Absolutely shocking how my father in law has been treated by this unprofessional team.
His car developed an intermittent fault within the first few days of purchase and as the car is under warranty we took it to silsden.
The car has been in several times and the service manager Dave said he had replicated the fault, however after replacing several engine components the car is still the same.
We have without a doubt been fobbed off with excuse after excuse.
The last call I had with Dave resulted in me telling him we are going to trading standards to which he replied " smashing have a good day " I was not happy with this bunch of cowboys at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...
