Always had a great service from the folks at Rubber Monkey. They carry an excellent range of audio products and their staff have always been very helpful whether by email or on the phone. They are one of my "go to" suppliers for my recording studio gear.

I had to change my delivery address but the parcel was already delivered. Support team was really helpful and organized redirection and send me updates all the time.

The atmosphere at Rubber Monkey is really nice, very friendly and welcoming staff and the cutest wee office dog. felt weird going physically in but the guy who helped me made me feel welcome. 10 stars from me.

Bought a loupedeck + keyboard from them on 18th Dec 2020. Fast delivery to brisbane within 3 days.

However it was doa and i requested rma on 26th Dec. They received back on 19th Jan and told me they can not replicate the issue. I then asked them to try again as it shut off two of my PCs and one Mac on me and i have a screenshot of the message sent to them.

One of their rma person told me some technician Will contact me on 22nd Jan but no one ever get back to me after that. I then sent messages to them on 27th and 30th asking for update. No one answers me any more.

Now i am without the keyboard which is essential for photo editing for me and i am without the money i paid to them as well as had to pay for the express shipping to send the keyboard to them.

Very bad after service. Be careful and try avoid these people. I should have bought from Australian retailers.

Recently ordered a web cam from Rubber Monkey... they had the best price, the item was in stock, it was despatched the next day, and I had a txt from NZ Post about my preference for delivery. Outstanding service. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent experience except that despite the web site being .au and prices being in Australian dollars and I live in Australia my bank charged me an international transaction fee for my purchase. RM need to be more upfront about being a New Zealand store despite the .au.

I find their service is very good - with items in stock being couriered very quickly, and they are always very good in keeping you in the loop about current and back orders. I find that their pricing is generally as good as or better than most other suppliers (in the photographic/video field).

I found the staff very supportive and willing to help with a MIOPS product I purchased. While the problem remains unresolved I don t think it would be from lack of trying. The problem I feel lies in the ambiguous website information provided. It seems My expectations of the product exceeded its capabilities. I have no intentions of purchasing additional gear to rectify the existing issues.

I have ordered both online (batteries and charger) and more recently bought in-store (camera cage). The service is great and the products are quality products. I thoroughly recommend Rubber Monkey.

Note that they aren't a retail store as such. I turned up at the location on Khyber Pass as I was in the area and the product said "In Stock" but it was in stock at the warehouse and had to be posted to me. The staff at the store were super helpful and filled the order out for me.

Super impressed with Rubber Monkey's service. They are friendly and helpful on the telephone, website is easy to use and lets you know delivery time for each item. Even more impressive was the fact that under lock down with very busy couriers, placed an order late Sunday and it was delivered to a different town, rural address by 11 am Tuesday! Correct order, well packaged, environmentally friendly, fast service, five stars.

I recently decided to order a Behringer Xenyx X1204USB Mixer from Rubber Monkey based solely on the fact that GEM was offering interest free and since that is who I loan money from, I took a punt on Rubber Monkey.
A couple of days later I had the mixer and have been using it on a daily basis ever since.
It is early days as far as how durable the mixer is - but suffice to say, Rubber Money did their job getting to me what I wanted. Kudos to the delivery service they used as well.
