They are very professional and upfront. They do everything that they can. They provide feedback if we are doing something that is not correct and provide us training.
I want to say thank you on behalf of the entire Greer Ranch South Board for the appreciation dinner last night and for all that you do for our community, as we also do not say thank you often as we should, to those individuals that work within your company. I know the majority of us get caught-up in our daily lives and often take things for granted. Just wanted to share with you my appreciation for Denny, who has gone above and beyond so many times for us. I never have to worry about any issue when I knew he was in control of it. He makes sure that things are followed up on, stays in touch, is always supportive and sensitive to board member schedules.

I served as the Events/Lifestyles Committee Chair for San Tan's annual Spring Fling in the Park and thanks to the onsite staff it was a huge success! I have worked in the HOA industry for over 3 years and know how tough our association is. Every person on staff at San Tan Heights always goes above and beyond and I am so grateful to them. The planning, organization and team work between the staff and my committee is beyond words. In an industry where negative comments generally outweigh the positive, I wanted to be sure you are aware of the fantastic employees you have at San Tan Heights!

Rossmar and Graham is a great company that I would highly recommend for Home Owners Association Management.
Consider yourself warned, stay away from this "management" company as far as you can.
They are terrible at returning calls or emails, yet very quick when it comes to assessing fines for made up infractions. I wish I never bought in the complex they manage, I will never again buy anywhere they are involved. Communicating with them involves major pain, yet you still get nothing accomplished.
As a side note- all of the "good "reviews were purchased by them from an IT company - try to get them to supply you with details (names, phone numbers) from any satisfied customers... they will not...
STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!!!

Absolutely useless in anything they do EXCEPT adding bogus charges to your account. Nobody will return phone calls, nobody responds to emails, nobody willing to help with anything. Let me know if someone else is willing to start a class action lawsuit or to start a mass complaint to the Real Estate Board.
Jocelyn Ross, Foothills Community Association manager excels in all aspects of her position. She is driven to provide the highest level of service to each and every member of our community. She does this through her positive, honest and solutions orientated attitude. We are honored to have such a wonderful person on our team.
Absolutely terrible company to deal with. I had a root canal done that was more pleasant than dealing with Rossmar & Graham. Avoid at any cost, get ANYBODY else but them. Life is just too short...

Chris Richardson is our property manager and in the 2+ years he's been here things are so much better. As a board member of Artisan Village, I am always confident that Chris is taking care of things. He communicates very well and is always ready for our Board meetings. I know he has many other properties to manage but it often feels like we are his only property. His knowledge about HOA laws and rules are very helpful in helping our Board making decisions. Chris and his staff at Rossmar & Graham really have made a difference in our community.
Annette.. exceptional professionalism in keeping fair and balanced perspective ... great work ethic ... knowledge of state statutes and community documents helps facilitate Board decisions ... excellent follow-through on action items ... a great asset to our community!

I can t thank you all enough! Chris finished the windows this weekend; they look unbelievable! He went above and beyond, and so have you! Black Eagle does a great job, coming out in a storm to trim a tree at 8:00pm to keep it away from my house. Kevin is just dynamite -- what a great team you are! Thank you for keeping our community looking so great!
The company plays well with the HOA but not well with the homeowners who pay for the services. Yeah they do inspections and send out notices when yards are out of line or when someone parks where they shouldn't (this is good management) but they have terrible service for homeowners. I have been a homeowner in an R&G area for three years now and can say that I have only received my quarterly bill in the mail on time 3 times (out of 12). I tried to sign up for e-bill notifications to get my bills every time but this service is just a vague reminder that states that I may have a payment coming up. The email doesn't give an amount or a date due which makes it even more worthless than the letter I don't get. The only letter delivered with haste is the one telling me I am late and will have late fees. I would say the company manages property well but needs to get its act together with how they work with the end user.
