My wife and have purchased 6 Toyota's from Rosevil...

My wife and have purchased 6 Toyota's from Roseville Toyota..... in December of last year our salesman Preston from Alabama was so AWESOME but the financial guys really disappointed us and I really thought that was going to be the last Toyota that we purchase from there since the financial guys didn't listen to our needs or wants in any sort of way. But my 2014 Toyota Camry was hit a couple of weeks ago and was totalled by our insurance company so we looked all day at all the Roseville automall dealers and finally found a car that spoke to us. We would love to thank Greg Smith, Steve Haskins, And Brad Triplett. Greg really listened and didn't pressure us, Steve came out and we told what we wanted to do and where our payments needed to be and he didn't come back and ask for more of a down payment or tell us some bull about how he could only get our payments down to some amount close to what we wanted but not quite where we needed them..... no he came back in 5 minutes and got our payments a little lower than we asked. Brad was dealing with customers that couldn't make up there minds but still with a smile on his face got through that and got our paperwork done quickly. These guys restored our faith in Roseville Toyota and assured that when it's time for our daughter to start driving next year..... this is where we'll be getting her a car from. THANK YOU PRESTON, GREG, STEVE, AND BRAD, FOR NOT JUST BEING SALESMAN BUT REALLY VEING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND MAKING US KNOW THAT YOU DO CARE NOT JUST ABOUT YOUR JOBS BUT THE REASON YOU HAVE THOSE JOBS....... THE CUSTOMERS. SEE YA NEXT TIME

Nothing is free here so read, don t listen. Service is amazing but everyone is trying to sell you something. I like a lot of the staff but many of them are not trustworthy. Four stars for incredible service from the people I ve learned to deal with...but watch your Wallet

the staff is courteous. However the service was extremely slow. I've been a customer of Roseville Toyota for many years. I took my truck in early for service and rented a car and it took me over an hour. Don't expect to get out of there quickly.also, get the direct number of your service advisor. If you try to call into the main support number and they tell you that your service advisor is with another customer, don't leave a message. Your advisor will never get the message.

I was replacing the radio in my Tacoma and broke a few clamps when removing the old unit. Went to Roseville Toyota parts dept. for a few simple trim clamps. They only had 1, not far from them is a Lexus dealership. As a lot of parts are interchangeable between the Lexus and Toyota vehicles, I stopped by the Lexus parts dept. (even though I knew that they would be hugely overpriced) to see if they had what I needed.

Not only did they a good supply of the parts I needed - BUT - I was sure surprised to find out that Roseville Toyota parts dept. charged me 156% of the cost for the same part at the Lexus dealership's parts dept.

I ve have mostly good experiences taking my car here. Their staff is courteous and friendly, they offer free coffee and rides to / from when you are getting service which are a bonus. I ve only had them do preventative maintenance checks and I imagine you re going to pay more for major work because it s a dealership and they just do that and don t cut any corners, use genuine parts, and have a production of staff checking you in/out, etc. Overall I ve been pretty satisfied.

Much credit goes to Jose and Amit! This is a nice place to go to for purchasing a new car or truck! These guys are friendly and are not pushy either! They work diligently and think outside the box in order to work with you in purchasing a new vehicle. Neither one of those guys were not so quick to tell us we will not be able to get a new truck. You don t have to be a high income earner to get a decent deal! High credit score goes a long way for individual people!

The sales manager just blew my mind when he gave me a lease offer for a base Rav4 way bigger than the national offer. When I told him that his math is wrong and showed him the national offer he just bluntly replied that I can go and get that offer from somewhere else , not from him. Just unbelievable !

Went in for a recall notice, they tried to make me leave with a 3 thousand dollar bill. I asked questions as to what the repairs would be and over time their answers changed enough until they finally admitted that nothing was confirmed and any repairs were simply recommendations based on the notes from a Tech that glanced under my hood. Was told the recall work would take from 7am until 5pm to complete, they finished at 930am. I feel like I was given that window in anticipation of making me spend extra money for work I didn't need. I was also told my air cabin filter needed replacing when it was replaced the weekend prior. These practices are shameful. Stop trying to take advantage of people.

I had them put in a starter in my 3rd gen 4Runner and after they got it running they told us that the check engine light came on and they wanted $150 to check it. This is BS because anywhere else will check it for free. I told them this and they ensured me that it's because they couldn't read the code and would have to dig deeper to find out. I told them not to do it and took the car as is. When I got into the car and started driving I didn't notice till I was around the corner but the check engine light was not on and it hasn't come on since. So watch out for these guys because they will probably try to scan you.

