lived in North America. Coming to NZ I needed a store that would have everything I needed for both video and photo. Rubber Monkey has been the best online store for me in search of items you wont find at your big box photo department store in NZ. What has astounded me has been the shipping and service, I live rural and everytime Im in a pinch have to order some gear for a shoot the next day I know I can depend on waking up and it being in my main box in the next morning!

I have ordered a few different items from Rubber Monkey now, and every single time the package has arrived the next day (I'm in Christchurch). Items are always packed and padded well. Even a few lollies in the box too! Very efficient customer service also. Not a first time customer, and definitely not the last purchase I make there either.

Unfortunately the product we wanted was on the website and able to be ordered but after taking payment couldn't be delivered for 6 weeks+. The good news was that we received and email and then a back-up phone call from Ben and after being given options we went with a different brand that was advised to us and we're now happily making videos. So a frustrating situation was recitified by actual humans. Will definitely use again.

Rubber Monkey is awesome. Generally cheaper than local stores (although not always for some items so it pays to always compare beforehand), carry brands often difficult to find without resorting to self importing and delivery quickly when stock is on hand.

I placed an order for a standard pair of HD25 headphones. They were described as out of stock. I was expecting a delay of up to 3 months. Two days later I received a 75th anniversary limited edition pair. This was not my first purchase from Rubber Monkey and it certainly will not be my last.
