I ve been buying my car from them for a number of years now. Mainly because the staff are so lovely they are so friendly and helpful. For example I visited today as my oil light notification was coming on and they checked it straightaway. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely shocking how my father in law has been treated by this unprofessional team.
His car developed an intermittent fault within the first few days of purchase and as the car is under warranty we took it to silsden.
The car has been in several times and the service manager Dave said he had replicated the fault, however after replacing several engine components the car is still the same.
We have without a doubt been fobbed off with excuse after excuse.
The last call I had with Dave resulted in me telling him we are going to trading standards to which he replied " smashing have a good day " I was not happy with this bunch of cowboys at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

Great service, even washed my car after it's MOT!! Courtesy car was great. Only thing I didn't like was being bombarded with calls afterwards for a survey.

I have recently purchased a used Toyota Aygo on a finance plan and the salesman Chris who dealt with me was very helpful and made everything easy to understand, was reassuring every step of the way.I got the car I wanted and was very pleased with the excellent customer service at RRG Toyota Silsden,I highly recommend using them!

I bought a new Prius and it's fantastic! However the main point of this review is too point out exactly what a pleasure the whole buying experience was! There was no hassle, no pressure, I was treated with courteous professionalism by the salesman Chris Blackburn.

Bought my Aygo XStyle. Fantastic level of service, and I got a fantastic deal. The whole atmosphere feels like family, and I would certainly recommend RRG Silsden .

I visited the RRG garage in silsden a couple of months ago with my mum to look at potentially purchasing a newer model of the Toyota aygo I had previously owned for my first year of driving, we were introduced to and went through the process of purchasing my new car with James Doyle who was exceptionally helpful, he understood that this would be the first car I would be paying for myself so I wanted it to be right for me and had lots of helpful tips to ensure I made the right decision, James made sure I knew what I was getting into and what other services were available should I want to purchase.
Because the car I purchased was second hand one of the front seats had a little hole in it from the previous owner, this was pointed out to us by James when we went for a test drive and he ensured us that the seat would be changed and it was within a week before I purchased it which I thought was amazing that we were made aware so it did not come as a surprise, the car looked brand new when I arrived to take it home and I had some lovely goodies provided by James to take with me!
I cannot thank James and everyone at RRG enough for their help, thank you so much so happy with my purchase.

What a fantastic hidden gem of a dealership! I took my car in for an MOT and was treated to a cup of tea, a biscuit and a paper while I waited. It doesn't get any better than that. Thanks RRG Silsden, see you again next year.

Arranged a test drive hear. The sales person was very helpful and knowledge about the car. There's on pressure to buy, all in all a good experience.

Been taking my Toyota to RRG Silsden since April 2013. Always have great service, staff are friendly. Always happy with the quality of work carried out, which is mainly scheduled servicing. They come and pick it up, let me know if any issue, and drop it back, which is a very useful service offered. Keep up the good work guys.
One year on and thought I'd add to my review. I still have my Avensis, 9 years old, 100k on the clock, still looks and drives like a new car. Took the car in for the service and MOT, passed as it has for last 6 tests. On the inspection discovered a leaking water pump. As I have the extended warranty, this was reported and agreed and replaced within 2 days. Special thanks to Jon Martin, who always looks after me, answers all my questions nothing is too much trouble. On the point of extended warranty, I extended for 2 years then 2 again. This has more than paid for itself over the 4 years, so definately worth considering if you want peace of mind. Also now out of service plan and warranty, I get 20% off servicing and MOT costs. Makes it all a bit more affordable. Thanks Jon and the after sales service team.

Just had an extended test drive here in a Toyota Verso. Needed an hours drive to test comfort of car. This was set up for us with no trouble at all. We decided that Toyota wasn't for us but the help we received to reach this conclusion was wonderful. No pressure at all. A wonderful service, just sorry it wasn't the car for us.

James was fantastic. Nothing too much trouble. Answered all the questions we had (there was way too many). Completely satifisfied with the car and the customer service.

Brought a newish Rav 4 from here, travelled quite a way on train. A shout out for Gary Sparkes who went above and beyond on customer care. Collected me and my wife from the Railway Station, an filled up my new car with diesel. I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to RRG Toyota Silsden, I bought a Toyota Rav 4 from them just over a week ago.
Ross Metcalfe the Sales manager looked after me and the service I received was exceptional well deserving of 5 stars or even above.
The process was made effortless for me especially under the current Covid 19 circumstances which they are taking very seriously to protect their customers and staff.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking at buying a new or used vehicle, their integrity is second to none and has to best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

The service team at RRG Silsden is excellent, never had a problem since starting to use them in roughly 2010. Staff turnover appears to be very low, so you always see the same people.
For a main dealer, the prices are quite reasonable and I now just go straight there rather than trying to shop around.
The waiting area is clean and comfortable with free drinks and large TV, you can work from there if needed using the customer Wi-Fi. There is a large park 1 minute away if you fancy a walk or be in town in 2-3 mins for the coffee shop or Co-op.

My Toyota Avensis is 14years old with 360000 miles on clock but it was still recalled for faulty air bags. That's what I call looking after it's customers.
