Unfortunately the product we wanted was on the website and able to be ordered but after taking payment couldn't be delivered for 6 weeks+. The good news was that we received and email and then a back-up phone call from Ben and after being given options we went with a different brand that was advised to us and we're now happily making videos. So a frustrating situation was recitified by actual humans. Will definitely use again.
