I visited the RRG garage in silsden a couple of months ago with my mum to look at potentially purchasing a newer model of the Toyota aygo I had previously owned for my first year of driving, we were introduced to and went through the process of purchasing my new car with James Doyle who was exceptionally helpful, he understood that this would be the first car I would be paying for myself so I wanted it to be right for me and had lots of helpful tips to ensure I made the right decision, James made sure I knew what I was getting into and what other services were available should I want to purchase.
Because the car I purchased was second hand one of the front seats had a little hole in it from the previous owner, this was pointed out to us by James when we went for a test drive and he ensured us that the seat would be changed and it was within a week before I purchased it which I thought was amazing that we were made aware so it did not come as a surprise, the car looked brand new when I arrived to take it home and I had some lovely goodies provided by James to take with me!
I cannot thank James and everyone at RRG enough for their help, thank you so much so happy with my purchase.
