The advisors are never happy. It doesn't matter who, they gave you look like " don't you see I'm busy and don't care about you car". Even you scheduled you appointment six months before. He can simply go to talk to another costumer make you stay and wait 10-15 min. (That small cubicle does not even have chair to take a seat. I'm older person)
One "advisor" scheduled appointment for free maintenance, but when you shown up another "advisor" said- you don't need any service now and it's not going to be free.
And it happened not once for my Prius 5 years extended warranty service.

We had difficulty getting one of our cell phones paired with the Bluetooth in our Prius. On the way home from shopping, we stopped by Roseville Toyota where we met a salesman by the name of Yasha, who asked us if we needed help. We explained our problem and it took him a short time to set up our cell phone to the Bluetooth. Yasha was very polite & helpful and we thank him for his wonderful customer service. In addition, whenever we have had our Prius serviced, the Service Department has always done an excellent job.

Service agent was nice enough but that couldn't overcome the amount of time wasted thus far. Still no resolution.

Scheduled an appointment for Friday at 2 PM. Took time off from work, arrived as scheduled. The part was not in stock, but no one called ahead of time to tell me.

I was told it was possible that the part would be there the next day so I left the car and was offered an Uber home. I then found out that the part would not be available until Wednesday.

I jumped on chat online and they told me someone would contact me shortly. This was at about 10 AM today. Fast forward 3 1/2 hours, no one contacted me. I jumped on chat again and got the same stock answer and then the chat disconnected.

So far, several hours spent and a total of zero repaired cars.

A couple months ago I received a letter in the mail that said I qualified for a brand new car with zero money down. It was hard to believe because I just had gotten out of a bankruptcy. The letter even stated regardless of bankruptcy . I called and a gentleman by the name of Vince helped me. He looked me up and he said the letter was true. I gave him my info and he told me I qualified for at least $20,000 we set up a date to where we can meet. I m a manger so my schedule was difficult prior to meeting up with him. I finally went down and I asked for Vince . It took 30 minutes for someone to meet with me and it wasn t Vince . I forgot the gentleman s name but he took me to another building. I gave him all my information and took about an hour for him to run everything. Finally got all the paperwork work and he didn t tell me what I qualified for. I kept telling him everything Vince had told me and the letter I got in the mail. This man said Haha Vince doesn t know what he s talking about . So in my head that just didn t feel right to me at all. We walked around the lot found a nice used car. Test drove it and all that good stuff. Came back to the office got me all the numbers. Total was nearly $30,000 with a down payment of $3000. So I was shook. Not because of the price but I had felt like I was played. I came all the way down to Roseville from Dixon to hopefully get a car. I felt like I was totally played and that just didn t sit well with me at all. I just got up, took my stuff and left. The ford dealership across the street was offering me a brand new 2019 Ford Fiesta ST for just about $23,000 with only $1000 down. Let me mention that the car I liked at Toyota was a 2016 Nissan Altima with 33,xxx miles. A used car will always be a used car. I told the gentleman that was helping me out that it was a complete waste of time on both ends and the communication on their part was horrible.

Me and my wife haven t bought a brand new vehicle since 2004. We don t like going to dealerships as some sales people can be very aggressive in trying to make a sale. The negotiating part was always a nightmare for us as well. Then having to finalize the deal and go through financial always felt a burden and felt like had to be rushed and sign for this and initial that....... This was not the case when we went to the Rosville Toyota dealership, our sales associate, Qassim Mohammed greeted us with a friendly smile, he was very courteous and professional. He went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. Qassim was very patient with us as me and my wife can get very undesisive at times. When we found what we were looking for he went into thorough detail about the options on the Tacoma we were looking at. When test driving the truck he explained what each function did and enjoyed his company as well. We finally got back to the dealership, we were welcomed by your sales manager Razwan, he greeted us with a smile and sat us down for what options of payment were available for us. I felt like that he was being honest and upfront and made me comfortable talking with Razwan and came up with the best solution for our needs. Rejent Bhandari in financial was awesome, he explained everything step by step and was very patient with our questions and took his time each step of the way. He made us felt appreciated and didn t feel like we were hurried through the process. And last but not least, Viktoriya A., she was very professional and thorough in going through in depth of ALL the options on the Tacoma. Customer service was above and beyond and was the best experience we ve had in buying a vehicle. Would we do it again, yes, especially at the Roseville Toyota dealership. Thank you

However it cost me an extra $216 to replace my rotors but I got no compensation for the fact that they had put in the first estimate the cost of resurfacing my old ones and I didn t get any compensation for it . The brake job was completed professionally and completely satisfied with it.

