Easiest order to place online. I received my shipment immediately without any issues.

Quick, easy order. Had to do two seperate orders though, to get the ones that were in stock within a few days and not wait until the last item could be shipped in two weeks.

Rycote arrived on time. Both shedded fur all over clients outfit and took ages to remove. Not very pleased.

Rubber Monkey have been our go to for video and audio equipment for a number of years, their prices, service and delivery have been faultless.
However, I have recently noticed a shortfall that when I open the recent packages they no longer contain the lollies. Maybe they've hired a new MBA graduate to increase profitability, maybe it is a cost-cutting exercise in the warehouse, or maybe it's the guys in a warehouse eating the lollies. Today with all the cost efficiencies it is so sad to see such a classic Kiwi tradition being removed from the enjoyment of the customer. Lots of laughs!

Purchased a hard to get item for an older model Nikon. The item was extremely well priced, shipped quickly. Rubber monkey is really good with delivery times and their packaging.
They are also pretty well priced and stock allot of good stuff that is difficult to source in nz.
