Efficient and very helpful providing alternative options when the product I needed wasn't available

I ordered a SanDisk UHS-I SD Card Reader from Rubber Monkey. This device is dreadful, very difficult to insert the memory cards and it destroyed one of my cards. Rubber Monkey were very helpful and provided an alternative device that works well and was cheaper (Kingston MobileLite G4 Multi-Function SD / microSD Card Reader). 5 stars for Rubber Monkey, 0 stars for Sandisk.

Amazing service, the parcel arrived the next day. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the credit card verification step. Our purchase was with a corporate credit card so we could just easily check our bank statement to see how much was taken out to complete this step. Otherwise, no complaints. will definitely purchase from them again.

Order a LOUPEDECK+ to be sent from NZ - Syd AUS and estimated time was four business days, but got to me in TWO!
Which was amazing because I was able to use it speed up my editing and submit my finished work to my client earlier than expected. Great Service!

these guys are awesome ... significantly cheaper than Australian competitors in my case ... cool innovative payment verification system .. fast delivery even to Melbourne in lock down. Will definitely buy from them again if the opportunity arises :)

Item arrived and performs well. Only issue that when it arrived batteries were flat which needed replacement. Upon advising Rubber Monkey they took matter seriously and have promised to send out a new set of batteries.

While some minor inconvenience this was a great example of customer focus.

I had the very best experience - I ordered the goods online on Tuesday after 4:00 pm and the courier arrived at my home door with the package at 9:30 am next day.
