Amoria Bond is an average company. The recruitment process was fairly smooth, but the overall experience could have been better. The communication with the team was decent, but there were some delays in response. Overall, an average experience.

I was approached by one of the recruiters of this toko. I will not mention the name, although it itches to do it. I was approached for a real devops function where you had to have deep knowledge of Powershell and VMWare. TOTALLY does not match with my profile. Really no chance.

After being contacted on LinkedIn, i was asked to come by for an interview. After the interview i was promised to receive an answer within 48 hours, unfortunately this was not the case and i had to write several emails before getting any feedback. Furthermore it took more then one month and several emails and calls to receive an answer regarding the salary and i was again promised an answer within a week again with little success. This recruitment company may seem professional but they are not even capable to answer to potential employees within a month. I can absolutely not recommend this company for anyone searching for a serious and professional work atmosphere.