Mike Jaquez in sales is an exceptional sales representative, helping find just the right vehicle at the right cost. He answered all of my questions and addressed all concerns I had. I am so thankful for his help because I not only like my new car, but I LOVE it and he made it possible.

Richard Fabela in finance is ethical, honest, professional and has a big heart. He helped me feel comfortable with everything and answered all my questions throughly. He took as much time as I needed and was able to give me the best deal possible. I am very thankful to have had the pleasure to have worked with him.

Roseville Toyota was my first experience at a car dealership. I am sad to say that I am left really disappointed. Because I am a student who recently applied to nursing school, I am only able to work part-time, my income is pretty low but I have good credit so financing shouldn't have been a problem.

While I patiently waited for a response from Roseville Toyota on my application, I learned they sold the car that I applied for when I noticed it no longer appeared on their online inventory--ouch. I text the internet sales guy (who I will not name) and he has not responded to my text. I feel like I have been dumped and now I am being given the cold shoulder.

I just wish they would have told me that my income was too low before opening my credit and then giving me the cold shoulder. I would have gladly explored other options.

I only went here to have a recall fixed. I was told on the phone by 2 diff people that my repair takes 1 hour so I made plans around that. No one told me the protocol, so I parked & went to CS. Most people were busy so I waited until a guy called me over. I was telling him I have an appt for a recall, before I could finish my sentence he rudely said "well i'm about to tell you where to go if you just hang on...". So I got in my car & got in line behind about 5 other people. Waited a long time before they finally came & took all my info. Then I had to go into the office to give a guy more info. He said this takes 4hrs, I was upset because I had been told 1, he kept saying no, an oil change takes an hour (how is that relevant?). Then he asked me what I wanted to do, I asked about what? He said about that they close at 6 & it was now past 2. Well I told him i'd pick it up tonight. Then I changed my plans expecting not to have a car for 4 hrs when they called me after 2. I went to pick up, the guy wasn't in his office so I went back to CS. Waited a few mins when the lady in front of me interrupted her customer and said "Is there something you need?" I told her I was looking for Brian (the guy I talked to earlier) and she snapped - he's in his office. Told her he wasn't & she said fine, i'll page him just go wait in his office. I waited 10 mins before he showed up. Got my paperwork & waited for my car. They brought it to me with the a/c blasting, radio on (I had both completely turned off when I exited the car - they don't turn back on when the car is started again) with my mat totally dirty and scuffed to the point where I can't get them out with cleaning . They took some stuff out of my center console (leaving most of it in there) and left it on the seat. There were greasy handprints on the roof, scrapes in the plastic of my dash & door and more greasy shoes marks on the threshold of the door. They didn't spell my name right, my address or even get my license plate right. I had just spent hours detailing my car the day before, so not only did they ruin that they also damaged it.

I recently been to Toyota in Roseville. On my first post things have changed since then. Thank you to mr. Johnny Wood. He is truly trying to help me keep the car and I really really appreciate all of that. So in the future, I will go back to Roseville Toyota in Roseville. I highly recommend them. They are trying their hardest to help me. My first post I didn't think. Things are going the right way. But please do by all means go to Roseville Toyota this weekend for the president sale. They will try their hardest to put you in what you deserve and need for your needs. I thank you very much to my salesperson Colbert and his boss. Amir And all the staff there especially mr. I must say he was by far the best salesman I have ever delt with , he was super mellow and nice and he didn t try to pressure me at all . It was one of the best experiences I have had buying a car. I got a fair deal and everything went great and I love my new Tacoma.

Roseville Toyota describes their oil change as Express Service, but is anything but. Be prepared for over a 2 hour wait for an "Express" oil change appointment.

I recently had a great experience with Roseville Toyota. I had purchased tires for my vehicle there about a year ago and Saturday night picked up a screw in my rear tire. Got the spare on and took my vehicle into Toyota service on Sunday! They took care of the tire repair and got everything done in about an hour. I also had noticed a loud rattle coming from the engine but had no idea why? They looked at that while it was there, diagnose that it was the water pump, got me into a rental and had my vehicle fixed under my extended warranty the next day. They called me around 10:30 am on Monday and my vehicle was already done and I could pick it up after work. Shawn was so awesome Thank you for your excellent service! Best part is it did not cost me anything out of pocket.

I was taken care of as an appreciated customer, had a part go bad, was informed that the warranty had unfortunately expired 3 days ago, however, they completely understand my frustration and replaced the part as a courtesy without charge, although the Toyota in my home city would not, saying they had to stick to the warranty expiration date, I am sold on Roseville Toyota and recommend them for any future vehicle purchases.

