I placed an order for a standard pair of HD25 headphones. They were described as out of stock. I was expecting a delay of up to 3 months. Two days later I received a 75th anniversary limited edition pair. This was not my first purchase from Rubber Monkey and it certainly will not be my last.

I placed an order which suggested only a 1-3 day delivery. I totally appreciate its Christmas and it could've been longer. But was really disappointed that the reason my parcel didn't arrive on time was because Rubber Company failed to enter my company name even though I added it to the form. I have been ordering from this company for a long time, and they are my first choice for all my photographic gear and equipment cases. Products are always swiftly dispatched and well packaged. There was only one occasion when I had any issues in dealing with them, and they very quickly got in touch to apologise and worked to correct the problem. I also like the presentation of the website, and the list of my orders which makes it clear what the ETA of separate items might be as many items have longer lead times (these are always made clear when ordering).
