The service team at RRG Silsden is excellent, never had a problem since starting to use them in roughly 2010. Staff turnover appears to be very low, so you always see the same people.
For a main dealer, the prices are quite reasonable and I now just go straight there rather than trying to shop around.
The waiting area is clean and comfortable with free drinks and large TV, you can work from there if needed using the customer Wi-Fi. There is a large park 1 minute away if you fancy a walk or be in town in 2-3 mins for the coffee shop or Co-op.
