Been taking my Toyota to RRG Silsden since April 2013. Always have great service, staff are friendly. Always happy with the quality of work carried out, which is mainly scheduled servicing. They come and pick it up, let me know if any issue, and drop it back, which is a very useful service offered. Keep up the good work guys.
One year on and thought I'd add to my review. I still have my Avensis, 9 years old, 100k on the clock, still looks and drives like a new car. Took the car in for the service and MOT, passed as it has for last 6 tests. On the inspection discovered a leaking water pump. As I have the extended warranty, this was reported and agreed and replaced within 2 days. Special thanks to Jon Martin, who always looks after me, answers all my questions nothing is too much trouble. On the point of extended warranty, I extended for 2 years then 2 again. This has more than paid for itself over the 4 years, so definately worth considering if you want peace of mind. Also now out of service plan and warranty, I get 20% off servicing and MOT costs. Makes it all a bit more affordable. Thanks Jon and the after sales service team.