They were not pushy and they gave us multiple options to help us purchase our truck. They made sure we were satisfied and all our questions answered before leaving the dealership. We love our truck!

Our salesman Imtiaz Khan, was awesome and if you go there to purchase a new or used vehicle I highly recommend dealing with him!!!! The financing part of the deal was also made exceptional by Rejent Bhandari! The whole experience was great and I feel that my husband and I got an amazing deal and a great minivan!!!

I was at the dealership for four and a half hours for an oil change. I didn t get any updates from my service provider during my wait unless I hunted him down to ask for an update. I can understand if the service department if is overwhelmed with high volume or they are understaffed, but at least communicate that to me. I was initially quoted 90 minutes and I had an appointment. Pretty unacceptable...

Customer service is great before you buy, afterward not so much. My wife tried to buy a used truck, drove it off the lot, and for the next two months they cannot find a lender so they try to get us to sign a different contract with higher interest.
The second time we signed a different contract with $40 increase in monthly payment, we were told this is the final approval, the woman bringing out papers for us to sign was extremely condescending when I asked for confirmation that this contract was indeed, final. She said very rudely "I told you four times this is the contract", but since being two-faced is how dealerships do business, I let it pass. A couple weeks later we got called in for the same thing. Lender doesn't approve (even though we were told the contract we signed two weeks before was final), the new contract is a much higher interest rate. We ended up returning the vehicle. The advisor who cheerfully assisted us when we initially walked into the lot (Duy Tuy was his name if i remember correctly) gave us the cold shoulder and hid in his office the whole time we were there. Also he refused to pick up the phone when we called. Avoid this guy like the plague.
Do yourself a favor and find a different dealership to buy your car from, avoid the headache and lack of professionalism. It also doesn't help that there's a wild herd of salesmen always congregating around the front door, staring at you when you pull up, that should be enough reason to turn around and leave.

In particular I'd like to point out Sam, I went to the dealer ship with my family to just look at an SUV and it all went great. The numbers didn't exactly make me too happy at first so I was ready to leave. I didn't go with the intention to buy a new car. Sam however showed my family he was willing to go to the max to make us happy and he did. He completely took my family into consideration and made it possible for the numbers to still allow me to spend the way I do each month. It was a fun experience he made his point nice and clear. He waited with us when we had to wait and entertained us with stories. One of his coworkers bought my son snacks during the wait and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Sam!

I was nonplussed when I took my Highlander there for a routine oil change, and again when we took my husband's Camry for warranty repair. However, the kicker came when I moved from the area and they continued to call me once per month (for the last 6 months) after I repeatedly asked them to put me on their do not call list. (My cell is also listed on the federal do not call list). I can't imagine anyone is this inept at their job, so I have to assume they are being deliberately harassing in this matter. If you insist on using their service, I recommend you not give them your phone number.

Very, very bad experience!!!! I felt all the time pressure from the staff. They just don't give you time to stay alone for a minute with your friend or family member to talk about your purchas. They give you 1000 bonus but then add 2000 to the price. After we decided that we aren't ready to make a purchase they just don't let you go, the other staff members came to press you to do this purchase. Awful experience!!!

Kyle was great! Taylor was great! I just wish my (previous owner aftermarket) backup cam was covered under my platinum wrap coverage. At least I didn't have to pay a fee to find that out. :) It was quick service and Everyone was nice.

Terrible experience with them. They ran my wife's credit multiple times over the course of 3-4 days after the sale. I was upfront that my credit is terrible. They still leased the car to us then called a couple days later saying they need to take me off the lease. After a total headache and almost cancelling the deal we decided to keep the car.