You must see Camron if you re looking for a salesman who has class, is honest, very knowledgeable, easy to work with, without all the pressures. I will buy and recommend Roseville Toyota because of Camron. In addition, they have a very beautiful dealership with more inventory than any other dealerships. And they have a Starbucks like cafe!!

Overall experience was great.
Walked in with no intention of leaving with a new truck but left in a brand new 2019 TRD Off Road. They worked a little bit of black magic and paid me a bit more for my trade than it was worth but ultimately the numbers worked out and with a little negotiation I was happy with the end result. Would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I called about my battery and found out I bought it in 1/26/2017. I was told I could replace it and pay 50% less because of the warranty. So I made an appointment. I especially liked the older man who was the car greeter when I was in line.
Since Alex wasn't available I was taken to Kyle. Kyle could not fine the appointment or the fact that I bought the battery in 2017, even with the vin number. I told Kyle the price that Alex quoted me and he seemed strange. He finally found the information and put down a different price. Apparently, Alex quoted me a lower price than he should have, but I was given that price.
Anyway, I waited about an hour and half and the new battery was put in and I left. I appreciate the lower price. I am concerned about batteries not lasting very long, but that's the way it seems to be these days.

No issues. Everyone is so polite. But, I do not like the salesmen approaching me to chat me up about upgrading to a new car. I am there with my coffee in the cafe area to sit and read, not be bothered by sales people. They are gracious and polite, but I still do not like it!

Only reason for 4 stars is the length of time it takes to get a car... 6 hours! Roseville Toyota should have meal vouchers for customers who are there for a long period of time...

This is for the Service department...this is by far the best experience I ve had in 7 years of taking my vehicles here. The experience has been good, for the most part l. But my advisor, Paul was excellent and provided the best service. He was very knowledgeable and listened to and resolved all of the concerns. Thank you Paul!

I met the best car salesman who actually listened to what I wanted and didn t pressure me. Dallas even came in on his day off to help me make my final decision and purchase my amazing car. I specifically went back to the Toyota dealership because of his exceptional customer service skills. Customer for life.
The finance portion was not the best experience. Robert was pushy and did not listen to the multiple times we voiced we were not interested in any of the additional service plans. His service skills need to be approved upon and he needs to speed things up (we were there for hours and most of it was his inability to listen to us. He also completed all the paperwork and then as we are getting ready to leave informed us we need to do all the paperwork over again. He had a feeling he didn t do it right but still had us complete it and then do it all over again. If it had not been for Dallas we would have left without a new car.

I purchased my vehicle through the CarPro referral program, but that was only the beginning. The kindness and respect I received from everyone involved was incredible. I was not the grade A credit risk. I was the opposite. Since I had not purchased anything on credit in 8 years, I had a 0 (zero) Fico score. My salesman Robin, took care of me exclusively. I was not shuffled from salesman to salesman to manager and closer. They were upfront and honest with me, and finally qualified me. Then, I went on and made an aggressive offer on a car that I wanted, not some old model that didn't sell for them. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla SE. The incentives through Toyota allowed me to put a substantial down payment on the new vehicle.
I knew my situation was going to be challenging, but they treated me extremely well, they were honest and very understanding. I am very happy with Roseville Toyota and my 2017 Corolla.

I am trying to buy a car for my son the first car buyer we decided to go to the Toyota Roseville we found a car that was Camry 2015. It was have in accident on it but they have already fixed it . and then take drive test for this car, my son he like it and then we go to the office to discuss the price and then we talk to the sales manager, he is Asian guy I don't remember his name, he is super roots, so means he doesn't like talk to me at all, I just like lowering the price a thousand dollars, and he just looking at me, then he says no, then he walk away I m really upset about that my son also that s really bad service I never back there anymore

Mo Mehmandoust patiently showed me around to several types of cars. He was a very good a good listener when it came to what I wanted. I had been shopping the week before at another Toyota location and felt pressured so I came to Roseville Toyota to test drive a car that I had in mind. I had no intension of buying a vehicle that day. When I asked him the price of the car in mind, he brought Howard to the table and we discussed price. I told him what the other car dealer had negotiated and to my surprise he said no problem. It took me all week via text to get to that price he gave me in a minute. I told him I will think about it and before I knew it, I was walking out with a car. I felt the deal was really fair, non pressured and I bought it!! Really had a good experience with everyone I did business with. Ian Johnson, finance manager ...right guy for the job.

This dealer is one of the worst dealers i've been to. The staff have no knowledge in regards to finance, and the vehicles they carry. They will do anything to get you to fill a credit application. They pretend to have your bes interest in mind and to be knowledgable, but in reality they are a bunch of incompetent, lazy individuals.