We realized the car had an issue with memory seats and brought it to service. The issue was resolved in a matter of hours. However, I had asked them to program the car and enable remote start on my car and was told that it does not come with one (Toyota remote connect was listed on the sales sticker). Every rav4 comes with a remote start which the dealership can enable (just type it in on YouTube, there's many dealerships advertising this all over America). For remote connect there is a subscription with 1 year free trial. No one helped us set it up, in fact we were told that the car wasn't equipped with one and we have to pay extra. To get that feature. I was able to figure it out by joining an unofficial Toyota forum where the online community helped and guided me how to set it up.

At first we really thought this was a great dealership and great experience. We felt that way because we were under the impression that this dealership is upfront and direct about the prices despite knowing about my credit situation. Upon thinking about this after the sale I realized they did whatever they could to have me take the car home. They approved us then letter disapproved us after the sale. Called us and said we need to take me off the lease and leave my wife on as she has good credit. Why couldn't they just do that from the very beginning, they knew about my credit I did tell them.

Even their service department lied about features. If you're smart you would avoid them and go somewhere more honest. I bought my own car from Galpin Ford in L.A being upfront about my credit and they worked with it and made it happen in one day. They took off their markup for a limited edition mustang and sold it to me below MSRP. I'd rather drive back to l.a and buy a car from Galpin vs buying from Roseville Toyota again.

Your closer not so good he made the deal confusing putting the cost and numbers on his scratch paper and not knowing anything about the interest rates, actual payments and acting naive on my ? s . After a Long hot day looking at cars I now wish I would of walked out. The Finance lady Lori talked way to much about herself plus using her huge computer screen distracted my wife and I on actual costs on what we were agreeing to buy on the extra vehicle coverages. I guess when u r a senior citizen sometimes u trust people to much. After 7 hours waiting to get the deal done your tired and then u r not realizing how bad you are getting screwed. They were kind but I bought a used car there that has had bad problems since I got it home. You'd think they'd look into this sort of thing before selling the car. I've had it maybe two weeks and haven't been able to drive it for a majority of those two weeks. They keep going back and forth on whether or not they'll help me fix it and since I live out of town I can't just bring it to them. This was my first time buying a car and it's been extremely stressful.

All went well except I had requested that the tire pressure control be reduced from 36 to 32 and it was noted on the paperwork! The tire mfg recommends 32 & yet your techs were still putting 36 lbs in all my tires each time I have been in for service.

BEST car buying experience ever! My husband leased a Toyota Camry from here 3 years ago and went in to buy out the lease last week. That same week my 16 year old Tahoe that I loved dearly finally had to be put down due to the transmission. Got my dream car here, a 2018 Audi A4. I know, not a Toyota but the staff was amazing! Kodi Polson is phenomenal to work with. I think I just adopted a son. His boss, Christian was awesome as well. It didn't stop there as the Finance Manager Richard went in for the Trifecta. Everything about the experience was wonderful. I was so nervous having had a bad experience earlier in the year went we went to buy my son a car at a different (horrible) dealership. That was the WORST experience ever! It is nice to see a company care about it's customers. I will be referring everyone I know who is looking for a car to Roseville Toyota. Thank you to the incredible staff who made the parting of my mom mobile an easier transition than what I was thinking it would be. Mama's got a Vroom Vroom car now - lucky me!

I am never disappointed when I go to Roseville Toyota for service. I never feel like Shane or anyone else try s to sell me services or parts I do not need. Shane is the best service advisor and I always prefer to see him, he is personable and always treats me with respect, sort of like an old friend, now a days that goes a long way as customer service if far too often not how it used to be. In addition I never have to spend the entire day getting my service done, unless it is something major. If Shane is not in I would request Michael, his office mate. Thank you Shane!

The ladies who work there are very attractive and more importantly ,extremely competent.Other than that ,they have an inhouse cafe and are fairly standard no nonsense,get your money dealership.The vehicle I purchased was as advertised and well presented.I was in and out quickly after signing the bushel basket full of paperwork.
